Bought 4 new toyo At3 tires from them and 1 of the tires popped with not even 80 miles on it, I brought the tire back and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was ran flat. Tire had no holes or punctures on it. Store Owner said he would send the tire to toyo or the wholesaler to try and get a warranty claim. After two weeks he said it got denied, which i believe was a lie. I daily commute by this tire shop and had seen the tire in the same place I left it everyday I drove by. Aside from getting bad tires, bad service and being lied too I come to find out their 90 day same as cash through ACIMA is a lie, A lie cause the tire shop takes advantage of this program to screw customers over without ACIMAS knowledge. I would like to help other people not get screwed over by this tire shop so if anyone is using the lease option please make sure to do the following. The same goes with any other leasing program they have. Following information was provided from customer service. 1. Acima charges you taxes through your final buyout or on your payments which is set at 8.3%. I mention this because Llantera el Centro added an estimated 13% fee described as taxes to the final amount sold to Acima Lease. This results on the customer paying tax twice on tires. 2. Aside from paying twice on taxes the 13% taxes is way above the 8.3% sales tax set by Mesa, AZ. The way they explain it is 8.3% taxes plus 5% service fee. Resulting in 13.3% fee. 3. Once given a price make sure they don't add any markups as they are going against Acima contract and pocketing all extra funds. 4. All deals should be treated as cash deals. Startup fees and taxes are paid directly to acima via the app or online any transactions completed in store are going to the shop and not acima. 5. Before you sign anything make sure they give you an itemized receipt with the tire shops info. At time of purchase I did ask for one but they only provided me with the one from Acima. 6. Take the time to call Acima or lease company as the information they are providing is false. Trying to find a resolution Acima was willing to remove the taxes from lease buyout if I provided a proof of purchase/Itemized receipt. I went back to the store asked for an itemized receipt and was denied. Owner was upset and started screaming then faced up to me when I said he was cheating people out of money. If owner has any sort of reply stating that any of this is false I would like for him to upload the video of the scenario as they have plenty of cameras at the shop on 7/16/24 from 3:35-3:52pm. Incident and transaction has been reported to Acima as they are doing bad business and going against their sales contract. read more

this place has no customer service skills all they are is a bunch of crooks i had bought some tires rims and a leveling kit willy told me he would throw in the lift for free but the sad thing is i still got charged for it plus paid out of pocket even after using there financing program!!!! i went back because one of my tires threads split due to a defective tire and what do you think happened they dont warranty this size of tires so why the hell do you sell them never ever again will i do business here ps buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! they dont deserve any stars or business at that read more

Here we are a year later and my rating is lower. I had major problems with the exhaust I had put together at this shop. The welder didn't use the stock hangers. He put in some of his own and they were badly welded in. This is some of the worst welds I've ever seen. The exhaust began to hang. When I took it off to replace it, it had water coming out if. The hanging exhaust began to put weight on my O2 sensor and I ended up having to replace my O2 sensor due to damage. I never went back because I lost all trust and faith in this shop's ability to properly weld an exhaust. Don't waste your money and dont go to this place. I regret ever considering going there and I will never go back. They charged 290 dollars for a crap job. They got me for 290 dollars, but I will do what I can that they dont rip anymore people off. I had a terrible and difficult time removing the junk this guy welded unto my car. read more

Had a ac control panel put in. Went back because it wasn't working. The installer apparently didn't know how to reset the system. The guy that ran the shop is no longer there! the mechanic's no longer there; the new management doesn't know what I'm talking about. I don't think I got a receipt cuz I can't find it but I paid him $140 cash. My Mistake. The new management said come back next Wednesday and try to see if they have a mechanic? The new management thinks this is funny. . I don't understand his logic but I won't go back and I don't recommend them to anyone. My suggestion is you find a certified mechanic at one of the repair shops in the valley there are too many to count. read more

Horrible service left my car their for a month. had an oil leak and some parts that were needed. when I called him a month later asking if my car was fixed WILLY the horrible mechanic told me that he's need ordering the part I needed but kept ordering the wrong part and for a whole month my car was just sitting there without anyone ever touching it.! called him to see what's going on he said I needed to order the part he couldn't find ! Like what am I paying you for! if I wanted to do it myself I would of never of towed the car there I spent money to town it there and now I have pay pay to tow it somewhere else because this stupid guy doesn't know how to find the right part for my car smh.! worst place ever read more

This place is by far the worst tire shop I have ever been to. I got a flat tire and thought it was my lucky day there was a tire shop in sight so I pulled in. First of all the only thing I could see was a bunch of guys shooting the bull and screwing around but hey what choice did I have my tire was flat so after waiting ten minutes just for one of them to finally look over at me and say "What do you need". Keep in mind I'm standing in front of my car with a flat. So I said "I want to order a pizza" and I looked back at my flat tire. so he says it's going to be at least 15 mins before I can get to it. So I wait an hour and 15 minutes for the repair that doesn't hold 6 hours and leaves me stranded. So long story short after a tow to a shop to put my spare on. My jack was missing so I was stuck. I went back and tried to get them to atleast put a used tire on and they refused. Don't waste your time with these guys there a joke and a bunch of thieves. read more

Extremely disappointed with my service. Granted i got a used tire, but they should have checked the tire they were putting on my car to make sure I'd be safe. Just like any mechanic would do. So 4 hours after getting said tire, my tire went flat. Come to find out the valve stem was bad. So i called the next day and they said it was of no fault of their own and why didn't i bring it in that night. Well, it was easter sunday! So dude said he'd replace it for $15. Screw that. I'm not giving them any more of my money but i WILL give them a shitty review. Thanks for nothing, fuckers. P.s, im only leaving a star cuz Yelp won't let me post this without a rating. read more
