I've visited at least 50 custom car shops over the years, and NONE have delivered the level of quality that Fl3xin Autoworx does. I bought a Rivian R1T to start a small business, but a month into it, I got rear-ended by an 18-wheeler, which left my truck with a destroyed bumper, towing chassis, and rear quarter panels on both sides. I spent weeks visiting various shops, trying to find someone who could handle the repairs and add a few custom mods. I even got estimates from Rivian-certified shops, but they suggested I declare the truck a total loss, which was not an option for me. After weeks of searching, I turned to Perplexity, an AI assistant, for help, and it recommended Fl3xin Autoworx. I reached out to one of the owners, Freddy, through Yelp, and he responded within five minutes. We discussed what I wanted, and he asked me to bring the truck in for an assessment. Freddy was upfront and honest; he even pointed out that the replacement quarter panels I bought weren't necessary because he was confident they could smooth out the existing ones--something not many body shops would suggest. I've had cars wrapped at shops in Jersey, Long Island, and Queens, and the wraps always started to peel within a few months. It's been two months since Freddy and his team wrapped my truck, and there isn't a single sign of distortion. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I cannot recommend Fl3xin Autoworx enough. I'll be posting pictures of the finished product soon, once my new Sony camera arrives, because the iPhone just doesn't do justice to how incredible the truck looks. They uncovered minor body damage which was undisclosed to me by the dealership. Mechanically the car was great but with those dents and chips uncovered I was able to get them pulled out and buffed up by the dealership at no cost and another $750 of the asking price they paid for their PPI and then some with the money I saved using them. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team enough, very professional and honest throughout the buying process and after, on recommendations for what to look for and how to protect the car when it arrived in my state. They gave me a ton of confidence buying the car without even seeing it in person and gave me a ton of leverage in my deal.
