This morning while I was at work the lot called my phone lying saying that my son did not have any insurance when I sat there all day with him two weeks ago and added him to my auto insurance policy with this car lot on top of the dealership I have as lienholders making my policy over $800 more than what I was paying for my vehicle. Then to make matters worse they came into private property in a enclosed garage that states no one besides the tenants, landlord and employees are allowed in the garage to repossess my son's charger when he is not late on any payments. I am the person who is responsible for the closure of CleanCars of Nashville and American Car Center in the United States. Do not try to scam people when they have the power to close you down forever. I am coming for my son's money.

She only had a little over 19,000 miles on her and still in good shape. When I traded in my old car, I was able to get the final price to just $5000 over the original cost of my Toyota Tacoma back in 2013. Grateful to have found a truck, with the help of Ray of course. He was nice, personable, and never once pressured me into a sale. Two or three weeks later (yesterday afternoon - I'm writing this at midnight Central because I'm a night owl), I purchased stay flatbed cover for my Nissan frontier. I had managed to assemble it on my own at around 85% completion, but the instructions it came with weren't entirely clear towards the end. I contacted Ray at the dealership in hopes that he knew somebody at the shop who could help me assemble it more professionally. With the help of his associates, Matt and Mitch, and a little bit of my own elbow grease, the three of them were able to help me save probably hundreds of dollars and helped me point out some minor mistakes I made in the assembly process. I'm not going to throw any other companies under the bus, but someone wanted to charge me four to $500 for their services. Ray and his friends helped me keep those numbers remaining in my bank accounts. I had taken a car there a few years back and had a great experience so we chose to go here with our 2021 Ford Explorer. We didn't know that the company had changed ownership since getting my car worked on here and we had the absolute worst experience ever. The employees here have the worst communication ever and no one seemed to care that we were out a car for an entire month. We dropped off our vehicle on September 11th and JUST picked it up Monday October 16th. The issue was never fixed and we had to pay $800 because according to CarMax the shop didn't work the claim correctly and they could do nothing about it. Our car has the Max Care Bumper to Bumper warranty so the fact they directed us to a shop that doesn't know how to process claims and use the warranty correctly and left us paying $800 for our still broken car doesn't make sense to us still. The shop has the worst customer service and communication ever. We had to constantly call them to get any updates or information and of course only one person, Danny, knew anything about our car. He would give us info that they were waiting on a computer to be able to diagnose the issue and we understood that some things just take time to figure out. However, we were constantly told it would hopefully be done by the end of the week, every time we called for an update. If they couldn't figure it out they should have been honest so we could get it to another shop who had the technicians and technology to get it figured out. Danny was also so difficult to get a hold of. I spoke to him finally on October 9th, he said he'd call by the end of day with an update as the technician was supposed to look at it that afternoon and he never called. My boyfriend followed up two days later and Danny was off that day, the owners were unavailable, and no one in the entire shop knew anything about the status of our car. That was on October 13th, a full month after we dropped it off. The fact that no one had an answer or knew ANYTHING at that point was infuriating. We are BEYOND frustrated with this shop and don't want anyone to experience what we've had to go through. This shop lacks basic customer service and communication skills and our car is still not fixed! Think twice before bringing your car here, if I could give zero stars I would.
