I…read morebrought in my 2008 Chevy Silverado, which has 165,000 miles on it but has been garage-kept and in overall good shape. It had its fair share of dents and scratches that I wanted repaired, and let me tell you, the results were absolutely phenomenal. The truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor--truly brand new! The team went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the paintwork flawless, but they also took the initiative to repair a few items that weren't even on the original list of requested repairs--all without any extra charge! Their attention to detail and pride in their craft really shone through. They delivered the truck on time, as promised, and the cost was very fair for the exceptional quality of work I received. It's rare to find a business these days that combines professionalism, skill, and customer care as well as they do. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to return for any future needs. Cam, the owner, was extremely helpful! If you're looking for a shop that treats your vehicle like their own and provides top-notch service, look no further. This place is the real deal! Thank you for bringing my Silverado back to life--it's never looked better!

The more I think about it, the more I feel that your repair service was unacceptable. I am not satisfied with the work done, and I would like to request a refund for the incomplete and improper repair.

What they said after looking at the car is exactly what I paid. The people were friendly and genuine. They made me feel comfortable about the project being completed on time. Excellent service and great patience for my situation and my schedule to drop it off and pick it up. After reaching out to at least 6 different collision centers, their price fit my budget. You offered to remove it for $75 an hour but still stated that it may go over the 15 hour window. I never once stated that I wasn't willing to pay. Y'all can save your lies. As far as what was stated to me initially, PARIS specifically stated that it would last 3-5 years. Take accountability for the f'ed up job and do better as a veteran owned business. 3/4/26 Less than 2 years old but they won't take accountability for the mediocre work. I was literally told today that "It's the suns fault" that the wrap is ripping by one of their employees. Lol what? So the indirect sunlight in the sky is hitting the car in that particular angle causing the wrap to rip in this spot but no other spots? Yeah ok. Not the fact the it was ripped when you guys removed the PPF and no one bothered to fix it or mention it? When I originally got my wrap done in 2024 there were multiple areas that needed to be redone because it was done poorly the first time. I was told the wrap would last 3-5 years which is why I chose this particular wrap but now I'm being told this particular wrap only last 1.5- 2 years. Now they're wanting to charge an arm and a leg to have the wrap removed for work that was completed incorrectly. I guess if you don't have a "fancy" looking car then your car will be the test dummy.

The paint jobs were done lazily and i could see the flaw's at night ( looked like 97 cent krylon from wal-mart ). Get your body work done elsewhere. Here's what happened, this place picked up my car from flying J in Franklin KY. ( were I parked they called it abandoned ). Well I was in 3 days after it was taken to there lot. Well upset as most people would be about unexpected bills and no way to know how much they are I was not pleasant on the phone and they weren't helpful either not knowing how long they had it. After I found a ride to there shop I called back to say I was on my way to get my truck and he said he didn't have to come in until Monday because that's when the office opens again. Of coarse that meant there would be 2 more days storage fees. His hours on here are 24 as you can clearly see. The Portland police even said they can't help and make them come in so I can recover my property either ( taken without my permission I might add ). After learning how railroaded I was, I called back and said are you coming or not, and he said he would be there in 45 minutes ( and said nothing of fees for opening on Saturday over the phone, whats worse 2 more days storage fees or your fee for opening on the weekend stupid ). Well about an 75 to 90 minutes later and 45 minutes to an hour of waiting in there parking lot ( I was 15 minutes early , i wish i could have charged him detention for being late ) they showed up, in 3 classic cars like they had been out at a car show and I can just wait, screw the customer ( unfortunately I had to pay to get my car so now I'm am the customer right ). He wouldn't even cut me any slack on storage fee's either, I asked about moral compasses and he said I must be talking about flying J, and I said you don't have to charge me all your fee's, to which he arrogantly said he stored it for me, to which I said I didn't ask you to and that sure put a sock in his ignorant mouth! I will never use any companies like this one if I can help it. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.

I found this place, and we were a bit concerned when we saw there were very few reviews and nonexistent on google maps. Weirdly enough, when I first looked on Yelp, there was one review, and that one got removed? There are zero reviews currently, and the person I was messaging through the Yelp app said they just started their Yelp page. In any case, I asked a lot of questions through Yelp, and although the responses weren't the warmest, they responded quickly and I kept asking for more information because they were the cheapest for the work I needed. They also sent me some photos on work they've done, although none of them showed paint jobs (or before / afters). One of their responses made me uncomfortable - other shops I asked for the same work said it'd take 2-3 days (and three to four times the price). When the person from Driveway Doctors came to take a look at the car, they said they'd have to do a glaze and a finish - and could do it in one day. We wanted to know how these two layers would dry in one day, and none of the other shops said they could do it in one day. The response I got was: "this is our profession, we have all the tools and equipment we need to get the job done right and with quick turn around". That didn't really answer my question, and I followed up to ask for a clarification - no response. Eventually, I called the number listed on Yelp, no response but a quick text follow-up. I asked to talk to the person who came to look at the car, and we talked on the phone. He was excellent and explained everything, name is Mena. If I hadn't thought of doing this, I likely would've dropped it and gotten the work done elsewhere because the person responding to me on Yelp didn't seem like someone who cared much about customer service. In any case, I'm glad I pushed through because Mena (or Isaac?) did an excellent job. I'm not entirely sure who ended up doing the work, because Mena came to look at the car, and Isaac is the person we ended up paying (my partner went to meet the person both times so I'm unsure who it was). They pick up your car and drive it to a rented place to work on it (or you can drop it off yourself), and they did a great job, can barely tell the car was ever scratched. Turns out the person who worked on it is currently in trade school, but it was solid work - at least for now. Hopefully the materials used are durable and don't start to fade. We're very happy with the work, I just think the customer service aspect can be greatly improved.
