This tow company is horrible and not professional. Our insurance company dispatched this tow company to tow our 1948 classic chevy Bomb. I would like to mention that the car had just been completely restored the day before. It was very noticeable that the tow truck driver was under the influence of narcotics. The driver was careless with our classic car and loaded the car onto the tow truck without us being present. Again the driver unloaded the car at its destination again without us being present. Lastly this tow truck driver dropped our classic chevy bomb off the flatbed of the tow truck. This completely destroyed the entire car. The car was not drivable after this tow. The owner had no regard for our situation when I called to report the issue. WORST Tow company ever. read more

Where do I even start with this sorry of an excuse for a company... Let's just say Luis M. is far from a pleasant or honest human being. We recently had our truck's engine blow and requested it be towed from our residence through our insurance USAA. First off, the tow was requested around 3pm in the afternoon after the other tow company failed to show up we were quoted 90 mins (ok fine, we could wait since we were home). About an hour in we call "LM TOWING" and Luis answers the phone, with music blasting none the less. We ask him the ETA to which he responds "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" we were taken back as his tone and demeanor seemed very aggressive and irate. We asked him many times to be professional and all he could say is " I have 90 mins give me my damn 90 mins". We get it it's hot and no one likes being out when its almost 100 degrees. When he arrived to our location we mention it was the 2004 truck sitting in our drive that needed a tow. He then proceeds to start loading my New Toyota RAV4, I was like did you just not hear what we said or read the dispatch ? At this point we are getting more upset with him but still give him the benefit of the doubt. We offer him water and a can of soda to hopefully lighten his mood. He then says " I can't tow from a drive way you need to push the car out" ok fine. He then gets in our truck and makes my bf push him in it... LoL We get loaded up and start following him to the Pick a Part yard in Riverside on Pyrite exactly 6.8 miles from where we live. We start following him and he runs a red light to lose us I guess. We get to the location far before him which was odd. We call him immediately and he proceeds to say he will not be dropping our vehicle off until we pay him since the insurance company does not pay for him to drop off vehicles at a salvage yard, at this point our vehicle is held hostage. I call him very upset and tell him to get here now since it was 5:20 and we needed to complete the sale by 5:30. I tell him we would pay him whatever he needed just to release our vehicle since we would file a claim with our insurance for reimbursement. Sure enough he shows up minutes later. When he arrives he just sits in his truck until I approach and tell him he needs to drive it into the yard. He then says I'm not moving until you pay me $200, for "gas" on a 6.8 mile drive. Needless to say I paid him just to get him out of my presence and finish the sale of our vehicle. He takes my card, takes a picture of it and sends it somewhere for processing (shady). Luis M. you scammed us for not being up front with us and treating us like scum. This complaint will be filed with the BBB and I hope you take this as a learning opportunity that you can't deceive people and get away with it. Few tips: Don't use your phone while driving & don't be such an awful person to paying customers that put money in your pocket and food on your table. read more

I caught a nail in my tire. I called LM at 5:15 pm, and asked about a tow from Redlands to Costco on Hospitality in San Bernardino. Literally, under 5 miles. I was quoted $95: steep, but better than risking the reinflated tire ruining the rim. I was quoted approx 45 minutes wait. After 75 minutes I called, and was told he was almost there-ok. It's now been two hours, and when I called he told me he was just reaching the 215. I don't know where he was coming from, but if it was anywhere between Fontana and Redlands it certainly shouldn't take longer than 2 hours. He never even called to keep me appraised of his delay. Terrible service! I canceled the request and will give my business to someone with better integrity. read more

I had a feeling that the recommendation that I received would be just what she told me. Although this guy was on another job in another city ... reassured me that " He will be there!" (45) I live locally , so I walked home took off one shoe and he text me that he had my truck on his way to my home. Pomona to Fontana in the rain in 34 min is impressive by any standard . Excellent care ,, I was expecting a different truck ... But, you know he got the JOB DONE ! For that , It was the best experience I have had with tow truck drivers .... I was in a real BAD situation with Enterprise rental cars at the Ontario, CA airport. I had just purchased a new used car from Paul Blanco in Norco at 7:00 PM and was headed with my son to drop off the rental my son and I were using. We go in, unload the items from the rental car and transfer items to the new car. We (my son and I) were told by a lot guy that he told the girl in the "box" up at the secuirty check point to go ahead and let us through. When we were driving up to the exit, she waved us on and said "he already told me, your good to go, just drive through" we both said okay, waved at her and proceeded to drive out of the exit. As soon as my car was just barley through the exit, the girl in the "box" hit the wrong button, the arm came down hitting the roof of my new car, I yelled out from the drivers side window "hey lady what the hell is wrong with you", then the spikes came up and popped both front tires. The girl comes running out from her booth yelling "oh my god, oh my god, I'm so sorry its totally my fault, oh my god, oh my god, Im new, Im so sorry... my son and I both jump out of the car yelling "holy crap what the F just happened" and she just stands there saying "oh my god, oh my god, Im so sorry its all my fault, Im new and proceeds to tell me she had all 4 of her tires popped by her driving over spikes, Im like so what get your boss down here NOW!!! She just stands there saying "oh my god, Im so sorry this is all my fault, this has never happened, Im new, Im so sorry. I turn off my car because now I cant drive it. Its now 7:30ish, the girls name is Vivian Varrientos and she obviously was not trained properly or she's not very intelligent because how hard is it to push a button when cars go through the security check point?
