DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP! I went in to have the lens on my iPhone replaced. When I received my phone back the screen seemed off, but the merchant told me it was because he was running a promo and was giving people new screen protector, so he was giving me one. I was perplexed because I already had an expensive screen protector, and he hadn't asked whether I wanted a new one. But he told me that he'd removed it because it had been cracked. In the aftermath my touchscreen wasn't working correctly. Soon after I received a notice from my iPhone that my entire screen was now an aftermarket product. The seller confirmed in email that he replaced my entire screen without telling me when I picked my phone up, which is to say: he straight-up lied when I said something with my screen was off. I went in with a small problem and paid money to leave with a larger problem that was not disclosed. Update: I brought the phone in last Tuesday. Five days later the new touchscreen stopped working consistently. The next day it started overheating my phone to the point that I couldn't pick it up. When I took it to a real repair shop they said the tech who put it on had caused internal damage, and the phone had to be replaced. So I paid over $100 for a lens replacement (when the website quotes $60) only to have to buy a new phone because they caused so much damage. I emailed with the tech, and he had absolutely no interest in even pretending to be helpful. He knows he straight-up lied, he knows he destroyed my phone, and he doesn't care. read more

Wish I could give a better score but this dude is rude, dismissive, argumentative, and shady. He apparently took over the business recently so I would NOT go here. - charged $260 for what their OWN WEBSITE said would be $140 (iPhone 13 screen repair) - charged me extra because he told me they were out of normal and only had "premium screens". Turns out it's significantly worse than a regular screen and cuts off the image, doesn't register touch well, bad color, etc. - took an hour and a half instead of the listed 30 minutes - tried to say he was done with the repair, meanwhile the screen was bulging and not sealed (???) I had to point it out to which he said "oh dang, nice catch" - awkwardly forced me to leave 2 reviews for his business (which I did out of kindness) which I will now change - quickly and hastily put a screen protector on my phone that I had to remove because it had dust and bubbles - told me I "don't understand business" when I tried to talk with him about making things right In conclusion, I really wanted to like this guy and have a good experience, but he was childish at every turn. Super unfortunate and turned into a nightmare. read more

I went to the Apple Store with my iPad and iPhone because of some screen cracks. They said both were not repairable. They could give me same model refurbished for $1,200! What?? Nuts! Went to LML repair with my devices. They repaired both for substantially less than what Apple was trying to get from me. Repairs were fast. They also were amazing when another issue arose with the iPhone. Took it back and fixed at no charge. I definitely recommend! I hope to never need them again, but if anything happens to my devices, I'll be back for sure! read more

10 STARS!! Im Active Duty and was only here for a layover flight before going overseas. I dropped my phone late at night at the hotel and the screen was toast. I reached out expecting to hopefully hear something early morning before my flight so that I could maybe get it done then. Luqman responded back, drove to my hotel (way after business hours) and fixed it in 30 minutes!!! (Keep in mind mobile repairs aren't typical for this shop) ...... I called Easy X late afternoon on a Friday, and was happy to be received by Luqman who said I could come be same night for a drop off of my badly cracked iPad 6. He was able to get it fixed for me and done by Sunday afternoon, and it looks brand new again. Everything works the way it should, it's just as responsive as it was before cracking it, and his pricing was very fair. If you need a screen repaired, I recommend his services for sure. Luqman did a really great job repairing my iPhone X screen. I had dropped it, completely smashing the top right corner, damaging the area by the ear piece, and the display kept going off till the whole screen was permanently completely black. Luqman took my iPhone in the evening and had it ready early the next day. The phone is completely functional, like brand new. My IPhone 11 was in good hands with this repair company. I went in for a screen replacement and in less than 30 minutes it was fixed. The service was was fairly priced at around 120$ (excluding tip) for my device. The man working on my screen blessed me with an additional service free of charge out of compassion. I had a very disappointing experience with this phone repair service. The person who worked on my phone seemed inexperienced and ended up causing more damage by cracking the screen. When I mentioned the issue, he refused to acknowledge the mistake and insisted on charging me for the repair. Additionally, he responded rudely when I asked him to address the damage. My iPhone SE back camera wasn't working and the screen was broken. Radwan from LML Repair fixed both problems extremely quickly and were super kind while doing it. It was a great price and they fixed the screen within a few hours so that I had the phone back the day of. Overall, great costumer service, great value for product, and extremely quick. I had my phone screen repaired, but the service was poor. The screen is now thick and covered in glue, and despite multiple attempts to fix it, the phone is falling apart. The repairer left before finishing the job and asked for more money. When I refused, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Avoid this place; the high ratings are misleading.
