I took my kiddos (age 6 and 8) to get pedicures to celebrate the last day of school. The salon posts prices on the wall and the staff clearly communicated them as well, then when the specific polish was going to cost extra they checked with me first. They took their time even though they were kids and other than the normal growth, the kids toenails are still perfect over three weeks later. I highly recommend!

Just started going here and love that they make my cat eye nail designs come true! Thanks, Tim! Love the ease of booking an appointment online and they have a parking lot for easy access.

Emily is the best tech I've ever had! I was indecisive and wanted something with a sweater like design and she listened to all my concerns and made my nails beautiful. I'm super happy and will for sure be going back!

After 8 months, went for a mani and pedicure having an event. Well ,I had a terrible experience ! The technician didn't clean up well the cuticle, didn't check for the ingrown nails, didn't know how to apply white nail polish on my pedi ,and i end up with horrible lighter patches and he wanted to apply the top coat , I stopped him and other's technicians came to see what happened,but surprise.... Nobody saw a problem. In the end one of them tried to redo few of the nails . I never was so upset . Paid 90$ plus tip for a bad job . Were to put the other annoying technician who repeated to me 3 times that French tip are extra 10$ ... idk what was the point , especially when I responded him from the beginning that I KNOW ! But seeing the situation of my pedi didn't discount anything or didn't forget to calculate Onest , idk if I'll go there again

Being new to Michigan, I've tried a couple of nails salons in Troy and Southfield. I always go back to LN Nails. I've had a different nail tech each time, and cannot complain. I am always pleased with how my nails turn out. I don't think I'll experiment with any other nails salons.

Wow! This place is SUPER clean, organized, and smells like a spa. While in the area, I was looking for a nail salon to go to and stumbled upon LN Nails & Spa. Located in a small strip center next to Subway. This little nail shop turned out to be a great find! I was greeted right when I walked in, sat down immediately and within minutes a technician started working on my nails. I ended up getting gel nails, polish change. The tech was very professional and quick. Great tunes were playing in the background, the salon smelt like lemongrass and it was CLEAN. I love my new nail color and look forward to coming back again, soon! Great job! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

They leave cuts on your feet that just make the calluses grow back stronger. So love that. The pedi was nice too pretty normal but sanitary and he did a really good job.

The did a great job on my nails! Wasn't able to get exactly what I showed them, but my tech was patient and helped me pull together something similar. The service was STELLAR. I was in and out in an hour and I was accompanied by my cousin and she got a mani-pedi; she also was out pretty quick. It was clean and the music was nice. The nail tech took artistic control and gave me something I actually wanted! Jelly nails. I was going to get the regular acrylic set with red polish but he made them "jelly" nails instead.

Called at 11:30 on a Saturday and I was able to be seen at 1. Lee does a phenomenal job shaping I have been to many different nail techs and no one has ever been as thorough as he was. I wasn't satisfied with my initial service. I was able to go back and get my nails reshaped and a new design free of charge after 2 days. They look much nicer now and I will come back to get my nails done by Nathan. Clean, non-crowded shop. Friendly staff. They were very nice about fixing my nails and making sure I was happy. Rude as hell! This was my first time coming to this nail salon. The male tech asked me what services I wanted. I informed him a full set and pedi. He immediately responded "long wait". My response was how long is the wait, can you clarify? He said 1 hour. I said ok, I'll .... He just cut me off and started talking to a walk in customer. The male tech was very short and abrupt when I asked how long was the wait. Yes, I was a walk in however, he gave a very clear impression that he didn't want to service me. That was very unprofessional and a bad first impression! Never again read more

So I go between doing my nails myself and doing press ons, either to save time or disappointment! I hit my nail at work today and with my set being 2 weeks ago 1 of my nails lifted so bad I knew it would not make it. So I looked up a nail salon near my job site and after looking at the pictures I was confident that what I wanted could be executed. When I got there it was empty and Nathan greeted me! An older woman did my pedicure and she was very thorough. Nathan was able to duplicate the abstract line art I wanted on my toes and I let him freestyle on my hands. I was sooooooo pleased!!! Everything came out perfect! I smiled the whole service which usually doesn't happen for me. I didn't feel uncomfortable or unwelcome at any point. Since I am in Detroit often for work I will absolutely be back to see Nathan. Thank you so much for making my day!! read more

I saw a few reviews on a Madison heights Facebook group and had to try LN out! I am so glad I did! I've been going to the same nail salon for years but this is my new spot! The salon is so cute and very clean. They have SO many choices and do all of kinds of cute artwork on your nails if you want it. For gel they had a huge variety including glitters and chrome! You can book an appointment online, by phone or you can just walk in! My nails look great and i was in and out! The service was wonderful and prices are super fair! You should definitely check them out! read more

This was my first visit and I'm switching nail salons. I got a dip overlay on real nails with no tips for $40. Shellac would have been $35. Service includes shellac polish removal. Designs are 2 for $5. This place does excellent work at great prices. Nearby Costco for convenience after you shop. I'm sold! read more

Loved the way my nails came out but three of my nails had a very bad burning sensation and it made it difficult to drive any type of pressure while I had them on gave me uncomfortable pain in my fingers but the staff were all polite and funny! The vibe in the shop was good all around I just wish I didn't have the outcome of the pain with my nails read more

this it's my 3rd or 4th time going there and I asked the nail tech that my nail had a lititle green tint on it and he's like it will be ok and he put glue on my nail and proceded to work on my nails and 2 weeks in I broke a nail and long an behold my whole nail was green sooo pissed off. That I even called him and he's like oh I'm sorry water must of went under the nail. he didn't even offer to say ohh come in I'll take care of it for you or anything like that. soo I'm not going there anymore. not happy at all.. read more

I went to this salon for the first time this past weekend and I had an amazing experience!! It was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. They had tons of different colors, including cool metallic and glittery ones. My pedicure was thorough, but didn't take forever! They have great grand opening price specials right now too! It is located in a strip mall in Madison Heights and there is plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend this place! read more

I found LN Nails courtesy of a gift card from my sister, and it turned out to be a great choice! Making a last-minute appointment was super easy -- I called the night before, and they were able to get me in. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted with a warm welcome. I opted for a gel manicure, and it only took around 30 minutes. The salon appeared well-maintained and hygienic, and most importantly, my nails turned out fabulous! LN Nails is my go-to! I haven't had a single tech that didn't do a great job on my nails. They really focus on attention to detail, and take their time to ensure that your nails look and feel perfect. The customer service is fantastic as well. They've saved me a couple times fixing a chip or adding a tip to make a broken nail fit the manicure I was trying to achieve. Highly recommend! read more

I thought she did a terrific job & handled my ingrown toenails very well. In a classic pedi, they don't use a scrub but I enjoyed the lotion, leg and foot massage & she used a hot stone as well. Quite a few desks and pedicure chairs. Place is clean & modern. I enjoyed hearing no tv, just classic piano music. Very relaxing. $36 for the pedicure plus tip, I paid cash. Very nice--I'll be back

Very disappointed…read more I asked for dip but she didn't have the color I wanted in dip. She told me that she had a similar color in shellac and that she could put it over the clear dip. ONE DAY LATER and my nails looked like this. $55 and a $15 tip. This is unacceptable.
