Long story short, I was looking for a new barber in the general area. I did the online search and LNK popped up in an area and place I was all too familiar with. When I was a kid, I came here (used to be called Aldo's, but obviously ownership changed since then), until I got a little older and never came back - so it was nice to be back in a place I sort of first started at. Came in and there was no wait time, which is always nice. Everyone was nice and friendly. My barber was great. I have a fairly simple haircut these days, so the quality of the cut/fade was perfect and just what I wanted/needed. It was quick and easy and I was done 15 minutes after I first walked in. Parking is street and metered, so be prepared due to the parking police frequenting the area consistently. There are side streets as well. For locals, a nice walk. They're closed on Saturdays, but they're open the rest of the week. So I can say my search for a new place is over and I will be back. read more

My son and I both received a haircut , but do I regret it . I asked the barber to give my son medium taper , while I was getting my haircut . I look over and it's a low taper , so I asked the barber to go higher and do the medium taper ( who was literally still In the chair) and the barber responded with so much attitude and disrespect . The barber responded with attitude " what are you talking about , you are going to pay double , are you going to pay $30 dollars more !" . I was just so disappointed and frustrated . I took my son home and cut his hair myself . This barber had absolutely no professionalism , poor manners and 0 customer service . I've been taking my special needs son here for 5 years. Anyone with a SN child knows how difficult it is to get our kids haircut. Each and every barber in this shop is skilled to work with my son who is in a wheelchair with cerebral palsy. Avdi obviously is my sons favorite and is gentle, kind and patient. Ever since they changed their hours and stay closed on Saturday trying to get a haircut has become impossible here. Today I walked in at 540pm and they had 5 people waiting and only one barber working. How do you maintain a barbershop by closing on Saturday and on Friday evening closing at 630 with only one chair available? Avi is one of the best barbers in the Tri-state area specializing in men's haircuts, shaves and beard trims for any age - young boys to seniors. Parking is available on street. Neat and clean atmosphere. Pleasant and welcome personality Excellent hours 8:30-6:30p Monday-Friday and Saturday's to 6. Would highly recommend if moms are looking for boys cuts. Copying my Google review here. Still a great place as of 2/23/20. 6/29/19 - Walked in without an appointment as my regular place wasn't open and I have an event to go to today. I needed a cut badly and it couldn't wait. Met the new owner, Vlad, who was fantastic. He gave me a sharp looking short fade in under 15 minutes. He was quick, professional, and personable. We chatted a bit, and I was very happy. He's now my new regular guy for a haircut. read more

Worst haircut in my life. I explained what I wanted which is a fade on the side and the back of my head and just trim the top a little. The barber finished my cut in literally 5 mins and it's terrible he basically just shaved my sides, the back of my head and HALF OF HEAD ON TOP. I only have hair on the top middle to my hairline. They may be good shaving heads but if you want a very detailed hairstyle 0/10 recommend this barbershop. read more

First time into LNK and I received the best haircut I've ever had. My barber was Vlad and he was personable, thorough and listened to all my requests. I even showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he completely nailed it. I could not be happier and the fact that it's only $20 a cut was the icing on the cake. clean, fast, great control! these guy are real barbers, old school barbers who blend clippers and scissor work. 20 min in and out hair cut. of course shave, etc will take longer. you will be pleased! read more
