I stopped going there. Every single time I went in, they said I needed a new set, that the last person who did my nails did a bad job. Well, THEY were the ones who did my nails! It was always an upsell with them. The last pedicure I got from them was the final straw. She cut my nails back so far that they bled! It was a month before I could wear closed-toe shoes. So.... I wish I could give them a 3.5 as I really love their pedicures with the hot wax and stones as it is very relaxing. What I don't like it they have a book with lots of services but seem to always be out of the lower priced items. It's kinda "scammy" and strange. If you only want to offer the one service then take away the others. While some of the staff is super friendly and professional, there are others that halfway perform the service, leaving my toenails to look so-so, and continually chat with the other staff. Lee did my nails - I got a full set and dipping powder - it was $45 with cuticle trim. I was a little worried at first but she actually did a pretty good job. She and the lady next to her talked about me every time I asked a question, which is super annoying. She went a little too far down to the cuticle with the dipping powder so when it grows out it looks like crap. However, I've paid more and been less satisfied at other local places. I went to LNT Nails on Saturday, Sep 7, 2024. There was hardly any customers in the salon. I thought that was odd for a Saturday between 1 -3 pm. The nail tech was not experienced and kept making mistakes and trying to fix. Her failed attempts just kept making the appearance worse and worse. When I left there, I had badly shaped nails and polish all over my cuticles. I paid $45 and left a $10 tip. Later, I received a text asking about my experience, so I submitted a review and the response was "sorry, perhaps we were busy, call us and we will fix". So I called, sent a picture of my nails and the gentleman told me to come in. He also wanted me to tell him who did my service. I didn't have her name but described for him the location of the nail table. It is only two tables facing the door, in front of the sinks. I set a time to return. Upon my arrival to the salon, I stated that I was returning to have my nails fixed. The gentleman, who I believe is the owner, asked if I wanted them completely redone or just filled. So he knew I was returning for a do over, not new service. They sat me down with a different nail tech. For at least the past 3 years have only gotten the manicure Dip Powder service for my nails. So I know the process of the application. This new nail tech started applying the dip powder with liquid acrylic. Never seen that done before. I made the comment that I didn't know you could use acrylic with the dip powder but I got no comment or feedback from her or the other technician that was standing by observing. The technician finished my service. My nails look somewhat better but left a lot of product on my nail cuticles, under the nails and on my hands. As I was preparing to leave the nail table the gentleman, who I assume is the owner, got up from his table next to me, leaving his client, walked over to the register and said to me it would be $45 today. What? You told me to come back for a do over. He said I didn't tell him when I came in, (That was a lie) and that I would have needed the initial technician perform the redo. The gentleman kept insisting for payment as if they were being harmed, stating how they get paid on commission and they were losing money. After going back and forth with the price, I still ended up paying $16.50 plus a tip. Total out of pocket is $76.50 for a $45 service. They were not harmed at all. (Prices are not posted either). I am not sure what is going on at the establishment now but they are not providing the same customer service they had previously. You have been warned.! read more

I really enjoy this place. I do only go for the pedicures so I can't have a lot to say about the manicures. Once you walk in, you're greeted by almost everyone working. You then sign in on a computer and wait for a text or someone will come and bring you to your chair. I solely make my appointments with Cindy because she is absolutely amazing! Came in Friday 8/2/24 evening to get a pedicure and nail dip. Was looking at nail dip colors before seated so I could match the dip color to my toe nail polish. The staff came up and took the samples out of my hand rushing me to sit down even though I had not picked out my color. I told them I wanted to pick out my dip nail color before I picked out my toenail polish but said it would be okay. When it came time to pick my toenail polish, I told them I wanted to pick out the dip color first. They brought me different samples but I told them I wanted to see the ones I was looking at when I came in. It took them awhile to finally go get the ones I was talking about. I was able to select a color and then they told me they did not have. So, I selected another color and they again told me they did not have and wanted me to pick out another color. I told them to tell me which ones they did have b/c I felt they would continue to tell me they did not have. I selected a third color and they told me they had. Then they finally matched the toenail polish. While all this was taking place, the staff was up in arms. Two kept staring me down. These same two is the reason I stopped coming last time. I will not come back to this place. Very rude staff. I had to give this a one star but would not have given them any. Former employees have said terrible place. Definitely make an appointment because if you walk in and tell them what you want, chances are they'll take 6 other people who walked in after you before they will you even if they don't have an appointment. Like today, I walked in because I needed my nail fixed, at the same time another girl walked in behind me who needed a full set, at the same time they told 2 other women to come back in an hour, an hour later they're working on the girl's full set who walked in AFTER ME, and now the 2 ladies who left for an hour while I waited are back and they've been sat down BEFORE ME. Went here for prom and graduation nails because my other regular places were closed. The guy that did my nails was not gentle at all. Rough with my hands, stuck his long fingernails in my cuticles to get nail polish out (which hurt) and nicked me multiple times while cleaning my cuticles up. The acrylic nails, which were a full set of one color, took about two hours-- I had started before my friend and ended after my friend. The nails ended up being lumpy, the top coat was coarse, and my whole nail wasn't covered. As if the actual acrylic nails weren't bad enough, they are terribly thin on the bottom as well. I am not able to remove all of the acrylic from my nail, as it is too thin and will not come off. Paid way too much for these. Not worth it at all. First time going here. Not going back. read more

The gentleman who did my pedicure were so pleasant and it was soooo relaxing. So worth $45! (I got a deluxe, I work on my feet.) The woman who did my manicure came and did it just standing on one side while I was receiving my foot massage. I have a bad back and i had to keep twisting to the side so she could do the hand that was not right next to her. Ruined part of my pedicure experience, but the gel nails look nice. I made an appt for 3 at 11:30am. They didn't take my name and told me it's set. I show up and make us wait 30min. They started my pedicure last and finished it first. I paid $45 for my pedicure and it was horrible. They had to repaint 3x and when I didn't like it, she would snatch my foot and viciously remover the paint. I have really enjoyed going to LNT. They have you sign in when you get there and ask what you need. Then they give you a menu with options of different kinds of pedicures or manicures. I like this, because if you want a really extreme pedicure, you can get that. Or if you just need a basic one, you can get that too. They are always really friendly and they have massage chairs to sit in while getting a pedicure. They also have a waxing room which is pretty nice. I love the chandelier they have to... so pretty. I got a pedicure which was okay I guess but the water was cold & when I said it they could heat up my water they told me to wait & did about 15mins later. After that I decided I wanted to get a full set.. I wanted a gel acrylic full set but she decided to do SNS & let me say that I was NOT happy with how she left them.. it was too much money for such a bad job. Good work clean facilities. Good prices. A bit pushy at time to get extra work but in all a good place to get your nails done. EDIT: I broke my finger a few weeks ago, while I am still wearing a splint and my finger still not fully healed I went to get my nails done (hey this girl has her priorities) the lady that did my nails was great! She was very gentle and very aware about my comfort, she made sure that I was not in pain, by taking her time and making sure that my nails looked amazing again. The customer service was great, but the quality of my nails was poor. The man, Tom, that did my pedicure and gel manicure was so busy looking around the shop that my nails turned out very uneven and lumpy looking polish. He missed a lot of spots where clear polish should have been on my toes. My gel manicure was also not good. It has only been 2 days and polish is peeling because he missed spots when polishing. I tried to tell him but it didn't seem like he payed attention at all. I spent $65 but don't feel it was worth it because of the poor quality. This place gets two stars only for their use of bags in the foot wells and for the atmosphere, such as the TVs and newness of the chairs. However, my sister and I had appointments on a Sunday at 1pm for pedicures. We were seated right away, but no one came to start on my sister's toes for 45 minutes and it was a full hour before anyone started on mine. The water was ice cold by the time she got to me. Plus, they started on two walk-ins seated next to us first. They could tell I was frustrated, so they then proceeded to stare and talk about us. If I had somewhere I HAD to be after, I would have been forced to leave after soaking my feet in cold water for an hour. Helping walk-ins before you have started on appointments is unacceptable. read more

Bad experience! I would love to say I had a good experience but I did not. I realize some of the women work hard in the salon. I applaud their hard work and dedication to their craft. But, some of the workers are terribly rude and it taints the whole spa experience. I have been a customer of this nail salon for about 6-7 months and I have always paid for my service and tipped generously. But, the last time I went in the salon my card was declined for some strange reason. I was not very happy with that but remained calm. I knew I had money on the card. I just needed to solve the problem. I asked if I could use the ATM machine in the salon and they said they had no money in the machine. We tried my card again and it did not work. So, I told them, politely, that I needed to run across the street and use the ATM. When I said that one of the workers came to me and GRABBED MY CELL PHONE FROM MY HAND AND TOLD ME TO BRING BACK THE MONEY AND I COULD HAVE MY CELL PHONE BACK!!! WOW:/ I understood them being concerned about getting the money but I cannot believe she grabbed my personal property! She pretended to be nice but she was WAAAAAY OUT OF LINE!! I was completely humiliated in front of the customers and the workers. I was astounded but quietly left to go to the ATM to retrieve my money. I did it in about 5 minutes or less because my bank was right across the street. I was kind to the worker and they felt bad when I came back in with the money. They saw at that moment I was not a liar. I felt as if I was profiled right away as a criminal and may be something else!!! There could have been a million other ways to handle the situation. They are very smart women. They knew better than that. This place has a long way to go in customer service. These select few nail techs should be ashamed of their behavior. You cannot be perfect but at least you can try your best to be kind to your customers. Even in odd situations such as this one. It happens to the best of us. Technology fails. And, when it does there is always cash. Let's do better guys!! read more

Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I made an appointment for my sister and myself a week before we needed them done. They were so busy it was as if we didn't have an appointment. We were separated and couldn't enjoy our time together. This was for wedding preparation. My sister wanted a design done on her nails and they painted the design with craft paint, not nail polish. Since I wasn't sitting next to her I couldn't put a stop to it. My gel manicure was painted all over my skin and wasn't cleaned up, she was too busy trying to get to the next customer. Me && my mom have been comingg here for years . !!!! This placeeee I always recommend . Half the time I don't have too because people are already askingg me where after they see my nails . !!!! They know me and my mom so they already know what we want usually and greet us so kindly . They know that I always want very long, pointyy nails . !!!! Which is nice . I gave LNT a two star review for the following reasons. Pros: Sterile tools in pouches, use plastic over pedicure tub, very clean facility, male owner very friendly, and they give cash customers a 5% rebate gift certificate. There were many polish color choices, and the chandeliers there are beautiful! Also, the lady that did my pedicure did a great job massaging my feet and legs. Cons: I went in on a Sunday right at noon when they opened. My usual place isn't open on Sunday. I got the $30 pedicure and a $5 design. The lady that did my pedicure was nice at first, but she kept on trying to up-sell me, which got rather annoying when I was trying to relax. I asked her to use the rasp on my feet and she said I didn't need it, but I did. She didn't remove all of my old polish, and when she painted the new color on, she missed the inner 1/8 of my big toes. She did the nail design and it was very poorly done and crooked. I asked her to fix it and she said "No, come sit in the drying chair." This pedicure should have taken an hour, but she was done in 35 minutes. That being said, I have had worse pedicures, and I have had better pedicures. Their massage chairs are very mediocre. I probably won't be coming back. read more

I had a horrible experience at LNT Nails & Spa. While sitting down, I notice that the nail tech was using a dirty towel with nail clippings from the previous customer. When asked to change the towel she instantly got upset. This was very unsanitary. I spoke with the owner and she did not express concern about the quality of her nail shop or correct the situation. I caution anyone to go here. The owner/manager and nail tech was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Most of all for health reasons, I would not go there. Even though it is a nice facility, their health practices are poor. I hope this review helps anyone who is considering going here. read more

I went to get a full set with my sister today and Amber was the employee that tried to do my fullset. She didn't even put nails wide enough on and I tried to tell her. She denied it. Tried to charge me $5 for cuticle removal. I told her I didn't want a full set anymore. She got mad and started clipping my nails off all extra rough. I had to snatch the nail clipper off her hands. Do not get your nails done by her! Most of the employees there always have a bad attitude until you try to speak to them. Their customer service is horrible!! read more

Not a good choice. We have been to this place a handful of times. The first time was fine. Since then it has gotten much worse. The last time, there we three of us there, plenty of employees available to accommodate us but we waited while they wandered around for a while. Eventually they got all of us started, but as other customers arrived they abandoned my mother-in-law then a few minutes later someone else showed up to finish it. My mother in law still went back one more time (it's close to her house) and the same switch-a-roo happened two more times resulting in a 3 hour manicure. Absolutely ridiculous.
