Nice little Italian joint nestled in the rolling hills of York County. We decided to order three pies. One 16-inch pep, one 16-inch bbq chicken and a sicilian pie with sausage. I called the order in and was told 20 minutes. Turned out closer to 30. The sicilian met expectations. Nice thick crust and a healthy amount of sausage (sliced, nit crumbled). The bbq chicken was a bit on the sweet side. There is no sauce under the cheese, just drizzled on top. I can't speak for the pep. I'd order from here again! read more

Awesome pizza and great service! Stopped by while camping nearby and it did not disappoint

My husband and I stopped here for lunch. Our waitress was so great. She recommended the bruschetta for an appetizer. It was by far the best I've ever had. We had the stuffed pizza it was delicious and large we couldn't finish it. Everything there is homemade. The wine and beer were also good. I will definitely be back. read more

Food tastes great and prices are decent. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication and quality. The last time we ate in they got our order all wrong and then didn't add it up right. The last few times we ordered the Grandma's pizza the crust has been paper thin. So thin that you can't even pick it up because it's just goes limp. We just enjoyed another fantastic meal at Lovasco's this evening. my husband ordered wings and said they were crispy and just right with the heat. I had the cheese ravioli but asked for vodka sauce and had them add mushrooms, oh my, was it ever good. Our waitress was Jamie and she took great care of us. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. This evening the owner was helping out where he could and stopped by our table to see how we were doing. I told him I loved what he had done to the place and that the food was delicious. He said "I'll be right back." He came back with the chef, we told him how much we enjoyed his food. I thought that was very nice. read more

Best Pizza in Lewisberry/Wellsville/Dover/Dillsburg area. Since we moved to the area we have tried a couple local places and Lo vascos is by far the best. All their food is fresh and none of it, especially their pizzas and Strombolis are ever greasy. We especially love their cannoli which is made in house. In the last year they have reopened their sit down dinning and now serve alcohol. We have had a meal or two and their pasta is delicious and their staff and service is always amazing. Restaurant is clean and is set up well and they are always busy and support the local community. read more

This a true Italian owned place. It reminded me of my New York visit of Little Italy. When I walked in the phone was ringing off the hook. A lot of loud speaking people behind the counter. They told me that my order would take 45 minutes. I was ok with that. My order came out in 20mins. Service was polite and honest. My steak sub was very good. Not best I have ever had. But definitely the best in the area. I also ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. I liked that a lot because it was not too sweet. The value and portions of everything was in line. Best local pizza in the Wellsville/East Berlin area BY FAR! They do not have indoor seating since Covid , but a six years ago when dating my now to be husband , we met here to eat and I was new to the area . We had a great time and they played Italian music and was a good switch up from what we normally listen to. The staff was kind but quiet but comfortable to be around. Truly felt like a out of town experience and to this day order from there often. Our five and two year old loves there pizza and fries and I love love love their chicken bacon and cheese salad. It's LOADED with toppings which in this time of financial troubles everywhere makes it worth the money to spend and keep giving them our business. read more

Lo Vascos has the best pizza and Italian cheese steak sandwiches around and really good subs too, just be careful when ordering on line and when paying your bill. Make sure you say EXACTLY what you want and make sure the person taking your order says EXACTLY what you ordered. If you order the 2 cheese pizza special, make sure they repeat special in the order or you will get charged $4.00 extra. Also, if they do charge you extra, call them and they will put your name on the board behind the register stating that they owe you the $4.00. But, when I went to get my latest order they actually almost charged me for the 2 large pizzas without the special price again AND they actually added in the $4.00 credit they owed me from the last time! If I couldn't add in my head and also know the 6% tax amount, I would have paid $10.00 extra - WOW! I wonder how many times this has happened to others?! I truly believe that the charging extra error is because nobody thinks about it or knows basic math anymore. They just plug the information into the cash register and it must be correct, even if it doesn't make any sense. I still gave a 4 out of 5, because they did apologize, and their food is usually awesome. read more
