    Deceptive advertising practices

Phenomenal pizza! Some of the best we've ever had. Their white pies are phenomenal, but here's the problem. As my picture states, I called looking to use a coupon, 2 large pizzas with a topping each, for $24.99. This deal has been seen at many pizza shops around our area, give or take a few dollars. I called them looking forward to great pizza on a Friday night for my family. A gentleman answers the phone. I let him know we were using the coupon. He knew which one. I explained we'd like a large pepperoni and the other could they do 1/2 bacon and 1/2 onions. He said up charg. I was like, oh, even if it's a half and half? He said , "no, you don't understand. The coupon is only for 1 pizza with one topping, and the other is plain cheese." Huh? Your coupon says 2 large one topping pizzas, $24.99. Totally deceptive. Hard to go back with business practices like that!

I like this guy. I like his wife. I like their kids. It's a family affair. One thing for sure is they are Italian. Very good pizza. I ordered a medium with spicy sausage, pepperoni, and anchovies. I should have ordered a small but many times my eyes are bigger than my stomach. The dough is thin and crispy on the outer edge - no huge edge that nobody wants. Just right. The inside crust was a little soggy but still very good. The sauce is great. It is mild and sweet and you know it's there but it just blends perfectly. Their menu is huge so there is definitely something for everyone. They also have a large screen TV but with a difference. They play Italian love song videos on it. Different but cool. If you are in the area you should check them out.

The food was great! Authentic Italian! Yummy! My friend had the bacon ranch Stromboli and I had the spinach calzone.

I got a cheesesteak sub tonight. The meat and cheese was good but the sub I did not like the seeds on it nor the bread very disappointing especially after paying almost $13 for it.

We've been driving past here several times and never stopped. My daughter had a two day limit or food restrictions for a test in hershey. On the way home, quick stop at Giant and she was hungry. She is a picky pizza eater. Staff was great, polite. Food was fast and was priced well. Daughter loved it. We have to agree with her the pizza was really great. Good taste, sauce wasn't spicy or watered down, and the crust was they way crust should be, just the perfect crispness. Highly recommend!! Def this is a place that we will stop again. Thank you!

Pizza is best in the area but what makes me give them a 5 star review is their family values and hospitality.

Actual Italians own it so you know it's good. They ship stuff over from the motherland.

Our server last night was attentive, but did take a while to bring the bread and my side salad. Speaking of the side salad, it is a very basic salad with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, and onion. They were out of the house dressing, so I opted for the Italian, which was really a golden Italian dressing. As an Italian restaurant, I would have hoped for something different. For our main meals, I ordered the pasta Brunello, which is chunks of chicken with mushrooms, penne pasta in a creamy rosé sauce. It was delicious. My daughter did the create your own pasta with Penne pasta, marinara, and a side of Italian sausage. We think it sat in the window a little bit as the plate was hot and the sauce had adhered to the pasta. She still enjoyed it though. The garlic bread is fresh and hot, and they offer butter in addition to oil. The prices are reasonable. The decore could use some updating, but it is definitely a good neighborhood Italian restaurant.

Their WATER??? It sucks. I'm not sure what they use for their source of water, but it has the MOST GOD-AWFUL taste. Reminds me of the old Erin Brokovich movie that dealt with the tainted water in Hinkley. It is BYOB, but if you are even thinking of just drinking water, be sure to BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!!!!

Adventure Buddy and I popped into Vissagio's on a Friday night around 5:30pm. They had a…read morereservation ready for us, but honestly, the place was basically empty when we walked in, so we had the dining room to ourselves until about 6pm. Quiet, cozy, and perfect for some pre-weekend indulgence. The staff were wonderful--super friendly, checked in just enough so we didn't feel neglected, and honestly went above and beyond. My favorite part? They boxed up our leftovers right at the table. I don't know why this feels like such a rare treat, but I adored it. We started with drinks--an Old Fashioned for Adventure Buddy (classic) and a Blueberry Lemonade cocktail for me (fancy, fruity, perfect). Then we jumped into the food. First up: Bosco Bruschetta ($14). Porcini mushrooms on toasted bread, shaved Parmigiano, balsamic drizzle...and SO MANY MUSHROOMS. Creamy, rich, and overflowing off the little toasts. Highly recommend. Like, I'd go back just for this. For dinner, I went with the Eggplant Parmigiana ($24). This was a serious dish--lightly breaded eggplant layered with marinara and mozzarella, plus a huge side of pasta. The eggplant itself was perfect, not just drowned in sauce, and came in its own bakeware dish. I ended up taking about two-thirds home, which I have zero complaints about. Adventure Buddy had the Gnocchi Sorrento ($24) and added a filet mignon. The gnocchi were like little pillows of happiness, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the filet came out exactly medium-rare. Chef knows what's up. We couldn't resist dessert--a slice of chocolate peanut butter to split. SO good, and surprisingly light. Honestly, I could have eaten the whole thing (and, mostly did). Also, shout-out for the bread and dipping oil they brought out right when we sat down. I was starving, as usual, and that little gesture made me very happy. Total bill came to $132 with tip, which is really reasonable for the portions, quality, service, and slightly upscale-but-not-stuffy vibe. Bottom line: Vissagio's hits all the right notes--delicious food, friendly staff, and portions that don't leave you crying into a tiny plate. I'll definitely be back!
