I got a Hummer H2 from these guys and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. All dealerships tell you they would get you the best deal and look out for you when it comes to financing. With this company they did just that. I had my eye on a Hummer from another dealership so I went through all the financing with another dealer. After three hrs of waiting for a approval I got approved for the SUV hummer but I didn't like the terms (they wanted me to pay double what I said I wanted to put down and a shorter term). It's not like I could not afford the terms but I would rather pay less or if I was going to pay the terms I got approved for I would rather pay it on a SUT version not the SUV. So I took a day to think about it. That night I looked around for a better deal and found the SUT version I wanted at Lone Stare Motors. It was around the same price as the other so I took a chance and took the 1 hr drive to Humble to check out the Hummer. When I pulled up looking at the Hummer I knew if it drove good and they got the numbers better than the other dealership then its mine. So after driving it and looking at it, It was time for financing. The first thing I did was tell them that if they meet my terms, I will give them my business. They took about 15 minutes and I was signing paperwork for my new Hummer and drove it home. Not only did they give me the price I was looking for, they got everything done really fast compared to other dealerships, which take up the entire day. Then surprisingly, the next day I get a call from them saying they were able to negotiate a better deal with a lender. At first I didn't understand what they were talking about because I signed paperwork and the deal was done to me because I was happy with the terms and truck. So I took another ride to Loan Star Motors to see whats going on and to make a long story short I was signing a even better deal. How many dealerships do you know that after a deal is done they continue to work your file and get you a better deal. Any other company Ive got a car from would forget about you after the deal is done. These guys took that extra step and continued to look out for me after I already brought my vehicle home. It is one of the best dealerships I've been to and trust me, I have dealt with all types of dealerships from Austin, Dallas, Houston, Port Arthur, etc. John, Josh and Nick are the real deal. They are friendly, professional guys willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the car you deserve. Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2005 Black Acura RL from these guys and I have fallen in love with it. The car is beautiful and runs smoothly. From the moment I walked through the door to test drive the car until the moment I drove away in my car, they were there for me. Literally 10 minutes after I had signed the paperwork and I was getting in my car to drive off for good, my back windows would not roll down, I was like "OMG, I can't believe this is happening! Immediately, I jump out the car, let John know, which at this point was no longer his responsibility, but he takes a look at it anyway and makes a promise to me that he will get his technician to fix it. Needless to say, it turns out that the back windows were not broke; it was just a setting within the car that needed to be reset, but before John even knew that, he was already on the phone ordering a part to get it fixed. Stand-up guys, right! What was also pleasant about this place is they specialize in loans so they can help you get really great APR's without you doing any of the work. Let me tell you America, don't let the size of Loan Star Motors fool ya, they are a small dealership, but they beat out a big-time dealership any day. The service was incredible! I had just driven by and seen the truck I really wanted to purchase. I had just bought a smaller truck from a another lot three weeks earlier and I was given a "bad apple". Z came out and greeted me and I told him my situation and he told me that he would love to work with me. He sat and listened very attentively to my venting and then said "Come in and let's see what we can do for you". Superb all around at Loan Star Motors. I've had nothing but good experience at this dealership, I purchased my first truck through them back in 2010 and I absolutely loved it. I always come by the dealership for little nicknack stuff and they always took care of me. I bought my second car the other day, I went there to test drive it and ended up buying it. I bought a VW Jetta turbo diesel for a fair market price. Photos looked very nice online. I am in California and of course the car was in Texas. So, they took the deposit by check that I mailed and everything else was done by Fedex. They financed part of the balance through a Prime Lender at 2.99%. I used my own shipper and had my car in about 10 days. Later received the license plates and registration by mail. The car was in great shape, as described, just like in the pictures, and no problems at all. So, if you're patient they will get it done, smoothly and all by Fedex. read more
