These people sold me a truck and 3mos after the buying it the transmission went out and they wanted me to pay 2200 dollars to get it back. The buy junk cars and resells the vehicle. They are landshark it's other dealers in the area please stay away from the ppl. They act all nice to get your bbusiness and after that they treat you like shit. Take your money elsewhere. I PURCHASED A 2014 WHITE FORD FIESTA WITH THIS COMPANY JUNE 28,2023. ITS JULY 22,2023 MY VEHICLE RAN HOT ON JULY 21,2023. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! I GAVE $1,250 for my down payment and paid my TTL ON JULY 11,2023 of $590.00. JUNIOR THE OWNERS SON DEMEANED ME!!I WAS YELLED AT AND WAS CALLED OUT OF MY NAME BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY FOR REPAIRS!! Went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle in beginning of June 2024. My first payment was 2 weeks after my purchase date. The vehicle that was sold to me was a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. It had major engine issues upon driving off the lot. I was told to go to AutoZone, get a diagnostic asap so that they could fix it free of charge. Went the next day, said it needed a tune up as well as an oil change. They did the oil change but not the tune up. So I scraped up some money to get a tune up for this truck because it was running pretty bad, smoking badly, due to the engine burning up motor oil that they KNEW about. Literally 6 days after they did the oil change, my oil light comes right back on, needed another oil change. So now this is my 2nd oil change within 2 weeks, ended up having to pay Firestone $1100 because the truck needed new spark plugs, all new wiring, and a brand new ignition coil pack as well as 4 brand new tires because every single last tire was bald and unsafe. So a few days later, my first pay was due. I communicated the issues that I was having with them, told them what I spent on the truck so I was going to Uber and have the money the next day, they said okay. The next day rolled around, which was a Saturday, I called the number that was on the site to let them know that I just dropped someone off far out and I was going to get back a little past the closing time, but I had the money. Nobody answered. I called 6 times, not a single answer. That's because the number on the site is someone's personal number, not even the office phone number, and because that person never picked up, I was not able to reach them that day. Someone came Sunday night ( not a business day for them) and took my truck. So the next day, I go to the dealership like hey my truck got taken but I have the money. I called multiple times Saturday before they closed to have someone wait for me at the dealership to make my payment. The dude tells me "oh well thats not my fault. They picked the truck up so thats going to be a $500 repossession fee. But I cant even give the truck back right now because the truck is burning oil, I smell it, its smoking really bad, and its running awful!" Ironic that all of this is just NOW being mentioned after the truck was SOLD to me but whatever. He told me that they were going to put it in a shop and when its ready, they will call me and I can reclaim my vehicle if i payed the already owed $400 plus the $500 repossession fee. I had all of my things still in this vehicle by the way, including an airtag. They never called me and told me whether or not it got fixed. I called several weeks in a row trying to get an update, they told me they kept sending it to different shops because they didnt know what was wrong ( which was a lie), proceeded to clean out my truck, threw ALL of my personal things away, except my airtag of course because someone took it home thinking they got a free airtag but the idiots dont know I have their address and am going to report it to the police for theft because why is MY airtag tracked at your house and not the dealership, but anywho, threw my things away, cleaned it out, took NEW pictures with the tires I PAYED FOR, and put it back on the site to RESALE MY VEHICLE! I called as soon as I noticed it and the owner told me "oh thats just those new sales men, they put my personal truck on the site that ive had for 12 years but dont worry!" NEVER TOOK IT DOWN, just told me that bs and hung up. I went back like 2 months later because I noticed it was back on the lot, tried to "test drive" it, it WOULDNT EVEN START!! At least the truck started when I had it, I dont know what they did or didnt do, but the truck wouldn't start. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! And if you do, SUE THEM FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE!!! read more

0/10 They Buy Raggedy cars from The Auction and do half ass repairs just to sell them purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey end of September 2023 Not even a week the engine light came on the car ran hot and was leaking coolant they came and got the car "fixed" It and 2 weeks later it did the same thing they "fixed" iT again gave Us the car back with the engine light still on , we drove out of town for an family emergency ended up getting stranded because what they so called "fixed" happened again and the engine light was blinking this time took the car to get a diagnostics test and so many codes popped up that was engine AND Trans Related, they call and harass you about payments on raggedy ass cars we've haven't had the car a month and ITs was so many problems Car lot very much gives "Matilda Daddy Vibes" oan they schedule to come pick the car up for repair so they say but the towing guy told us the car is getting picked up for Auction, been told them months ago they can come get this piece of shxt too much money gone Down the drain, Don't waste yo time or money on this place read more

yes your business in not handled well. i was told by russell to pay what i can after getting out of hospital. i paid everytime i got paid. was not asking but i tried very very hard to send money no matter what i had left. but still picked up my car. i'm handicap at that. so whoever is choosing to respond to this. stop covering for the assholes in the offices. they don't stick to their words. they over charge. y'all can shove that car up your ass. i've already both another one. because y'all refused to wait till i got a bigger check. the car i just bought the dealer even had heard complaints about this place. to bad there's not a lower rating read more
