The sales person would ignore important details when you try to sign a contract with them, saying that we can ask the installation team to do smaller things later. But when we asked the installation team on small things not mentioned on the contract, they would say the contract didn't mentioned and this was issue of sales expectation. Internally they are trying to kick you to different department to handle the issues but not help you to fix it. The overall projects took way to long than they estimated. They would only work on the weekend for my project so I have wasted a lot of time supervising them. At the end, they even forgot to file inspection until the permit expired. They failed the first inspection due to a window defect and many stucco work and have to redo them. You don't want to spend you money here. It is not worth it. And it would give you headache for a long time. I hope this can help you prevent into nightmare with them like I did.
