Had a great lunch from local food truck Lobo Butcher Shop! Take a look at the tri-tip and for thick slices they were SO TENDER!! Easy to bite! Great BBQ flavor and salsa was not spicy (i love SPICY) but it accentuated the BBQ flavor. *So glad i bought a second sandwich for later! read more
