    We had them install around front and back a number of years ago. Now two fixtures have stopped…read moreworking. I texted the son (Todd, his dad, NEVER responded once he had our money) and he has ignored me. It could be the warranty has expired but it I MIGHT have considered paying more if they would respond. But nope. I was also considering lighting a new garden but I'd rather just do it myself with a competitor's product than give these people another $. Thanks for nothing. Editing this because I included some incorrect information so HERE IS THE REST OF THE STORY: I hired them in 2021 (seems longer). My final payment was made 06/30/2021. The lighting was installed as requested and looked good. Later, one or more of the diodes (the actual part that makes the light) stopped working so I called. and called. and called. Finally, a person (Chris) came out and replaced them, and also made some changes the the phone app which actually controls the lights. He gave me his cell # and told me to call him directly if there were any problems in the future since he lived nearby. Fast forward to 11/04/2023, the date I texted Chris again as 3 other fixtures are not working and one does not run all colors. I didn't bother contacting the office since my past experience with their responsiveness was disappointing. Chris didn't answer. I texted Chris again 12/12/2023. Again, no answer. So I left the first part of the review. Soon after I posted Todd called, quite upset. I hung up on him. He then emailed me (I guess he can be quite quick to respond when he chooses to be) and threatened me. BTW, Todd, I think you mean LIBEL, not "liable." So here we are. The company did good work during the actual installation (which is why 2 stars). I just would never do business with the owner again. Oh, so what was the incorrect info?? I said earlier that Chris was Todd's son. According to Todd, Chris is not his son.

    Our system used Bluetooth to control lights. We were told we could "control them from the comfort…read moreof our recliner" inside! Not true. Had to walk around the outside of the house to get them to connect. We were told later our two story brick house was too big and interfered with the signal. We recently learned after purchasing new iPhones that our three year old systems app is no longer available on my new phone. The solution from company is to keep the old phone or replace the lighting system to their new upgrade at my own cost! At almost 75% of the original system cost. I also would like the photo of my house removed from all of your advertisements. Edit after response by Allan T. Yes our lighting looks nice when it's all working, but I don't want to advertise for your company. Why is every bad review met with the customers at fault?
