The salon is small and things are dated. Even so, we went when it was not busy and they did not make any attempts to distance people. Employees are wearing masks and they request it for guests as well. Free complimentary drinks are available. They did let us sit on the massage chairs while we waited for our pedicures. Their actual massage was not very confortable- not enough pressure with their hands but hurt me with hot stones that were too hot. My friend and I specifically picked pedicures without the hot stone because we hate it and we're confused when they pulled it out. There is a clear unequal treatment between new and regular customers, which is understandable. However, if you don't introduce yourself or interact with us, it makes it hard for us to be regulars when the service is subpar.

We decided to go get our nails done on lunch. She got a gel manicure and I got an acrylic set (just white tips). I have a place I normally go to close to my house but because this place is close to work..we thought we'd try it out. This is probably the worst set I've ever gotten. There are bubbles in 7/10 of my nail top coat that you can see very clearly, they look dirty. You can see streaks over the white part. Two of my nails are cut crooked or are on crooked. When trimming my cuticles I had a small cut on the side of my finger she cut the skin back on which made it bleed really bad, and then she put some stuff on it used a towel to clean the blood up and kept using utensils which didn't seem very sanitary when blood is involved. And then she accidentally cut my thumb which started bleeding..and i get accidents happen. Overall I just wanted a nice French style look and it's just not good. My friend showed a picture of what she was trying to do before committing to getting hers done and she was told they could do them and they got messed up too (same girl). It's just the work that wasn't worth $40 for me to literally want to go home and paint over them. I hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn't recommend this place. We both left disappointed. I did call the salon, I asked for a manager, one wasn't available. I asked to leave my info and a guy put me on the phone with the person who did my nails. She did offer to redo them. I told her because of the number of mistakes that were made I didn't want to come back there, that I would pay my normal place to fix them. I asked that o be refunded. She said to send her pictures of my nails and if they're not right she'll refund me. I sent her the photos attached. After telling her I had put them on this post and she said that wouldn't work and I needed to take my review down and come in so she could redo them. I told her I stood by my post and that I would update it if the issue was corrected. After sending her the photos she said that when I left my middle nail that's lifting wasn't like that. And they won't refund my money that I can come in and get them redone. I text her back and told her that if she didn't want to make it right, that's her choice but I would appreciate a manager calling me back. I'm not normally a person who does all of this I'm not a "Karen" by any means but this wasn't ok.

I took a seat and some younger girl came to me and said they did not have time to get me in today. However when I came back to have the set removed and a new one put on, the woman who did my nails literally ripped off the acrylic set with a tip of an acrylic nail. I had to kindly ask her to stop and start drilling them off as she ripped off a huge chunk of my pinky nail - literally left such a big gap that now nearly three weeks later my pinky nail fell off. Truly, I'm not one to bash or write a post for the hell of it. I don't trust their practices after this & will not be returning.
