If I could rate this place or individual ( not sure because the Yelp account is confusing) a zero I would. I think the pic says it all. You can even see from her comment back to me how incredibly unprofessional she is. She also made sure to twist things and even lie about things with zero facts. Clearly from my other reviews I not in the business of writing negative reviews for no reason. Also, the reason I said, "Never-mind, it sounds like I don't want to go here anyway." was because I changed my mind and did not know by the listing that it was a individual person. This kind of made me nervous once finding this out anyway because I didn't know if it was a house or where she did her individual service. I had requested a booking for another nail salon and somehow it got sent to her. So when I realized that I didn't want to do that. She didn't give me any time or chance to explain that as she fired off several rude messages in a row. I had to ask her to stop messaging me and I finally just stopped responding as she still sent several messages. She also says I lied about the message but I'm clearly not lying as I put my direct quote in here. But what I said to her was that I didn't write a rude message because I didn't. She didn't want to hear about why I wrote that message she just continued to fire off messages accusing me before I could even respond one time. I have never in my life been treated like this by a business owner. It was very erratic behavior. I will add that I have every right to change my mind about an about a place I was not intending to go to in the first place. I also think if she wanted my business she could have offered a different day but she jumped to conclusions that I was doing something last minute and wanted to be catered to. There was absolutely nothing in my messages asking for special treatment or services. There are plenty of salons who take same day walk ins but I didn't even have to get it done today. All in all the listing is very confusing as it is listed as a Nail Studio but responds as Cheryl as an individual. She says I should have read about it but like I said in my review, it was a project sent by Yelp. I never reached out to her personally. I thought I was I was trying to book another salon. Her listing should be changed to reflect all of this so it's not confusing. It should also be updated with a new website or the one posted taken down as it does not work.

I chose Legacy because of the location, just five minutes from my house. Given the current state of things, I called to see if I would need an appointment for a pedicure. They said yes, but asked what time I could be there. When I said within 15 min, they said to head on over. When I arrived, front staff greeted me and then asked me to wash my hands. I must mention that they require everyone, customers and staff alike, to wear masks. I felt a lot safer with this rule in place, and that they asked me to wash my hands upon entry. Soon after, they had me fill out an order form. The order form shows all of their services, as well as how long it takes for each service. I thought this was neat, because if you're in a bit of a hurry, you'll know how long it'll take, start to finish. Then, I was asked to choose a color and they directed me to my seat. My nail tech greeted me shortly after, bringing individually packed tools for my pedicure. I felt assured that they'd been sanitized properly. After getting settled, she adjusted my water temperature and then asked if I'd like a drink. They have margaritas guys!!! And mimosas, wine, sodas and water. Living my best life, I got a marg. I chose a mid tiered pedi--luxury. It was so nice, relaxing, and perfect to cure the quarantine blues. I think it was $38 total, and included a scrub and hot stone massage. Completely worth it and I'll definitely be back soon!
