I had Local Floor Cleaner in to my house to clean my tile. It hadn't been professionally cleaned in 10 years and looked it. The proprietor, Skylar Novak, came to my house on time and with very up-to-date cleaning equipment. He did a thorough job, soaking, scrubbing, buffing, and sealing my tile and grout. It was the little extra touches I was really impressed with. He took before and after pictures so I could see the improvements. He covered my appliances and hardwood with plastic to protect them from possible overspray. His cleaning solution was non-toxic, which was very important to me with 4 children and 2 pets. Even with the short notice, Local Floor Cleaner immediately came out to do an amazing job of cleaning my 1,000 sq. ft. house! Our house has seen it all. As I called around for a carpet cleaner (we hadn't had the carpets cleaned in at least a couple of years), Local Floor Cleaner responded right away and was able to come at the date and time I wanted to schedule. They use non-toxic materials, and offered a reasonable price, so we gave them a try. Skylar did a thorough and careful job, and the result was amazing: our very old carpet (40 years?) looks like new. It went from grey to cream color. Skylar even left a small bottle of cleaning fluid for possible future small spots. He was friendly and pleasant to work with.
