I just had a fantastic experience with local floor. Cleaners! They cleaned my concrete tile floors that have been severely neglected due to Pine-Sol with a dirty mop and a great dane who loves to drool. Unfortunately, I don't have any before pictures but think of it as two decades worth of neglect and almost a totally different color floor. Skyler did a fantastic job with his assistant, and I couldn't be happier they stayed in touch came on time did an amazing job. My finances are tight, so I am going to wait a couple of weeks to get my upstairs carpeting, hallways, and stairs, and my master bedroom which has had share of mishaps mostly coffee stains! I'm sure that will be just as amazing and I look forward to having them come out next time, too. I finally have a go to company once again! I regularly have my carpets cleaned, but because of Covid it has been a year since I have had them cleaned---a year of very heavy use! Skyler did an amazing job. I could tell he was proud of his work and I am very pleased! Now I have someone to recommend to my friends! My former carpet cleaner moved and I had bounced around trying different companies, sometimes they were good and sometimes my carpets took forever to dry and the cleaning was only just pretty good or they would raise the price significantly. This is the third time that we have used Local Floor Cleaner. They are great! They always show up when expected. This time Sklar cleaned our kitchen wood floor and put a paste wax coat on it. It looks new. Sklar cleaned our master bedroom and bath carpet, plus a guest bathroom carpet. They look great. He put a stain resistant finish on them for us and it does not change the appearance. Sklar took our dining room rug back to his shop to clean. it was ready in a few days. When he brought it back he also brought some rubber adhesive tape to put under the corners and edges to prevent the danger of slipping. We are very pleased with this company. read more

Local Floor Cleaner gave me an accurate and reasonable quote over the phone, arrived on time the day that worked for me, and did a great job cleaning my rug and dining room chairs. I appreciate the professionalism of cleaning my rug outside so as to not damage my hardwood floors and agreeing to clean the chairs outside as well so my work would not be disturbed.
