He came out early in our appointment time the next day, took a look at my door and found the problem much faster than the guy from the other company I had come out the day before. After giving me a paper copy of the estimate on the spot, he let me know what options were probably in stock and which would need more time to be ordered, and then he left. No pressure, just good info.
