I received 3 Yelp estimates from businesses with 4 stars or better. I went with this company because the turnaround was two weeks-in time for me to move in. I made the wrong choice. Needed two shower/Tub enclosures, Master shower frameless, and Sliding master mirror closet doors, and a fixed mirror for a vanity. The master shower installation went great! I figured THAT would be the real test of quality for Eurotech. Next, tub/shower enclosure-disaster. They drill into a water line behind the wall, a normal depth behind the wallboard. How?? They use a three inch drill bit for a 1" anchor. I call my salesman, he says " we are not responsible for anything behind the wall. You signed the waiver in the contract. I ask "why a three inch drill bit", he says -"we do hundreds of these with no problem, and we use a three inch screw in the wall." Now- I KNOW that isn't true. They deny any responsibility so I have to get it fixed for 1k. They come back to reinstall with a different team, and they were like-"we don't use three inch screws". Knew it. So they install, no problem. Next they find the flat vanity mirror is flawed (after they installed it). Off it comes they order another one. My closet mirror doors go in.....one of them is flawed. I'm like, does anyone check the quality of the product before it goes on the truck? This happens TWO MORE TIMES before they install a good one. Barely apologetic-way longer than the promised time frame for finish-poor quality control. During all this, I needed another flat vanity mirror, and asked them to install one for free for goodwill and what they have put me through. They gave me 50% off a $350. dollar product. Unbelievable. I had a very disappointing experience with Eurotech Showers / Simmons Glass and would not recommend them. About six months ago, I received an estimate from Aaron, who was excellent. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Based on that experience, I was ready to move forward. After that, everything fell apart. When I tried to reconnect to proceed, I could not reach Aaron. Eventually, someone answered and told me he no longer works there. They said they found my file and would send someone to remeasure. That sounded reasonable, but no one followed up. Ten days passed with no contact. I reached out again to explain that I needed to make a decision soon. Still no response. Today, I called again, and finally someone returned my call. I was told directly that they are not interested in taking on my project because it is "too complicated." This is happening less than two weeks before I need to move back into my house, after months of silence and no communication. To make things worse, I was told that Aaron is no longer with the company because he was "too flexible." In my opinion, he was the only reason I considered working with them in the first place. He was professional, respectful, and actually seemed to care about the client. The company had multiple opportunities to communicate honestly and early, but instead chose to ignore messages, delay, and then decline at the last minute. This was a complete waste of time and created unnecessary stress at a critical point in my project. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliability, communication, and professionalism. read more

while installing a mirror in our remodeled powder room, their installers failed to cover the new sink and faucet. so some chemical particles that were dropped on the new sink discolored the brushed silver surface and left a big stain. The company refuses to address this problem. The salesperson has told us repeatedly that the sales manager is investigating and will call us soon. We're still waiting. They even ignored us when we texted them this review. Ironically, the sales manager was our salesman when we spent over $5000 remodeling two bedroom, his way of rewarding a loyal customer. John Baird was easy to work with, explained our options clearly, answered our questions patiently and always took notes on everything we discussed so nothing was ever missed. Our beautiful shower doors arrived within 10 days as promised. Isiah and Jairo from Simmons Glass installed it. Their experience was obvious from how they worked - skillful, efficient, and  clean. That they were also very pleasant was also just such a nice bonus. They answered all our questions and shared many tips for keeping our doors looking brand new for years to come. Really upset with the installation service . There is a gap left near the tile which I reported to the installers and was told that's fine even without taking a peek . One of the guys did see and told us to ask the other guy .The gap is really inconsistent from top to bottom with more gap towards the center and top. Also the top hinge is not tight enough on the wall as shown in the pics . The silicon is not applied neatly and some places it appears excess/uneven spoiling the look/finish of the glass enclosure. We had requested the guys to wear booties as our cleaners had just cleaned the house the very morning and one of the guy got rid of it earlier and started walking without it towards the end causing foot marks which we had to re-clean after they were gone again . This was really unnecessary and uncalled as it was a lot to clean after they were gone . Update : 9/11: I was supposed to have John Baird visit my house personally to look into the above issue with the installation and so far never turned up. Really cannot expect much of after sales service when issues are not addressed promptly. Hence deeply disappointed with the shoddy job in my house. read more

I just completed a remodel project of my entire home. Two and 1/2 bathrooms plus adding a beautiful dry bar. The shower enclosures went in beautifully. New mirrors in all 3 baths went in perfectly. The hard one was all the glass and mirror work on my favorite piece, the dry bar. Nick and Bobby were very patient during the install of 3 mirrors that give the appearance of one solid mirror. They were not sure they could get the glass in without scratching the freshly painted custom cabinet. Nick was outstanding coming up with problem solving ideas to make it happen and he succeeded. Wanted to post an updated review. First Eurotech is threatening to sue me for my last review.. lets start there. Here is the most recent email I received from them as of yesterday: Hi Eden, following our settlement on the shower door I kindly asked you to remove the yelp posting of 3/14/17. I also requested your reply indicating your intention to do so. I have not heard from you and since the posting is still there I again am asking that you remove that posting. Your comments at the final paragraph are not correct, as you recall you requested that I speak to your husband because you did not want to discuss it with me any further. According to California law, published comment that is defamatory toward another individual is a violation of libel law. And it has been defined as "Any statement that tends to lower the reputation of a person in the community, and/or subject that person to contempt, ridicule, or obloquy, or cause the person to be shunned or avoided." Which your published comment clearly intends. I don't wish to make a "case" of this and simply ask that you remove it. If you chose not to, I will have to look for other means to have the matter resolved. Original Review: They installed a new frameless, custom shower door in my remodeled master bath. The installer left a big gap to the wall and the door started rubbing the stationary glass piece within a week or two. I called them to have them come back out and fix it (which they agreed to do & said they'd follow up with) but haven't heard from them since and it's been a few weeks... UPDATE: apparently there was some scheduling confusion due to a the person who schedules these repairs being out of the office. Since then, they've managed to get in touch with me and schedule a time to come back out and adjust the door. The alignment issue has now been resolved and overall, everything has been working & looking great since then. I'm satisfied with how this turned out. read more

Last week I thought the Eurotech folks and I came to an agreement to settle their mistake as described in the original review. They were going to reduce the price of the shower enclosure by $250 but at the last minute said they would only do that if I removed my Yelp review. Personally character counts. I may yet sue them in Small Claims Court as Eden did. From what I understand I have a year or two to decide. But I could be mistaken. Like I said before, the guys that came out to do the work were good, and the product seems to be okay too. The problem was simply we did not get what we ordered and paid for. This review is for the shower door installers, Ray and Ray III. Actually apologized for coming earlier than expected. They were efficient, clean and friendly. The shower door looks great and appears to be of good quality. If you purchase from this company, please ask for them. My complaint is with the sales rep, John. He was friendly and efficient, however, he was very unreliable. Made promises he didn't keep; no return calls and I had to threaten cancelling the order before anything got done. It's been about 11 months since they first installed them, so I expected a lot of pushback/expense to get them repaired. We recently finished redoing one of our bath rooms and Eurotech provided the finishing touch. A frameless shower door that looks great. Sergio and Chris did a great job of installing it. They were on time and got it done in just a couple of hours. John was very helpful, he figured out a way to design the door so we could get a larger door in the small space we had to work with.
