To be honest, I've hesitated to write a review because I don't want this place to get too popular. I'm selfishly afraid it'll get harder to book appointments! But here I am, because they truly deserve all the praise. My daughters actually look forward to their dental visits. The front desk staff always tries to schedule both girls at the same time, and there's a special two-chair room where they can get treated side by side. My younger one feels so much more at ease being in the same room as her big sister, it makes the whole experience a happy one. The office has a fun Hawaiian theme and doesn't feel like a dentist's office at all, it's colorful, cozy, and kid-friendly. There are TVs on the ceiling so the kids can watch movies during treatment, which is a huge plus. When my older daughter's appointments run long, I can head to Tokyo Central or Mitsuwa nearby to kill some time. I always get a helpful text when they're almost done, so I never feel rushed or worried about timing. My younger daughter has weak enamel and is prone to cavities, but not once have I been made to feel like a "bad mom." Dr. Sena and her team are so understanding and compassionate. Even with masks on, you can feel their warmth and smiles. After treatment, I always get a follow-up call to make sure everything is okay, which gives me such peace of mind. I completely understand needing insurance information, but at least get my information first before immediately going negative. Once inside, they had some Montessori toys for the kiddos to play with, but not an overwhelming amount which was nice. We really liked that they didn't sit him in a dentist chair for the first visit and how hands on they were with teaching us the correct way to brush a toddlers teeth. They shared a chart with us of foods that cause and don't cause cavities, which we thought was cute. At the end of the visit, he received a token to redeem a prize at one of the capsule machines. He was so excited to receive his little token and even learned how to put it in on the spot.
