The perfect Pizza! I am a vegetarian so ofcz I had the vega telli pizza. Starting from the thin crust to sauce to the veggies everything was delicious and fresh. They have FCT (fresh cut today) written all over their menu and they definitely live up to it. We ordered a 13 inch between two of us which was more than enough. The location is great and they have a sort of a sportsbar feel with TVs everywhere. If you are looking for a place to go watch the superbowl game, this might be it! :) read more

Finally a good pizza place that isn't in the loop! I have eaten at this location and the one in Tomball several times. I love the thin crust! It isn't thick and chewy like you get at some places. The toppings are good and they have some unique combinations. I have tried some of their other offerings, but I think I will stick with the pizza. Oh and fair warning if you get a 'slice' it's like 1/4 of a large and cut into two large pieces. The only thing I have noticed is if you get a slice sometime the point of the pizza can be a bit crunchy as they cook it when you order the slice. read more

We just bombarded this place with a baseball team of 40+ people...we are not from the area, but saw found them on Yelp and gave them a call last minute on our way. They offered to set us up outside as the restaurant was full when we arrived, but they busted it and had us all seated and fed in less than 2 hours. Everything came out quick and correct. New in this part of town and was not impressed. My chicken parm came out before my salad so when I asked our waitress she seemed like she came to a realization that she just simply forgot it but instead says thats how the restaurant serves their salads. (weird.) My husband ordered the telli dip sandwich (apparently that's one of the most popular choices) it was pretty good but it came with french fries and turns out in the end we were charged extra for them without being told when he didn't even want them. My two boys got a large pepperoni and black olive pizza. The crust tasted funny as if the dough was old because it was like eating ceiling tile. My husband asked to speak to the manager to see if they could make the boys a new pizza and she was very kind and asked the kitchen to do it but here comes the deal breaker... The manager explained to us that their pizza dough is not fresh and that they don't even make the dough at the restaurant. They get the pizza crusts delivered from some other place. Never trust a pizza joint that doesn't make their own dough! read more

We've gone to Locatelli's for years. Tonight was our first disappointment. The crust of the usually stellar pizza was crumbly and less tasty. The usually super blue cheese dressing for the house salad was different. Usually it is thick and chunky. Tonight it was runny and the blue cheese chunks were totally absent. Hummm,,, could it be that expansion to other locations is causing less oversight of the staff by the owners, or a cheapening of the products? The choice of local craft beers was fine, though. We go for the pizza, and tonight it was just a two star, not the usual four or five. We'll go again, but I hope tonight isn't the beginning of a trend. We hope its a one-off. read more

I'm obsessed with pizza and this is my favorite little secret! I walk in with shades on and usually sit in the corner, lol. The place is nice and trendy and the service is outstanding, it's a pricier then your typical pizza place but you get what you pay for. I would give zero stars if that were possible. First let me start of by saying this used to be one of my favorite pizza/pasta places. My family and I used to visit all the time, and even order takeout. Well the other day I ordered some takeout pizza, and some breadsticks. When I got there at the estimated time they had given me, they said there would be a five minute wait on the breadsticks. Okay no problem. I got a little irritated when I sat there for over fifteen minutes waiting for ten breadsticks. Finally when the breadsticks came out they gave me everything and politely apologized for the wait. When I got home my mother, who was visiting, took a bite of her first piece of pizza, there was a long black hair on the pizza; note that nobody in my family has long black hair. She was not thrilled, but hey we both figured stuff happens & mistakes can be made. So we continued eating, disregarding the black hair. When i opened the second tightly sealed bag of breadsticks, I noticed something very strange on the breadstick. At first glance it looked like a spice that had somehow made its way on to what was supposed to be breadsticks that do not contain the spice that was on my breadstick. At a closer glance I noticed that it was in fact not a spice, but a leg of an insect. After eating half of a large pizza and one of the two bags of breadsticks, you can imagine how my mother and I were feeling. Disgusted. Needless to say, I returned the pizza, and the strange spice. The manager that was currently working there, admitted that there was as a matter of fact someone in the kitchen with long black hair, not wearing a hair net like he was supposed to. He as well was disgusted at the insect leg, and gave me a full refund. I or anyone in my family will not be returning to this establishment. read more

My favorite pizza and Italian food restaurant hands down. It is a cute, clean place, with nice people. Full service, real plates and cutlery. We especially like to sit outside. Be sure to try their ziti and spaghetti. Best meatballs we have ever had. Hard to get past their Locatelli Supreme pizza though. It is perfect. Salads and bread are good too. Good selection of beer. Another Great Place in Cypress. We used to live walking distance but moved. We still come back. My favorite is the Tex-I-Teli pizza but get Hamburger instead of sausage on it. We also use them for catering and take home Lasagna and salads when we have large family at home and don't want to cook. Super. We now have a yearly Christmas diner with Lasagna, Salad, and Italian Chicken. Everyone loves it, we just pick it up the day before and its prepared with great instructions on how to heat and serve. read more
