Everything was set up perfectly and tasted fresh, especially the cheeses (I loved the manchego, it was so soft) and the prosciutto. I was a little less impressed with the mains, though. The risotto felt a bit heavy on the cream and was a little too al dente to my taste. The ribeye was cut and cooked in a way that felt more like pork than steak. Everything else I tried, the asparagus, the salmon, and the salad, was pretty good though. Service: every staff member was super friendly and fast, especially the valet guy. I needed to just boost my charge about 20% so I was there about 10 minutes and I was out of there. It's kind of behind some stores so even though there are things within walking distance, I wouldn't say anything was super convenient. Also, it's in a BUSY part of Altamonte, so if you're driving I4 and need to charge, give yourself some time to get through the traffic, unless you're going in off hours.

However, towards the end, there were kids upstairs that were being loud and I couldn't concentrate anymore. I didn't know this library was different than the Orange County library. I thought it was the same, but thankfully, getting a new library card was simple. I found the 2 books I was looking for! There's book returns both inside and outside of the library! They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.
