Had no rent for all that time, plus could not find a new tenant without lower rent from $6000 to $4900. We did not approve these terms but Reddick put them into a year lease anyway. Told the management agreement allowed them to make that decision? The staff turn around has been on going, every 3-4 months there is a new person in charge. I have lived in lofts in other cities since 1985 and I really loved the place. In December of 2008 I was in the need for more space. I was able to move to another property that allowed for that. They were easy to work with when it came to lease improvements and other adjustments that were needed. The location is great because I can easily get to restaurants, grocery stores, downtown, uptown, and even the burbs easily by road - or beginning next month the new Dart station opens and that is going to be great so that I can get to West Village, Mockingbird Station and other areas via train.
