That's a good thing, y'all - more secure than the older ones you can program yourself. Brandon answered the phone promptly. I gave him a big window to get here - no emergency - and he showed up sooner than I'd figured. Took just a few minutes and I had a new remote that did what it was supposed to do. $81.
