    I've been selling yachts for 43 years... this guy's good!

    We lost a car (accident) and had to replace it right away. We went to Lodi Honda. Michael (Malaivanh) helped us with no pressure. We didn't purchase then but returned the next day. Michael (again no pressure) showed us exactly what we wanted, explained all the features, helped us close and we left that day with our new car! Nice work Lodi Honda!

    This is Ruby, my 2018 Honda CRV that I bought from Lodi Honda. The moon roof was recently repaired.

After leaving that experience upset, I went to Bank of Stockton on my way to see my mom, who is currently fighting cancer. When I explained my situation to Karen, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The transaction was quick and easy, but more importantly, she treated me with compassion and respect. After being treated so poorly at the previous bank, it truly meant a lot to be welcomed with care and professionalism. Thank you, Karen, for making such a difference in my day. In hard times, kindness goes a long way, and I am grateful for the way you listened and helped me.

I am changing my review to a 4 and not a 5 because this error should never have occurred Bank of Stockton as a whole is just awful Taking deposits meant for one account and incorrectly depositing them. Then they say Oops oh well, can't help you. Geeze I never thought a small local Bank could be as bad as Wells Fargo but Bank of Stockton has proven that they are no better than the big banks.

    On April 29th, 2026, I went into my safe box at F&M Bank. I opened it in 2010 and had not been in…read moreit since then. I gave my keys to one employee and she had to try three different boxes before a person by the name of Vero came over to open it. I thought that was very odd. Vero claim to be the manager and immediately said in an ugly tone to me"if this is too heavy there's a liability!!" Really? How in the world did she know it was too heavy unless somebody was in there? I was in shock when upon opening it I noticed a lot of my jewelry was gone. My turquoise squash blossom necklace from my grandmother was gone. I notified Vero and she said very coldly"there is nothing we can do about it."I didn't ask her to give the rest of my deposit back on my safe box and she said"no returns.". This is the type of employee that now works at F&M? I spoke to Michael Pierce, manager at F&M on pine Street. He was extremely kind and refunded my safe box. Michael Pierce was also very professional. He also got her to release the funds out of my checking which she was not going to do. He said he would look into it and notified me about 3 weeks later. He stated they checked back on records to 2020 but I opened it in 2010 and definitely something has happened. He said the box was not drilled because I have two keys. Maybe somebody made a third key originally I don't know what happened all I know is my jewelry is gone. If you have any information could you please call me at 435-599-2195 or if you know of anybody who could help me on this. Please leave a message if I am not by my phone. Please warn anyone in your family about my experience as I will never get over this as my family Bank at this bank for over 40 years. Not to mention the sycophants also took a handful of earrings and left me single ones which were very valuable and I cannot use. Mr Ryan Misasi, I have written this after Mr Michael Pierce's investigation. He knows that I have my account with you and have had the safe box since 2010.
