    Wonderful Experience Thanks to Kamil and Steve! From start to finish, our experience was absolutely fantastic -- all thanks to Kamil in sales and Steve in finance! Kamil was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy at all, just super helpful and easy to talk to. He made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable -- which isn't something you can say often when it comes to car shopping! Steve in finance was equally impressive. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions without any pressure, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. It was quick, transparent, and stress-free. You can really tell that both Kamil and Steve take pride in what they do. We left feeling confident, taken care of, and really happy with our purchase.     My experience here was above my expectations! From my salesman Hugo Romo to the finance experience all was awesome and did not take me long to complete. I started online found my truck and went to the dealership. Test drive and bought the vehicle. With a excellent fico got the right of by better payment than expected. They deal! They're great! This is the place Thanks Hugo you made my year !!

    Called in Thursday evening at 7:30 pm to inquire about a RAV4 XSE Hybrid listed on their website. Johnny pick up the call and was so helpful and polite from beginning to end. He texted us pictures and emailed the spec sheet to the car that same evening. Following morning at 9:45am we arrived, test drove the car and got a great deal on our trade-in. Carol in finance was great also! 3 hours later drove away in my first Toyota ever, a 2024 model with Toyota financing. Thanks Johnny & Carol for a great auto buying experience!

    Purchased a vehicle with a clean carfax according to Lodi Toyota. Went to find out couple weeks later that that bumper and trunk either got replaced or repainted for some reason. You would think that after their "100" point inspection that they would have noticed that or turn a blind eye and sell the car as is like they did. Just be careful and really inspect the cars. You just never know even coming from big dealerships like Lodi Toyota. Shout out to Mo for trying to help and fix the issue . But it never got right. 30k car with a mismatch bumper / trunk/ body . Also do not get your car detailed there . ‍ they tried waxing the car and knocked the clear off the tail light. JC the salesmen . All nice trying to sell a car and once you call concerning an issue blows you off. Worst customer service

    Oouuff $150 for an oil change…read more Paul scared the crap out of me. I was writing another review while waiting in the lobby and he almost yelled "how's it going?" He is lucky I didn't physically jump out of my seat. Complementary coffee, water and a soda vending machine. Plenty of seating in the lobby . Several cars parked within the main staging area.     One of the most frustrating and poorly handled service experiences I've had -- especially given the…read moreprice point of this vehicle. I purchased a new 2025 Ram 1500 from this dealership in May of 2025. Within three days, the truck was dead in my driveway and required a battery replacement by the dealer. Since then, my $70,000 truck has been back to this dealership five separate times, totaling well over two months out of service: * 5/28 - Battery replaced (truck dead after purchase) * 6/6 - "Max engine oil level exceeded" warning (dealer could not replicate) * 8/18-8/19 - Check engine light; battery replaced again * 8/25-9/5 - Repeated check engine light; engine bay PDC and ignition switch replaced * 12/3 - Present (4 weeks and counting) - Major transmission and electrical failure while driving hundreds of miles from home. At this price point, I expect both the manufacturer and dealership to go out of their way to make things right when major issues arise. Instead, I've been required to jump through hoops just to secure a basic replacement vehicle -- one that is not even comparable to what I purchased -- while my truck sits out of service for weeks at a time. The handling of rental coverage has been especially disappointing. Despite the vehicle being down for over a month during this visit alone, I was initially told the maximum rental reimbursement was $35/day, which is unrealistic. After extensive follow-up, a higher rental limit was finally approved -- only for me to later receive a voicemail on 12/30 stating the dealership covered just 5 days and that I personally owed $550 immediately. When I contacted the dealership, I was told they would not cover the difference. To be fair, the service team has been helpful in getting my truck into the shop when problems arise, and I appreciate their efforts on that front. However, helpful intake does not replace the need for ownership, advocacy, and resolution when a new vehicle experiences repeated safety-related failures and excessive downtime. I have yet to receive the resolution this situation warrants. A dealership should stand behind its customers when serious problems occur -- especially with a new vehicle at this level -- not leave them without reliable transportation and unexpectedly covering costs that should have been handled from the start. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in this dealership. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here to consider not just how issues are acknowledged, but how they are ultimately resolved.

They took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported the whole way through. Mel also went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect after I drove off the lot. I noticed a couple of water spots on the car, and he didn't hesitate to set up a detailing appointment for me right away. That level of care really stood out. I selected a navy blue vehicle, but after waiting hours for the paperwork to be completed, I was presented with a silver Civic instead. When I questioned it, I was told all of the paperwork had already been completed and would need to be redone if I wanted the correct vehicle. After spending nearly the entire day at the dealership, I felt pressured into accepting the silver car. Within three months, I began having issues with a tire constantly losing air. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told one tire was warped and another had been previously patched. As this was a new leased vehicle, I found that very concerning. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership attempted to charge me nearly $300 for a replacement tire, offering only a small discount after I complained. Since getting the car, I have continued to experience issues, including the vehicle jerking while driving. For a 2026 leased vehicle, I expected better quality and customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the dealership does not take accountability for problems and has been difficult to work with when concerns arise not only did this dealership put my life at risk they put my two yr old daughter at risk.
