Oouuff $150 for an oil change…read more Paul scared the crap out of me. I was writing another review while waiting in the lobby and he almost yelled "how's it going?" He is lucky I didn't physically jump out of my seat. Complementary coffee, water and a soda vending machine. Plenty of seating in the lobby . Several cars parked within the main staging area. Bathrooms were clean. Definitely been back since. Thanks guys!

AS MY REVIEW WAS REMOVED, I'M POSTING IT HERE FOR THE SECOND TIME…read more If you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, please read my experience. I purchased a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III demo on 3/25. I understood I was buying a demo vehicle, but I was specifically told that demo vehicles are sold as new and that, because I would be the first registered owner with the DMV, the manufacturer's factory warranty would begin on the date I purchased the vehicle. That representation was one of the main reasons I agreed to buy the vehicle. When you're spending over $80,000, the factory warranty is extremely important, and I made sure to ask about it several times before signing. The paperwork I signed clearly states: "Manufacturer Warranty Starts 3/25." However, I later discovered that the manufacturer's warranty had actually started earlier. Because the vehicle was a 2022 model, my factory warranty expired only about nine months after I bought it, even though my Grand Wagoneer Series III had only around 10,000 miles. When we returned to the dealership to discuss the warranty issue, we met with Joey, who was the manager at the time, along with the person in charge of the service department. During that meeting, Joey acknowledged that the paperwork had been processed incorrectly and said the vehicle had been entered as used. He also told us there was nothing they could do to restore the manufacturer's warranty. Instead, he said the dealership would take care of any warranty-related issues during the period I would be without the factory warranty. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, the problems began. The front passenger seat developed a large bump. I brought it back multiple times, and after four visits, it still wasn't fixed. Another dealership eventually replaced the seat, but I had to use my extended warranty to get it covered. Then the second-row seat stopped working completely. When I took it in for repair, I was told the dealership would not cover it because, according to them, food crumbs and chewing gum had damaged the seat tracks, causing the failure. I also have the service paperwork documenting that explanation. This was especially frustrating because it directly contradicted what I had been told when we met with management--that the dealership would help me during the time I was without the manufacturer's warranty. That second-row seat has now been non-functional for eight months. The Manteca dealership has now agreed to repair it, but I have spent eight months driving an $80,000 vehicle with a broken seat. Today, my Grand Wagoneer has only about 23,000 miles, yet it no longer has the manufacturer's factory warranty, and I've already dealt with multiple seat issues. I'm sharing my experience so other buyers can protect themselves. Verify the manufacturer's warranty start date directly with the manufacturer, compare it with every document you sign, and get any promises made by the dealership in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I'm always greeted by a friendly worker who answers any questions I may have. I appreciate the services that new car buyers get for the 1st 25,000 miles. I'm just more concerned with how I'll be able to afford these same services after the free services aren't available to me anymore. I know it's important to keep up on this type of services for new cars but in reality I won't be able to afford oil changes/tire rotations here anymore pretty soon. But for as long as I'm able to I definitely will be returning to Lodi Toyota for everything I possibly can to keep my new car in the best shape possible.

Showed up for my appointment ( I live an hour away) and was told that they were suppose to call me to let me know it was cancelled. This never happened I called twice left a message for the manager to let them know how irritated I was with no call back or follow up. Would have been an easy apology on their side and maybe $20 bucks off my service I would have chalked it up to we all make mistakes and I would have made another appointment. With no follow through on Lodi Toyota's behalf they have lost me as a customer to poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere!

They took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported the whole way through. Mel also went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect after I drove off the lot. I noticed a couple of water spots on the car, and he didn't hesitate to set up a detailing appointment for me right away. That level of care really stood out. I'm so grateful for how well they took care of me. I would absolutely recommend Lodi Honda, and especially Jesse and Mel, to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

I would honestly recommend considering a different dealership…read more The staff were friendly and persistent during the sales process, which ultimately convinced me to lease a 2026 Honda Civic Sport. I selected a navy blue vehicle, but after waiting hours for the paperwork to be completed, I was presented with a silver Civic instead. When I questioned it, I was told all of the paperwork had already been completed and would need to be redone if I wanted the correct vehicle. After spending nearly the entire day at the dealership, I felt pressured into accepting the silver car. Within three months, I began having issues with a tire constantly losing air. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told one tire was warped and another had been previously patched. As this was a new leased vehicle, I found that very concerning. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership attempted to charge me nearly $300 for a replacement tire, offering only a small discount after I complained. Since getting the car, I have continued to experience issues, including the vehicle jerking while driving. For a 2026 leased vehicle, I expected better quality and customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the dealership does not take accountability for problems and has been difficult to work with when concerns arise not only did this dealership put my life at risk they put my two yr old daughter at risk.
