No reason. No sorry. Just a rude scream. I heard her minutes later tell another woman, "All I can do is apologize" as if she's said it a million times, with zero sincerity, making me think she said something rude to that woman as well. Alas, 20 minutes later, the fitting room was still not open. In addition to that, nothing seems to be organized in a thoughtful way. Where you expect things to be, they're not there. When I've ordered online and gone to pick things up, it's an easy process so long as there's actually someone at the counter to get your stuff. The people at the registers are usually always nice.

Unfortunately, we stepped inside about 35 minutes before they were going to close. Others came in after us. No one, and I mean NO ONE, spoke to us when we came in. We browsed around & a young lady came and slammed a pair of jeans in front of me on the rack. She did say "excuse me" while doing so, but the attitude was very clear. Not sure why people get so upset when they are still open. At that point, I knew I wasn't purchasing anything from that store. I had to get my son out of there, but he was still excited at some of the things he was finding. He's a teen - He doesn't pay attention to bad attitudes or poor customer service the way I do. So, he was unfazed. The longer we stayed, the more irritated that young lady looked. I walked out because he was taking too long browsing & I could feel myself getting upset by her behavior. They brought in the racks from outside & the young man did finally say "hello" to me as I was walking out. Weird! Even if he was ready for everyone to leave, he didn't show it as rudely as the young lady did. Instead of being called "Uptown Cheapskate", they should rebrand as "Uppidy, Stuck Up & Rude Cheapskate". That fits them more accurately. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back & their men's section is extremely small compared to the rest of the store. They won't see a penny of my money!

I politely inquired about returning it and was told that all sales were final and that their return policy was prominently displayed. This is what the owner sent me.... You be the judge. No mention of final sale at checkout either. This means that every purchase on Black Friday was final sale. No changing minds, returning of gifts that don't fit, etc. Beware shopping at this store.
