I can't believe I've just discovered loft. As someone who is 5'5", finding pants in any "normal" store is difficult as they are all inevitably too long. Not at loft. Also, can I just say their trouser pants feel like I'm sliding into butter. Delicious! I feel sexy AF in those pants and I'm at work! Don't tell anyone. We thought this store was going to be the same as the Loft we have in Northridge Mall but it's a different store. My wife found a shirt that was on half off and she liked it so she purchase it here. The Loft women's clothing store is the less expensive line of Ann Taylor. So when I was at "The Outlets at Orange" in Orange, California, I dropped in to check it out. There were no particular bargains that day. Darn. The clearance rack items selection was scarce. The store was clean, organized, and tidy. It was decorated just like there retail shops. But there were less than a handful of customers in the shop. It wasn't busy at all. The staff kept to themselves, not very engaging with the customers. I didn't mind that. But the prices were not what I would call outlet pricing; it ran the same as the retail shop. read more

Prices match the quality so don't expect the items to 1.00. Employee are perfect and they do what they are hired to do: ring you up and keep the store organized! They are not your servants! I have shopped at this site regularly for over 10 years. Last night I bought an item for 76.76. At the end of the transaction, the clerk did not return my gift card and I didn't notice. I came here with my girlfriend to get her grandmother a birthday gift! She is very particular about what she likes to wear (her grandmother) I approached an employee by the name of Jennifer, from the instant I told her about what type of clothing my gf was looking for her grandmother she jumped into action! Great attitude, attentive and incredibly friendly! She picked out the exact things she was looking for! She also would check on her when she was trying on clothing for herself. Shame on this brand for not accepting Loft Outlet returns at all Loft locations. I have been a very loyal customer and this is poor customer service. I drove 10 miles to the nearest Loft to return something and was told the nearest Outlet was 20-30 minutes away. I will not be buying anything else. read more

I am a regular customer of Loft. I bought a lot of clothes from this store. Yesterday December 17, 2022 I was in the fitting room when I asked a lady employee about the discount of the clothes I fitted. She wasn't very helpful instead she told me to go to the front and they will help me there. This is very unlikely because in other stores employees are willing to assist customers. Maybe she realized how mean she was so when I turned my back she said "bye". I went to the cashier to pay but iI found a good leggings and told the cashier to hold my items and i'll be back after fitting the leggings. In short I went back to the fitting room. I was already inside the fitting room when this said lady employee followed me and asking my name twice in a very unpleasant manner. I asked her what, as if I stole something or planning to steal something from the store. That was the very first time that an employee of this store asked my name while in a fitting room. I felt that my blood pressure shoot up and my face turned into red. I felt humiliated on her act. Store can check on my purchases since 2016 just to prove that I am their regular customer. I told the cashier about this but the bad thing was, I didn't able to ask her name. Because of this bad experience with this lady, I am not coming back to this store. read more

I visited this Loft with my wife today. This LOFT store is full of very rude staffs. I do not recommend this LOFT in Orange Outlet.

At the check out, I was told that my item was a clearance item so I couldn't use that coupon to get $20 off mailed to my house. I told that clerk, that she told me that I cannot use that coupon to buy those clearance item. I looked at those signs and purposely picked up a pair of pink pants that didn't have that particular word "clearance". She still rejected me. I said, I followed what you told me to do. She refuse to admit that she communicated poorly and her store didn't have enough sign saying "clearance" after I spent 10 minutes then was forced to purchase 1 pair at that price that was higher and couldn't use that coupon. Customers are always right. Rule No.2: if customers are wrong, look at rule 1. What happened to my favorite stores? Poorer quality of fabric, poorer quality of customer service? read more

LOFT is in addtion to the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the outlet mall. I found that it seemed like it was more of a factory store than an outlet store. Most of the items in the store were more sporty and casual rather than for work. Decent assortment of accessories. Did have Petite items. Prices were lower than a regular LOFT store but not bottom-dollar prices as a typical outlet. read more

I was the first person in line, but I ended up walking out without buying my shirt because the one cashier was taking forever helping someone apply for a credit card and not caring that I was waiting. It was frustrating because there were clearly other employees (at least three others, though I overheard one announce he was going on break), and if the ONE cashier is doing the whole credit card spiel (NOT a short process), maybe get someone else to ring the person who's waiting. This is a great store, and I always enjoy shopping here! They have a wonderful selection and get new items all the time. Because they're an outlet store, the prices are less than the regular Loft store to begin with, and then they have great sales on top of those lower prices. So you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. Horrific Shopping Experience at Loft Outlet! I wasn't planning to spend any money when I walked in the store. But I found a few summer items that fit my casual needs. So I spent almost $200.00 on my first trip to this store and it will be my last. The manager Fay solicited me to fill out the store credit card to receive an additional 15% off the sales price regardless whether I was approved or not. After I gave her my confidential information to apply for its credit card, I was not approved. She flipped me and said she only offer 15% discount after my application was approved. She realized that she had committed bad faith; after her altercation, she decided to give 15% discount as she originally agreed. But she deducted 15% after sales tax (less discount), she refused to deduct the total sales before tax (more discount), that is the right way. She acted so angry staring at me with hateful eyes shouting at me, "You don't have to buy them here." If I walked out and did not buy them, it would never hurt her pocket book, because she knew that she does not own Loft Outlet. I want the store president to know its store manager cared less if she sells or not! NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Conveniently located across from the Banana Republic Outlet. Nice! I was at Ann Taylor Outlet and Banana Republic Outlet so I figured to check out this Loft. I was in a spending mood as I already bought a bunch of stuff from AT and BR. The store was empty when I entered. There was only one other shopper beside me. I was looking for the petite section but there was no one there to help me. I walked around the store twice. Still couldn't find it. How about a sign to indicate where your stuff are? There was one person working at the register but she was on the phone the whole time I was there. There was no one working the floor to offer me help. I finally found the petite section which tucked in the corner of the store. It was like going on a scavenger hunt haha! But their petite section disappointed me. The pants look like something my Mom would wear. I didn't see any tailored-to-fit pants. The clothing quality look cheap in my opinion. Fabrics look cheap and colors are too cheesy. Never really liked reviews , but after today I felt one was necessary. I walked into the Ann Taylor loft store today along with my aunt, it was around two in the afternoon, the store was semi busy and there was only ONE young lady on the floor, this was my first time in a loft outlet so I did not know what to expect. The young lady that was helping me was very helpful ;however , she had to much going on to really help me pick out clothes. I asked the young lady if she was the only one working , she said no and that her manager was actually in the back taking care of some business ? Well that's when I thought to myself... You're the manager , what can be more important than helping your only associate out on the floor when it is rush hour ?! This was ridiculous I truly felt horrible for this young lady , I know this review will not get much attention , but I hope if it does, this management team will do a better job at assisting their associates instead of Allowing one associate to take on all that responsibility ! read more
