This store has a lot of sales throughout the weeks. They have a good collection of everything. The prices are very reasonable. The store is very clean and well organized. Worst store. Cashier was so rude while I was returning a 16.99 aftershave cream, she had to go ask the manage and they both were looking at it, and looking back over at me lol trying to intimidate me....like come on its 16.99. The selection of products is trash and everything is so messy. I returned it and left, I will not be shopping there again. read more

Rude employees who look at you like you're stealing and can't be bothered to move a cart out of the way at the register while your hands are full walking to the car with a brown paper bag that's about to rip. This review puts such heaviness on my heart but today what I witnessed and heard is unacceptable. I came shopping here 03/26/2026 around 6pm - as I was shopping around there are a few new faces who now work at tjmaxx, lots of younger kids. As I was shopping there was a taller kid who was wearing a white zip up jacket talking with his co workers asking "what plans do they have?" and "what did you do today?" And how he's been working since 6am. There was a young girl by the name of Angie who came up to Isaac and another young gentleman, joining the conversation and all I hear him say is "I didn't know what I say makes you want to ki** yourself Angie" the conversation went on and next I hear is "dude, I didn't know we had someone who was suicida* who works with us" As someone who has a family member who has taken their own life, hearing this is such a slap in the face on how that topic is talked about so casually in a "professional" environment, truly heartbreaking. You just never know what someone is going through. This was truly inappropriate, uncalled for, and I hope management or corporate can address this to create respectful and considerate environment. I hope this is a learning moment for Isaac. read more

This store is similar to Ross but I've found their items here at TJ Maxx are better quality. I like coming here and just browsing for anything. One time I found a good deal on a cocktail gown that's very affordable. I w also found a few pairs of name brand shoes to match as well. If you are looking for a specific item then yes go to larger malls. If you have plenty of time to browse then you will definitely find a good deal here. Selection varies by store and season as well. Service here is OK. Fitting rooms still a bit messy but overall OK. read more

Very disappointed that this location doesn't carry men's shoes when they have a whole wall of women's shoes. However, there's a good inventory of collared and dress shirts that I sift through. There's also a lot of cologne and men's hair products for value prices. There's never anyone available on the store floor to help since they're all at the cash register so you'd have to figure it out on your own. read more

I'm a frequent TJ Maxx customer and I was getting returns done and some older lady came after the jewelry person authenticated everything and was grilling me about a "sure" tag and then asked me to make a jewelry return back where originally purchased. I went to my usual TJ Maxx and explained and they said that was unheard of. The selection was okay. Definitely not one to go to for high end luxury items. And this exchange just made the customer service experience wonky. read more

I don't frequently visit this store location because I don't live in the area, but I figured I'd leave a comment on the lack of service at this location. I came in a few weeks ago looking to buy some earrings from the jewelry section and notice there wasn't anyone available, so I asked the dressing rooms attendant for help and she very nicely called someone. Unfortunately, the person never came and then proceeded to ask the manager for assistance and she mentioned someone would come and help me. That person never came and two more customers were also waiting and after waiting for almost 20 minutes the manager came over and pretty much skipped over me and helped the person behind me. She did try to call another employee over the radio ( Samantha) and that employee either tried to avoid helping me or just wasn't in the mood to be working. I'm 8 months pregnant and having to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to help me was a bit ridiculous. I eventually did get helped from another employee, and she did apologize for the wait and realized the person they called to help me never came. This store needs to work on their customer service skills, especially when the entire store is busy. Definitely, not worth the drive. read more

Went here looking for some Halloween bags that I have seen some people post that they had found on TJ Maxx unfortunately they did not have any. I was checking out , only one cashier open while the other girls are talking. One of them was the manager Apple. The cashier needed help and was trying to get the managers attention and she completely ignored the cashier. So the cashier walked over to where Apple was and it took minutes for her to help the cashier. Customers here are not first priority. They rather chit chat than to help customers. read more

Wow amazing it's nice n big as well. I went straight to the purse section seen what I've been wanting pic is posted. Also seen these cute earrings that gave me betsey Johnson vibes. I liked that the store was clean and organized. And the employees were so nice. And they are starting to put Halloween out but not much. I can't wait. I like this tjmaxx also because it's close to me. Everything was wonderful snd those reusable bags I always buy them cuz one it's a great price and I love there's a theme or what not. black bath towels are definitely my favorite because they do not get dirty as often and it's really easy to watch them. Every single time I put a different color tile in the washing machine it seems like it shrinks a lot faster. But this location had a lot of different black towels that made it easy for me to purchase. I was never really a big TJ Maxx shopper since the stores were typically a mess, but lately TJ Max has been consistently maintaining their store's cleanliness. Lately I've been visiting this particular T.J.Maxx about once or twice a month because they offer great products and a wide selection. Personally, I love the shoe department at this location and the women's athlete wear selection. If you're looking for spa products, hair products, perfumes, bags or even luggage bags this is the perfect location to visit for a huge selection. The home decor, pet, and children's section isn't too wide at this particular store unfortunately. I've never had a problem with returning items at this store luckily, nor have I ever had a problem with their customer service. Every employee encounter, so far, has been a pleasure. read more

I decided to review this location solely because it was awesome. Being that I'm visiting from Oahu, our stores may not be as stocked as we'd like them to be. First thing, my daughter and I walked into the doors, and to the right was the LOAD of makeup and beauty products. I couldn't believe how much high end makeup was being sold (Anastasia, Buxom, Bobbi Brown, MAC, etc.) Mind you, I went inside to specifically find a new luggage to bring back home. Omg the luggage was such a good selection where I ended up finding one on clearance that was a Betsy Johnson which was totally gorgeous. I left because we were in a rush so I felt saddened because I need to face reality going back home to our anorexic stores back home lol read more

I always find really good pet stuff on sale. They have a big selection of price drops for Kong toys and more including treats and accessories that's typically what I go for and their clearance section is an aisle of wonders which is fun to explore. I personally think their bath and clothes section would be cheaper if you go next door to Ross for the same items but not their pet section. read more

This is the best TJ Maxx and trust me, I've been to all of them! Sometimes I go to multiple ones in the same day if I'm looking for something specific. I just love the selection in this store and it is ALWAYS so well organized considering how much customers rummage through the product. The management is great and keeping the displays new and fresh and the aisles well organized and stocked. You can't expect this from a discount store but they do such a good job of staying on top of the work it takes to have a clean and presentable store every day. I'm in this store at least a few days a week if not more and I've never seen it look messy. The staff is also great and friendly. Thankfully, they do not hire people who don't understand how to provide great customer service. Lastly, I love the single line strategy. Even when the line looks long it never takes long to get through. It's constantly moving so your wait time is usually less than 5 minutes and they have product in the aisle where you wait so everyone is still shopping at least visually while they wait in line so you never get impatient waiting for a cashier. Kudos to the management at this location. There is a noticeable difference because this store and other TJ Maxx's. I love this store! read more

TJ Maxx is an American Department Store chain in the United States offering Men's, Women's and Children's clothing and shoes, bath and beauty products, toys, and many home products and accessories including furniture and kitchenware. Their stores are usually very clean and organized and they carry higher end quality items than the Ross Dress for Less stores. It's hard to quickly glance through these stores because there always seems to be something that catches my eye in my usual departments from the housewares and pet department to the children's apparel and toys and especially in their handbags section. There is always at least one purse that really catches my eye, and today was no exception. But I couldn't see myself spending a hundred and twenty-five dollars, just on the spur of the moment. I absolutely love this TJ Maxx! I always find what I'm looking for for a great price! They have all the best makeup brands including stila, Anastasia, kat von d, bare minerals and much more for half the price at Sephora or ulta! I was just in and found the brand new Anastasia palettes, a Becca palette, a kat von d contour kit and two matte Anastasia lipsticks! My total spent including a 10 pack face mask kit was around $100! Two palettes would probably run around $100 but I got all of the above for that price! I will continue to come here to see what's lurking next! read more

I was actually really pleasantly surprised by this TJ Maxx, especially the dressing rooms. They all had wood floors, the interiors had stylist wooden doors and each room had its own stylish stool inside instead of some cheap bench style seat inside. The store itself was also better organized than the other TJ Maxx locations I've been to (not counting the one at the District -- although the dressing rooms there weren't as nice). The staff followed me around, and The manager said I kept dropping stuff I just got out of a 7 month coma and I was only holding 4 things small things, she thought I only spoke English, in Spanish she told her staff to follow me until I left I spent 600 dollars there in. 39 mins that I was there , she needs training back with the DM I was in a good mood and I wasn't even on the side the product dropped I Told her I would pay for it if there was a problem that money was an issue for me since I had just gotten paid $107,000 for my suit(I have epilepsy issues as well but I am maintaining healthy I was not shaken one of her staff said she is like that as a business consultant and someone who has a masters in mental health counseling I can tell her empathetic gauge is not even on, she didn't even offer me a cart. I feel like never returning to that store she is an embarrassment to TJ max. I will be calling corporate since she did make my mental health decline when I was finally feeling happy. I've had to add 3 extra sessions to my therapy and I wake up in sweats. Dear Tj Max HR, franshise commission, and District management. Anaheim has three TJ's, lucky ducks, and I had to check them all out. None are Runway locations which suprised me a bit. This one is again, clean, not too full, easy parking and staffed with friendly people. Though I didn't find anything this time, TJ's is always worth a look if I am close to one. read more

First time being at this TJ MAXX and shopping here for the first time in general. They have a variety of stuff there. It can be in the expensive side but they have a variety of clothing and brands. Their bathrooms are not the cleanest. Check out was okay. My friend took two shirts they were exactly the same but one was priced higher than the other so we asked to change the price and the cashier didn't seem to want to change it because " they were brought here at different dates" ummmm it's the same shirt!! So I don't care what dates they were brought in. So she asked and she ended up deciding to change it. She probably took 5-10 minutes to change it!! That's not ok! I pretty much prefer a TJ MAXX over a Ross or Marshall's. They usually have better choices, meaning better brands and selections. There's usually 3 areas I love going to...I start off in the men's area to look for black dress socks and trinkets (you know, where they display coin counters, hair clippers, etc. I love looking at that stuff. Sometimes I Then I'll usually head over to kitchenware. I love the kitchen, but don't cook enough to buy things. But I love taking a look at what they have. Lastly, the bathroom stuff. I like to look for towels, as if I need anymore, and things that I may need to buy soon. Like if the toilet brush is starting to look a little bald around the bristles or the toilet roll holder is looking a little rusty. All signs that I must start looking for an economical replacement. This specific TJ MAXX is one of my go-to's near work. It's a good size store, can be a little messy at times, and it's a convenient drive from work (literally on my way home). They're all good reasons to stop, right? It sure is! I usually find some great buys here, but sometimes I have to resist the temptation! Before I head to the cashier, I have to ask myself multiple, and I mean multiple times, if I really need it. More than half the time, I don't. So sometimes I leave here the way I walked in. From the moment I walked in the store I was harassed by the employees. They followed my every move and they profiled me as being someone that would steal from them when I went in there to spend money and buy things they made my experience so uncomfortable that I had to leave immediately because they would not leave me alone. This TJ Maxx is decent. The selection isn't all that much in terms of shoes or fashion. Also, the store isn't super clean. That said, I go in regularly to browse because I like the atmosphere; I often find some pretty good deals in the kitchenware/accessories area. Overall, I'm reasonably fond of this place, and I'll continue to return. read more
