They have a loyalty program that will send you additional deals and coupons so if you shop here, definitely sign up. You can also order online to be picked up in store to avoid shipping costs or minimums. There are often deeper discounts online. I placed my order online at a much lower price after not seeing what I wanted in store. Unfortunately they cancelled one of my items probably because they couldn't find it in the store. After a few more experiences I now think the quality in clothing and prices outweighs any problems I had with online returns. The White House Black Market store closed in my own over a year ago. Since then, I've ordered maybe three times online. EVERY time the shipping is extremely late, and so late that I have to call them. Unfortunately, I ordered again recently, and right now I have an order that shows it's still sitting in their distribution center and it's been 10 days already!! I have called and emailed numerous times, and NO ONE has done anything to help! They could have called the distribution center to see why the order has been held up, or SOMETHING. Right now, I've been on hold AGAIN with customer service for over 30 minutes, because I was told I'd have to wait until my order was 10 days late, to cancel it! Insane!! Conveniently located at the Tustin Marketplace across from Sephora, there is usually no issue finding parking. Though the location is relatively small, there is usually a nice selection with the discount clothing near the dressing room (I just found that out, some great finds). The service here can be hit or miss, but is usually good. It's definitely a great convenient spot if you are in a fashion emergency and need to run in for something quick, or just don't want to deal with the hassle of a mall. The store overcharged me by more than $63. I went back to ask Kaliah to adjust the price, but she made no effort to resolve the issue. Instead, she told me that I could either return all the items or contact customer service myself. I expressed my concern that she was not trying to assist, and she responded that she was just trying to get through the day. She really deserves kudos from management, especially since, in my experience, this is rare. I am an extremely frequent shopper/customer of this brand and, unfortunately, have experienced very thinly veiled disdain and outright rudeness many times at other locations. I will be back to this store even though it is a little further away for me! The women in this WHBM are amazing. I was in Anaheim for a conference and needed a suit. I ordered it online to pick up in store. Blazer, pants and top. I went in to pick up and called ahead to advise the situation as I was in an Uber in route. They got a fitting room ready for me and steamed the entire outfit and pulled additional tops. I will never shop there again. Staffs are rude , unfriendly and refused to help. I ask the manager lady a different size , didn't even take a time to search and quickly respond with unfriendly tone "no". My 12 year old son went and got me some items and he even realized how rude they were and told me he should work there so he can help the customers. Only time they even spoke to me when I bring some items to purchase . I didn't want to purchase anything but I just didn't want to disappoint my son cause he helped me to pick some items that he want me to wear for my Birthday , so I did purchase. White House Black Market has beautiful clothing for the working woman. I find so many cute jackets and sweaters when I'm shopping here. And with the holiday season almost here, they are also getting in some amazing dresses too. The clothing here is a bit on the pricey end, but they have great sales and coupons to make up for the higher prices. The customer service at this location is also really good. The staff always tries to greet each customer as they walk in the door, and I can usually get help finding styles and sizes when I need it. This White House Black Market has great quality clothing, and the staff is always really friendly. Now that they are getting those beautiful holiday dresses and jackets in, I will probably be here a lot more often! read more

Why is this place even open right now? What a disaster. I was going to stop by Ann Taylor next door but it's going to be closed for several months, so I just went into this place to look. First of all most of the store is missing due to construction. There's a couple of junky clothing racks with clothes that look like a nightmare. Went in for the first time a few days ago to buy a pant suit. I had never bought one before so I didn't know exactly how to match everything. Kelly immediately helped and got 2 different outfits, matching blouses, and shoes so I could try on the whole outfit and see how it looked. On top of it she helped me pick out jewelry that would go with the outfit. Because of Kelly I was able to buy an entire outfit with matching jewelry in one trip with ease! I discovered this place after two unpleasant shopping experiences at the Spectrum store --Fortune Dr, Irvine. This is somewhat bigger than Irvine's store, is located in the Tustin Market place, kinda hidden behind the California Pizza Kitchen and next to the Loft store. It is a nice store with mostly nice and helpful staff. Once they didn't have my size and checked all the stores around, none of them had any, so they wrote my name down in their list to call me up whenever they bring that item. I got a call from them in about two weeks and told them I'll go pick it up. They put it on hold for me and when I got there, it was already in a bag with my name on it. AWESOME! Unlike the Irvine store, these staff will acknowledge you and greet you when you enter. In fact they remember if you are a frequent customer and treat you very well. read more
