Upon walking in, I couldn't help but notice the aesthetic. The salon is immaculate, the floors were shiny and clean, and it totally gives off the high-end vibe. After signing in, they confirmed what services I was getting and brought me back. The person doing my nails was Paige and she couldn't have been more pleasant. When we got started, she confirmed the design and then suggested I get the gel builder vs gel-x and gave her reasons why. During the process she was extremely attentive, making sure I was satisfied with each step before moving on. Everything was fine and then it came time for the design. She nailed it on the first time! There were no struggles, hesitations, or sighs. She did everything with ease and was able to mimic the design the best out of all the other salons I've been to. Once she was finished, Olivia brought me over and did my pedicure. She was amazing and also super friendly. The massage chair was heaven and easily one of the best I've had whilst getting a pedicure. Overall, I was beyond pleased for my first time at the salon. While the prices are a tad higher than what I'm accustomed to paying, it does ring true you get what you pay for. The level of care and attentiveness I received was so refreshing and really made me feel valued. I for sure will be back.

I was seated at a service station and then I was moved to another part of the salon. I sat and a gold small clip board was sat next to me on the table top. Finally, a nail tech by the name of Sam asked was I getting dip polish and I said not that I had an appointment with Chloe at 1pm for an acrylic nail set. A young lady at the front asked me was I "Stephanie" in which I stated my name and told them I was there for Chloe. Another young lady said I told her my name was Stephanie. Not sure why she would say that when I'm aware of my name. A short time Chole appeared and we got started on the service. I showed her the shape I wanted my nails and she nailed it. She was professional, efficient, and fast. This review is no reflection of her services but not sure if I will be back given the miscommunication in the beginning and sort of being blamed for the mishap. Was $50 for this service and it was pretty pricey for the basic type of style.

After she wrapped my nails in the cotton swaps and aluminum foil, it took 40 minutes for a tech to help me. When the tech got to me, she quickly realized that the receptionist had soaked my nails in rubbing alcohol instead of acetone... it took her about 35 minutes to remove my dip using the nail file and soaking my fingers in a bowl of acetone. The tech did apologize towards the end of my appt. I had high hopes when I walked in, but I will not be returning.

I called ahead to check to see if they could get my daughters and I in on a Saturday. They said "sure! Come on in!" When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

I was visiting family in St. Louis and had a giftcard to Tints. I wanted to like this place much…read moremore than I did. The booking system is pretty odd- its online but it doesn't actually show you what is available. It gives all times and days- and you put in a request and wait for the salon to text you that if that time slot is okay or not. If not, they try to offer other ones, but it can take up to 24 hours to hear back. They are also closed on specific days but it allows you to book still. I just want to know if I have an appointment right away, so this system isn't ideal. The salon has very cute decor, comfy couches and great color selection- featuring nontoxic polish (really appreciate that). The salon is very professional, but other things were a miss for me. They dont have any massage chairs- I think that is one of the best parts. The standard pedicure is done pretty quickly- with minimal soaking, scrubbing, etc. The leg massage is really short with the tiniest amount of lotion (they use amazon branded lotion). They don't remove dead dry skin off your heels really at all. When I got back, I noticed the blue tablet they put into the water for the pedicure dyed the bottom of my foot blue. It took awhile to scrub off- but also how did they not see my foot was blue?? I also noticed the smallest bit of nail polish missing at the top of one of my toes. It wasn't the end of the world, but compared to how many nail places are out there I probably wouldn't go back unless someone I was with really wanted to. Overall experience: 3/5

It's clean, bright, comfortable, and trendy. I was able to get a quick gel manicure and my technician did a great job. I would definitely be back in the future for additional services.
