Went here last night and very disappointed. We got seated right away but took 10 min to get drinks. Had to ask for silverware several times. Drinks always empty. My meal Alone was $22. When you spend this type of money you expect better service. When our food finally comes it is ok. Steak little well done and shrimp not all that great. Just expected a lot more from "steakhouse". Fun family night with my son. The bartender made me an awesome frozen drink. Service was ok, I have a pet peeve about dirty dishes left on the table through the meal. Glasses should be taken when new ones are brought to the table. Appetizers and salads should be cleared at meal time, etc. The food was good, not great, but good. The manager was friendly. Tried to place a Togo order at the bar. Quoted corporate policy that this is not possible, have to go to the hostess stand, place the order, pay, go to the bar to have a drink while waiting, pay again. If they had online ordering, this might make sense and I would have been happy to place my order that way. I also thought the health department likes it when long haired staff wear their hair up and not down so hair doesn't go everywhere but what do I know? We stood at front door for 5 mins b4 anyone came to seat us, this was 7:43pm less than 15% of customers and we ordered soup around 7:49 and at 8:20pm no soup no appetizers. This is the second time we come and try Logan's Roadhouse and will be the last. We ordered a rack of ribs and they were room temperature at best and it's December!!! My baked potato was the hottest item in our plate. The manager came over and got us a new set of ribs but I was full from eating my baked potato. Will not go back to this location. Host staff didn't smile or greet us when we came in, restaurant felt dirty, bathrooms smelled, butter tasted funny, sweet tea was weak and watery, waitress was friendly, but she forgot to bring many things we asked for, we had to keep reminding her, and she didn't take our menus after ordering, which is usually customary to get those large menus out of your way. Food tasted great tho, so maybe we'll just order to go next time. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went and waited moderate time aboyt 15 mins.. Then they took about 10 minutes to ask for our order.. HERE COMES THE WORST PART..........I ask several times where our food is , and she says "Its coming" at this were already waiting for 45 mins, I asked again at 1 hr 15 mins what is going on, she comes back and says " I forgot to put the order in, I just put it in and itll be another 25 mins" I said HELL NO! Have been to this location before but today I had a horrible experience. First off I ordered something that Logans ran out of and with working in a restaurant you never tell customers No!!! Second off my food came out way before my partners food so we didn't even get to enjoy our dinner together. And third our server avoided us at all cost for no reason. She didn't even know we had received our food because she wasn't coming to our table. What server brings 3 sweet teas to a table for one person because they don't want to come back to the table. This is a horrible experience and I won't be coming back to this location and possible another Logans again. I would of gave a zero but they don't have that option. read more

Good steaks, like the fresh bread and free peanuts. The music here is not to loud and the staff is frendly.

Steak is always cooked to perfection and I live the house dressing on their fresh salads. Service is great. Few times I called for a ToGo order and, due to health reasons, I could not go in to pick up my order. They took my order, gave me a time to pick up, told me to call when I arrived and they brought the order out to me. That shows dedication to their customer service. Went for lunch--meatloaf, iced tea and an appetizer--cost with tip was $26.69. This was for a mediocre lunch. Too high price for the quality. I asked for lunch menu but was told there was none. Probably won't go back. Better places in Burleson for lower price. read more

When we got there we were sat at a table because there were no booths. I looked around and there were 5 booths for 5-10 minutes needing bussed. Asked our server if we could move to a booth. She clears the booth next to us, takes the bin to the back. Another server immediately walks up and sits another couple in our booth. So then they clear another booth for us. Order appetizer and main at the same time. Odd. Waitress comes back and tells us the are out of potato skins. We select another option. App comes out with potato skins. Huh? Order a Yingling. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked where it was. She forgot. Come back 5 minutes later and says they dont have Yingling. Fine. Ordered a filet medium. I am well aware of how big a 6oz filet is. This chicken nugget sized filet was almost well done and tough. I took 2 bites. My beer showed up finally. Took 2 sips. Wife's burger was bland. Brought my kid the wrong side dish. There's a first time for everything, & this time Logan's DISAPPOINTS on almost all levels! I ordered from the happy hour menu 2 grilled wing orders & fried mushrooms & a Milagro Platinum Margarita. I watched the bartender use triple sec instead of Cointreau & when I called her on it, she tried to pour Cointreau on top of it. I had her make it over & she gave me mostly ALL LIME MIX! Needless to say I didn't drink that either! When my food order came, I was informed that I got the LAST of the wings & they could only make 1 order, so I accepted that, but they were not cooked well & were kinda rubbery, as were the mushrooms! I guess Sunday night is not a good time for food or drinks here! The only thing that was positive was my waiter (Chris), he was apologetic & attentive! He alone is why I gave even 1 star! I've been here a few times before, & have always been satisfied, but tonight, 2 THUMBS DOWN! I'll take a break from coming here for awhile, & give them time to get some more wings! Won't be back. Started off with silverware that still had food stuck to it when I unwrapped from the napkin. Ordered a signature steak that was featured boldly on the menu. NY bourbon something with grilled shrimp. Toughest restaurant steak I've had in a long time. Rice was cold under the shrimp that tasted like an old moldy refrigerator smells. 1/3 of the meat was not edible...dog ate it down. $25.00 shame the animal died to be treated like that. Positive? Still thinking.....did I mention I had to listen to the house drama since I sat near the server station. read more

Just another chain restaurant. CFS was very good, but, then, so is Babe's and Cotton Patch. Service has always been good and friendly.

Lacy our Waitress was nice and attentive. She fixed our watered down rootbeer without complaint and that was the only reason we left a tip @ all. We waited forever for our food (the longest ive ever waited anywhere) & they were pretty empty. Then when we recieved our food the chicken fried steak was heavily breaded maybe to try & hide the fact it was very overcooked inside, they forgot the side of rice then when it came it was dry. It was very overpriced for the portions we recieved as well. I've liked Logan's in the past but this may be the last trip :-( read more

Terrible good & service. Don't waste your time you will wait an hour for food & and comes back twice & its wrong. Forgot salad and no manager that came around to ask if everything's ok. I've been there twice and those two times, I was not seated served or taken care of properly. We just walked out today. There was four customers in the entire restaurant two of them were my husband and I. There was about 8 employees there 2 of them looked like managers, and still 30 minutes later did not serve bread or take our order. Very very disappointed! People shouldn't work if they rather sit in a group and chat with each other and eat like they are the customers! Never going back! read more

Food is good for a chain steakhouse. Nice menu and drink selection. I do miss throwing the peanut shells on the floor! Our server was a bit dense and made several errors and was slow to come around. read more
