First and last time we will be going here. Hostesses were very disorganized. We had called ahead for a party of 8. We arrived and waited about 20min for them to get a table for us. It was Sunday around 530pm. Then we had a cocky rude server. My "frozen" margarita was mostly just ice in the bottom of the glass. There's beer on the menu that they don't even have in the store. The bartender said "false advertisement". Yeah... basically. Then when the food arrived, I noticed a foul odor coming from my plate. I thought maybe it was the shrimp, nope. Decided to try this place today and service was bad before we even got our table. We ordered a couple of steaks and they were horrible.. They tasted as bad as they smelled.. This place has gone downhill. It used to be really good but now the food is just nasty. After my last visit I will never go back. The food is so bland now! I mean a little salt and pepper at least people! My last visit I got the everything chicken salad and there was literally 2 skinny strips of chicken and a couple nuts then the rest was lettuce and a couple tomatoes. Me and my mom came here a few days ago and there is 2 girls standing at the host stand. The very first thing the host do is look at each other annoyed and one girl said "where should I even put them. None of the servers want tables" and I jokingly said "well give us to someone who wants money." And the girl just turned around and started walking like we were supposed to follow her. We sat at the table for 10 minutes waiting for someone to even come greet us. No one ever came. So I walked up to a girl and asked who our server is and she looked annoyed and just said "hang on." and nothing. So we walked out and left and went to cotton patch. I've worked as a server in this establishment before and I try not to complain unless it's absolutely necessary. The waitress (Lacey) was extremely unenthusiastic. I expect to be greeted with a smile at the very least. My fiancé ordered chicken tenders and fries which both came to the table cold. My food came out 10 minutes later and no one apologized for the wait. We ordered a new plate of HOT fries which came out 1 minute later cold. The waitress refilled his drink once at least... We ordered online "carry out", got there 5 minutes before set time to pick up. There was 1 parking spot opened on "to go" parked called told them I was there and where. Hostess says let me check on your order and will be out there. 20 minutes goes by still no order. Called again hostess says did she not bring your order out? Oh she must have either gotten busy or forgot! She tells me the same thing and that she will personally bring out my order. She does bring it out no apology nothing. Food was cold we had to reheat in the microwave. We have been doing take out during COVID and have ordered food in Fort Worth and come home to Joshua and at least the food is still fairly warm that you only have to reheat for a minute. I was excited to make it back to a Logan's, because it had been a few years since my last visit. Unfortunately I quickly remembered why I stopped eating here. This was my first visit to this location and I never felt welcome from the start. I wasn't greeted at the door and on top of that I was pretty much ignored as we waited for the hostess to even acknowledge us. Everyone kind of had this attitude like they were put out by us coming to dine. I asked the server if they had sweet grapefruit juice for my greyhound and she said no. Then when my drink arrived it was sweetened. We both wanted a salad and not offered one. My chicken fried steak was descent but my wife's prime rib was cold. After a below average experience I was hoping that someone anyone would have at least thanked us, but as we walked out once again ignored by everyone. I don't consider that I may be too critical because I own a restaurant and I know that treating every guest like they are the most important patrons is the key to being a success and every employee has a part to play. read more

And i waited an hour before it was ready, then after i get home one of the 3 meals is missing, i go back to Logan's where they have my whole order remade, no talk of comping the meals. We go here quite frequently. The food is great but the service can range anywhere from 3-5 so I pick 4. This particular night we got a crappy table that was cramped and small and in a heavy traffic area. There were 4 of us-3 adult size people and a kid and they sqouze us in this little itty bitty table and we felt like first graders and they put the small elderly couple in a big long, huge booth. Our waiter acted like he didnt really care to be there. He wasnt rude and he took decent care of us , just kinda unenthused. Every time one of the wait staff walked by they hit my poor son who was sitting on the edge. Just a dumb table! They should remove it. Anyways, the rolls here are astounding!! They practically melt in your mouth and theyre unlimited. I usually get steaks and theyre always cooked to perfection but this time I got the ribs and chicken. We were at this Logan's today and I was amazed at how the manager handled a situation. Everything except 1 item was great, my son-in-law ordered a 9 oz Filet and when it came out we all noticed a smell that did not belong. Immediately he says it must be the broccoli. He took a number of bites of the steak and kept thinking it was the broccoli even though the steak did not taste good at all. Once we all agreed it must be the steak, my son-in-law was headed to the bathroom as the steak was proving out to be bad. We notified the waitress to the situation and she had a manager come over and he assured us that he would rectify the situation. We then received the check and the manager had comped 1/2 of the steak price! If the situation is bad enough for the manager to understand that a refund or comp is in line why wouldn't he comp the entire dinner. Half the steak wasn't bad, all of it was. Not sure if we will order a steak at Logan's again but I can promise we will not be back to this location based upon the actions of their manager. The shame of it is the rest of the staff there was wonderful and all of their efforts were made moot because of the actions of their manager! read more

Stay away!!!!!!! We arrived on Sunday at 5:10ish. The restaurant was surprisingly empty the other half of the restaurant was empty. Our server was a piece of work, our drinks were just plain waters nothing out of the ordinary, we never go a refill until we payed our tab. He messed up on our order a total of 8 of us, so we did what he called a horseshoe around the table so our orders wouldn't get mixed up. Fast forward to our food only one half of the food orders never arrived, so we thought maybe the other half is on its way, we waited 20 min still nothing and our server never to be found. 30min later he comes to our table and apologizes for not putting in the other half of the order in the computer, he gave us the excuse that the restaurants computer does not take large orders so he has to put it in two different checks. But what kind of restaurants doesn't take in large orders, so my guess is he never put in the order. Long story short we got our food almost a whole hour later and still had to pay while our other half of the table had to just sit there and watch us eat. Got the complete wrong entree. I ordered 12 oz prime rib, was brought a rib eye, a very different steak in taste and appearance. I politely point this out to the waitress who disappears for a second. She comes back and says she asked the "cook" who said what was on my plate was prime rib, which is absurd, they look nothing alike. After she left we all kind of laughed and I started to eat the ribeye which wasn't a bad steak. Then the table next to us had prime rib delivered to them so she comes by and I'm like "see, that's prime rib, slow cooked and sliced to order, your telling me this is that??" First time I went my husband and I got a chicken and steak combo, my chicken was dry and burnt in some spots so we sent it back, the steak was overlooked when we asked for medium, there was NO pink and I really like a juicy steak, the service was ok. The second time I went it was my husband birthday there were 6 in our party and only a couple tables in the restaurant, so we figured it would be good service, Wrong! Our drinks never got refilled, they brought out everyone's food except my father in laws so we all had food in front of us getting cold while we waited for his, they never brought me my broccoli which came with the meal, just rice and chicken on a plate, and the drink I did have I had to ration because they never came back to refill it, even after I asked and it was a peach lemonade... Our waitress while pleasant enough, was in no hurry for anything. Her movement was slow and methodical, even when I saw her helping another wait staff. After she took our order it took a long time for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was incomplete. When I pointed out the missing item, she tried to blame it on the kitchen staff when it was apparent that it was her responsibility to make sure the order was complete. It also took awhile for the check to arrive. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. My reason for saying that is that recently we ate at two different Texas Roadhouse locations. Both were quick and responsive. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Nobody walked around like they were on their way to their own execution. It was a totally different experience from today. I guess I can see why they are much busier than Logans Roadh. That's because there is no comparison to the experience. My guess is that when we are looking for this kind of food, Texas Roadhouse is where we will go. It's unfortunate because we used to enjoy Logans Roadhouse, but you have a long way to go match the service of Texas Roadhouse. It's August 12, 2017 and we still have no desire to go back to Logans Roadhouse. We've been to Texas Roadhouse several times since our Logans trip and in multiple locations. No comparison. read more

Went here after church on Sunday. Service was pretty good. We had fried pickles are those were really good!! The bread is good as always too. I had a burger for the first time there and I was not impressed. I only ate about a fourth. It was dry and the taste was bad too. The grill asparagus was over cooked and past it's prime. The manager did bring me new asparagus but it was still past it's prime. My daughter and husband ordered the steak Cobb salad. The steak was switched between salads and the avocados past their prime. The food did not arrive at the same time. Saturday June 1st 2019 6:40 PM Logan's Roadhouse Burleson, Tx This was the time that we arrived at this location. We had done call ahead seating. When we arrived they said it would be about 20 minutes more wait time before they would seat us. We had a party of eight. It was 4 adults and four children. We had waited for about an hour when we noticed that they had sat a party of nine that had arrived after us. The wife went and asked the hostess why we had still not been seated. Also made them aware that the party of nine had come in after us. Then they realized that maybe they had made an error and sat them before us. The hostess was a black girl wearing a red t-shirt and tennis shoes. They said her name was Diamond. No apologies were given they just had a puzzled look on their faces. We asked to speak with the manager. This guy was a short guy by the name of Sal. He listened to us but just left and nothing was solved. We waited another 20 of 30 minutes. We asked to speak with him again and he came back and he said he was trying to find us s table. Finally they sat us in the back close to a large party in the other section of maybe 70 people. They were so loud we could not have a conversation at our table because of the noise. The food also took for ever to come out. Everything that could of gone wrong this evening happened from when we walked in. The hostess customer service skills was deplorable and the so call manager was no better. None the less we should of left when they did not seat us in time but it was getting late and we had not eaten yet. The manager never came and apologized for the horrible experience. I am taking time to write this review to warn other guests to be aware and not to spend their money in a place like this that doesn't care about their customers. I will not ever come back to this God forsaken place. Of all the other restaurants that we have been to this one takes the cake. The only person that eased the pain of this place was our waitress by the name of Tricia. She was a great waitress and waited on us very well. We were extremely pleased with her.
