We hadn't been to Logan's in a long long time, and de used to try it tonight. Our server was Tristan and she was helpful, engaged and friendly. The place was clean and well lit, and decor was what one might expect of a chain "roadhouse" restaurant. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was HUUUUGE!! I could only eat less than half of it so I have lunch tomorrow! My wife had the ribeye. The flavor was really good but it was over cooked. Yet, it was still tasty and will make a lunch for her tomorrow. We will come again. read more

Fantastic and GREAT to be back to Logan's Steakhouse!! I eat out about 5 times every week and this is my (our) new "Go To"!! The food was phenomenal and the choices are many. But, the difference maker was the Fantastic service and friendly disposition from our server Katie. We were there on 8/30 for lunch and Katie waited on us. She was attentive, pleasant, helpful and most of all --- just a Happy young lady to interact with and she is a huge and valued member for this restaurant. Please come back to Fort Smith; but until then, we'll see you again at Logan's in Fayetteville AR and please recognize Katie for her job and duties that far exceeded our expectations. 5 Stars Plus !! read more

My 16 oz Ribeye was great. My fries were a bit sad kind of limb and not great. My wife ordered mashed sweet potatoes. What she got was a nasty caramel marshmallow goop. Apparently the sugary glaze was stirred the the mashed sweet potatoes. There was nothing in the menu to say it was some kind of sugary mess. Luckily we had a good server and got her some green beans. So, unbeknownst to me my GF is logged into my Yelp account, and apparently your very attentive and kind waitress asked her if she wanted to leave a review after her and her mother had some of your apparently delicious pork chops. She of course said yes and scanned the code and left a review. It was a fine and glowing review, and when you guys responded I got a notification. As I am hundreds and hundreds of miles from your location, I of course thought I'd been hacked, and I deleted the review. The notification was from MO, not AR, and it never occurred to me that she had left a review from my account ........ but she had. In summary, they had a wonderful meal, the waitress (Ava? maybe) couldn't have been nicer, according to my GF (as I wasn't there), and your restaurant was clean and well staffed. By all accounts they had a wonderful dinner, and very well may return this evening, I'm not sure, that will be up to them. Anyway, congrats on the accolades, they're both pretty picky and they were well pleased with all aspects of their visit. **This is far and away the strangest review I've ever left. read more

Where to start? Decided to give it another shot, after a string of not-so-good experiences. Service was slow - but - they sat us at a table served by the bartender (who obviously gets busy). The grilled salmon filet was waaay overcooked, and my spouse had to dodge multiple bones. My steak had an odd seasoning. After mentioning the salmon, was offered desert - why not just discount the meal at the same price rather than offering more food? Waited long time to deliver the beer ordered. Mashed potatoes looked like instant they didn't add enough milk/water, very powdery. Server forget to bring rolls. Salad ordered didn't have enough dressing. Did not bring green beans as ordered. The bills were messed up for everyone at the table. They did take off one of the meals from the bill. My husband, our daughter and myself went to Logan's to eat Saturday evening 5/2/2026. The waitress took our order before 8:00pm and by 8:45pm we still did not have our food (sliders and hamburgers). The restaurant was almost empty, a manager did not come to our table, and we even saw a manager anywhere. The greeter, not our waitress apologized for the delay in getting our food. It was our first time there. Our burger mushrooms/onions were soooo chewy, I couldn't even break it down to swallow it. Well it's date night and I wanted a steak. We have been to Logan's before. Seated right away and got our drinks. Braden was our server and he was great. Wife had chicken tenders with baked potato and house salad with ranch dressing. I had the steak and seafood trio, steak, crab cakes and grilled shrimp. Sides were baked sweet potato and cinnamon apples. I also added a house salad with honey mustard. Sweet tea for me and she had water. The to die for rolls came out with sweet butter. YUM! A seasonal favorite of mine is the Prime Rib, delicious,tender and filling. The manager stops by often to see if everything is up to par. The staff really works their butt off. Unfortunately the Prime Rib goes off the menu after Valentines day. read more

For food I'd give it an average for corporate restaurant. For my service I would give it a high 5. My server was attentive and met my expectations. My problem was actually witnessed the manager at night denigrate and belittle his staff within earshot of the customers. He was very unprofessional, childish and in my opinion verbally abusive towards the employees. I was chatting with the table next to me and they were just as shocked as we were. This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant. I got the Logan, the steak, medium rare, a loaded baked potato, and the French onion soup. The French onion soup was literally just sautéed, not caramelized, onions in unseasoned beef broth with soggy bread and a literal slice of cheese. The loaded baked potato was just a microwave potato, there was no salt, no olive oil, no cheese, no sour cream, no bacon, no butter literally just a potato. Not satisfied. We had all ordered various entrees. This place is one of my mom's go to fora steak. Several orders were off, we were served food at different times, and two people in our party had sub par food. (undercooked steak bloody in the middle) We tried to mention it to the waitress but she never came back to fill our drinks or check on us. We did mention it to the afternoon manager and we got I'm so sorry about that - but no compensation. read more

Everyone at our table ordered steak. 3 out of 4 of the steaks were cooked wrong. Mine was raw. Couldn't even eat it, no one came back to our table so we were not even able to correct anything. Cheese sauce was cold and most of the food was cold. Our waitress didn't come to our table for almost 20 min after we were seated. Never got our lemons and had to ask someone else to check us out because our waitress couldn't bother to come to our table. We didn't eat a bite of half the food.
