Well my phone died so no pics. Stopped for dinner after a theater show, we had not been in over a year. We were seated quickly and our server Joe was right there to get us started. We both had Queensland Chicken and Shrimp pasta, I had a blue cheese wedge salad with mine. Everything was well prepared and seasoned, their dark pumpernickel bread never disappoints. Joe was great at keeping our plates and glasses full and the table cleared. Place has not changed much part restaurant and part sports bar. It was nice because neither the tv's or the house music were up so loud you couldn't have a good conversation. read more

Had not visited our local outback in a few years. Glad my sister-in-law gave us a gift card. We had great steak, tasty burger and great service. The wedge salad was new on the menu and it was yum! What a horrible experience! I ordered for takeout and it said it was gonna take between 6 and 16 minutes. I thought it was a little ambitious so I showed up a half hour after and proceeded to wait another half hour in my car and then when they finally come out with my order I get home and my mac & cheese is upside down and spilled all over within the bag. Definitely not as good as I expected......let's start with the lone positive, and his name is Jordan. He is a runner, an utter delight, and a happy person. His quote of, "I get to work at my favorite restaurant, how cool is that!" was the highlight. From here, however, we go downhill.....let's get started with the filthy and streaky windows on the outside of the eatery. It would take just a moment to clean these and start with a good first impression. Then, my wife reported the ladies room to me.....toilet seat was broken, and the toilet tank was cracked and held together with tape. C'mon folks...... Food wise, my wife ordered the prime rib sandwich that was supposed to be on a baguette. It was as dry as a piece of sawdust and the meat was overcooked (as a side note, the tables on either side of us has to return their steaks to the kitchen as they were undercooked), as well as in a French roll. I ordered the blooming chicken sandwich, which was supposed to have blooming sauce on the bun (there was none). went with my wife on Saturday and we shared a steak and shrimp. The folks behind us were charged for a tea to go. We decided against that. I however did get two refills on my Coke Zero. when the bill came we were charged over $52.00. Upon closer examination, I was charged for every refill. almost $12.00. Another Amazing meal at this Rogers Outback! Had the Blooming onion petals which I now like a lot better than the whole onion since all of the piece of onion is covered in breading, have to try the.spicy mango Rita it rocked! UNBELIEVABLE!!! We come here all the time. As always the food is consistently good for a chain steakhouse. BUT!!! The service is ALWAYS Hit-Or-Miss. Are waiters and waitresses are usually exceptionally good or great. Problems are with the hostess, and obviously management. Problems like this is ALWAYS a management issue. As a manager you are responsible for everything in your charge. This time is the last straw here. I'm Always fair in my reviews. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE GETS 1 (star) With a restaurant that doesn't take reservations, coming early is recommended. We have a party of 11. Someone in the family always calls even though we are always told first come. Yesterday is the first time I called and was told "sorry we don't take reservations" and that was it. No options at all. When we got there was Not One Person waiting to be seated like there usually is. Telling us we have a 45 + minute wait. We never have a problem waiting. This time we are told a 4 HOUR WAIT! Because of all the Large Parties that are on what they call "Call Ahead" to save a spot. Now to me that sounds like RESERVATIONS!!! I know how the restaurant bizz works because I'm a Grillardin Chef. Love to come to Outback!!! I've not had a bad meal once and always had great service. We try to sit in the bar in a booth it seems to be where the action is such as TVs. The food from here is always on point. I'm not much for going out to eat a steak but they can flat cut a great steak. I always ask for my steak to be cooked Pittsburg style. Perfectly cooked every time. The appetizers are always a big hit for us as well. You can't beat the coconut shrimp and the fried mushrooms are always good Great clean restaurant with great servers. I had the pleasure of ordering this last night and it was very good we had a party of 4 and everyone enjoyed their food the only issue was the fries were little soggy and needed one shot of seasoning but the veggies were crisp and delicious the flavor is outstanding especially compared to the other steak houses I have had. I enjoy sauces so for me 2 of your dipping sauces would of covered my appetite. We picked up the food the parking lot was clean the Restaurant was clean and welcoming so the Ambiance was just right! So much so that I added a second tail for $9.99 (the server was beyond excited; apparently no one had exercised this option before), choosing to do one steamed (the default) and the other grilled. Tip: the latter is significantly the better option. The steak itself was so-so, but everything else (tails, veg, bread, wine) was great. In fact, the following week I went to Bonefish and got the same thing ($31 with just one tail), primarily to compare notes, and I will unequivocally say I enjoyed my Outback meal more, even without taking price into consideration. read more

My husband and I tried to decide where to go for dinner tonight. We chose out that steakhouse against my better judgment. I ordered the Alice springs Chicken and my husband or the Kingsland steak shrimp and pasta. He ordered the steak on his pasta to be medium as you can see by the photo it's well done. The shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. They did not serve my dinner salad that came with my chicken dinner. The waiter gave us attitude and the manager offered to take my included house salad off of our check. I will not be returning to outback steakhouse again and suggest that if you're looking for a good steak go to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. read more

We love this Outback. Been coming here for years. We come for lunches on the weekend and sit in the bar. T in the bar is our absolute favorite. She's very attentive and such a delight. Service was great! We never had to ask for refills on drinks or bread. With kids the bread kept them satisfied till meal arrived. The meal on the other hand was sub-par. We went there because of the steaks and blooming onion. First the Blooming onion was half cooked. One side done the other side you could taste and feel the batter. Then the steaks were not done correctly I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked more than medium. And I had a new meal that had chicken with mushrooms and cheese it was brought out on a different plate. Their presentation was awful I could have made this at home and it would have looked better. My daughter and son in law paid $150 for the entire meal which was for mine and my son in laws birthday; Bloomin' Onionif it would not have embarrassed them and if we had not had three children I would have sent my meal back. My husband had the same complaint. We were not in a hurry or we we wouldn't have waited 45 minutes to be seated. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the quality of food not the wait staff, they were amazing under the circumstances. This is a medium steak. This is the 2nd steak I received. My entire family had to send back their overly burned steaks. Then they bring me this and a "manager" comes out and argues with me about how outback "Sears" their steaks like this. I even had him poke my steak with his finger that had gloves on. We've eaten at outback for 20 years... this isn't seared this is the grill too hot and burned. We argued for a while. He told me I was wrong. While the steak was cooked correctly on the inside def wasn't on the outside. I ate a few bites and it wasn't fitting to eat at all. Ridiculous... also we've been here for 2 hours ‍‍‍ doesn't burned foods cause cancer? Yeahhh don't want a cancer steak. Have not been here in a long time. Had a great server, she took very good care of us. Had the ribeye steak. Only complaint is it had a strip of grizzle in it that was tough to chew. The food was all tasty and cooked rare as we requested. My daughter needs gluten free and they have a good sized gluten free menu. She ordered a side of shrimp and it came served on 1/2 half loaf of their bread. We stressed gluten free for her. Might want to make the servers aware of this. Terrible service. Drinks were messed up. The chips with the appetizer were dust from the bottom of the bag. Had to ask for refills which took forever. The soup was cold. They messed up my wife's entree and then took 15 minutes to bring out a new one, which was bone dry with hardly any sauce on it. The steaks were burnt black on the outside...same as recent reviews have stated. Portion sizes on the fries were tiny. This is just your typical Outback. There is nothing crazy great to report here. We came on a Friday night and it was PACKED but we managed to get seated in 20ish minutes which isn't back considering. Our server seemed really annoyed at the tables she was getting and it made our service suffer because she was not in a good mood. She wasn't rude to us, but she wasn't kind or helpful either. Date night with my daughter, she chose Outback. Service was decent for a busy Friday night. Our waitress took good care of us, refilling water glasses and getting our orders taken care of quickly. For the first time, I had a "Blooming Onion". After seeing them on television and hearing about them, I figured that we needed to try one. I was disappointed. I can't really blame Outback here. It was as advertised - a half of an onion that had been sliced so that it "bloomed" and then battered and then fried. What we got was a big greasy ball of fat that had little "onion" flavor. We ate a quarter of it and the only reason I kept going back was that I hoped that it would get better. It did not. Steaks arrived. Nothing special here. We both had the "Outback special," which is their signature sirloin with a side vegetable. Loaded baked potatoes for each of us, they were the highlight of the meal. I found the meat to be rather tasteless and a bit chewier than I preferred. It was... meh. About the only memorable thing was the "oil can" of Fosters beer. We stopped by to take advantage of the $15.99 steak and lobster special. Funny enough out friends ordered the steak and lobster and I just ordered steak. We started with Happy hour drinks for $5 strawberry peach sangria and it was delicious. I never order appetizers at Outback because I live the bread. Sweet dark bread served hot with butter. My favorite restaurant bread hands down. I always order a salad with my meal because I love the ranch dressing. My steak was cooked to a perfect med rare temp and the baked potato was a nice addition to the meal coated in salt with butter and sour cream. Our server was attentive and very friendly. I'm not 1 to complain and this my first to post to criticize. Party of 5 (3 adults my 4 and 1 year old). We arrived well before the dinner rush. The service was slow and felt unorganized. By the time we left that service level would be understandable but we got there at 4:30. To get to the point I ordered a rack of ribs and was constantly chewing bone bits (glad I didn't share it with my 4 and 1 year old). I ate 2 ribs and gave up. Put it on the tray to show all the bone bits and it was taken back by service. Granted we were already waiting a bit. I prepaid the food before delivery to not let my mom pay. I guess since I paid, the manager says here is 2 $20 gift cards to make up for the meal lol. For starters I just left the Arkansas fall classic double header and I am hungry...in what way does that help? $160 ticket and $40 tip...did you just pay me my tip back for terrible god awful ribs so I essentially paid for the meal, left hungry, and got coupons to come back to a place I had a terrible experience at?!?! Stopped in Friday night for a quick dinner and a drink. We ordered the bone-in ribeye med-rare. It was definitely closer to rare. We only ate a few bites and opted to just take it home and give it to my German Shepard. I gave her a couple bites Saturday morning. Lived in Little Rock for years then moved here 5 years ago. Loved their coconut shrimp and steak. Tried this Outback and were so disappointed in the shrimp, small and dry and the porterhouse steak, which was extremely fatty. what made us worse was it was our 51st anniversary.
