Not sure why the low reviews as my experience does not match those experiences. I ordered take out. A kids meal and a side of rolls. It was ready before the estimated time, the price is perfect for a small meal and the food was good and got. Grilled chicken was seasoned well and the broccoli was perfect. 1/2 doz rolls were perfect and fluffy and great price for fresh bread. The lady at the pickup counter wasn't super friendly at first but when she handed me my meal she was, maybe busy day. Seemed fairly busy even at 2 pm. No complaints. read more

Against my better judgement I decided to give Logans one more try. Got seated a 5:30, my group was 6 adults. Server came to table and took our drink and dinner order. At 6:05 we had not received our drinks or appetizer. Decided at that point it was time to go. Logans lost out on a group of 6 adult meals and at least 6-10 drinks on top of that. Sorry Logans, the is no 3rd chance. No need for the GM to call or e-mail me to offer me $10.00, Give it to the homeless man in the parking lot. We waited more than 30 minutes for our food and only 2 out of 4 orders were correct. My daughter told our server twice that she didn't want cheese on her burger, and it came with cheese. They got a little rude when we sent it back, it took another 20 minutes before they brought her an overcooked burger without cheese. My husband ordered his stake medium rare, but it was well done and tough. He thought about sending it back as well, but no one came to our table after we sent back the burger. This was literally the worst meal I've had in years. Maybe longer. Went from bad to so bad it's funny to so bad it's not even funny anymore. I ordered the country fried steak with a Caesar salad and french onion soup. My husband ordered the filet with mushrooms, Mac and cheese, a house salad, and potato soup. We also got the beer battered jalapeños as an appetizer. Out of all of that food the only things worth eating were the rolls and french onion soup. Everything else was either bland or bad. Went on a Friday night and there weren't that many patrons, which was surprising, until we had our experience. The inside of the building was hot and muggy -- had there been an option to sit outside, that would have been more comfortable. Our salads never came so when our main meal was served we asked about it and was met with a to go box. The steak was chewy and lacked flavor but the rice was good. Went there today for lunch with a friend. It has been about 4 years since my last visit. What a bad surprise and disappointment. Service was slow and took at least 30 minutes for our main dish. It wasn't that crowded but I only saw two waitresses. Luckily ours was friendly and efficient as far as I could see. I got a salad which was good. The rolls were pale and gummy and would have been so much better if they had cooked them longer. I ate about two bites when the rest of our food was slow coming out. I got grilled shrimp over rice and a baked potato. The shrimp was so bad I couldn't decide if they had even grilled it more than a minute. The rice had a weird taste and was crunchy. I ask for cocktail sauce instead of the green looking sauce they brought. The waitress said they didn't have that anymore since they stopped having fried shrimp. Since they FRY the coconut shrimp you would think they would. I brought my shrimp home to finish cooking it in the air fryer. I never send anything back to the kitchen for fear of making the cook mad and afraid they will do something to it. I will never go back! read more

My son ordered the trout with shrimp and chose loaded mac and cheese and soup as his two sides. I asked our server to pack the soup to go, thinking it would be a straightforward request. However, when the check arrived, the soup was listed at $6.99 instead of the correct $1.49ish for a premium side. When I pointed out the mistake, the server went to speak with the manager. He returned with the news that she could only offer a 10% discount on the soup. I found that frustrating, as I just wanted to be charged the appropriate price of $1.49. So, I asked to speak to the manager myself. She wasn't rude, and understood the confusion since it was a new soup and offered to take off an additional charge (but still wouldn't make it $1.49). However, when I asked her to take it off the bill, I could tell she didn't appreciate it. She then tossed the soup into the trash can next to our table after dropping off the check, which felt unprofessional and left us feeling disrespected. To make matters worse, the food just mediocre. Our server barely checked on us during the meal, and we never received the extra basket of bread we asked for. It felt like we were completely overlooked. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what you expect when dining out. Even though I left a 20% tip out of empathy for the challenges of serving, I won't be returning to any Logan's Roadhouse again. Wanted to do a 0 star rating. This is the WORST experience I've ever had here at Logan's. On 12/24 I ordered a big sirloin and it tastes like how dog food smells and has the consistency of a burger.... absolutely disgusting. My wife ordered the mesquite chicken with rice. Her rice was not room temp, but cold. She went without a drink for the entirety of what she did eat of her meal. The service was not the best either. I think she let our food sit in kitchen for a while and that's what caused our food to become almost not edible.. also heard the guest at table next to us complaining about her food as well. 0/10 Logan's used to be a decent restaurant. Dinner at Logan's Steakhouse on University Dr. last night. We had an absolute terrible time. Four of us were celebrating my Mom's 96th birthday. We left the house at 5:00 PM as Mom eats early. We tried a couple of other places, but the wait time was over 30 minutes and she didn't want to wait so we ended up at Logan's. When the server came over to us for drink orders, Mom wanted ice tea. He said they had no tea (ice or hot). She then said ice coffee, which they also didn't have any coffee. We said "What do you have?" He said coke products. We ordered water, coke, and Mom wanted a glass of Chardonnay. He finally brought the drinks after about 15 minutes. Mom's can of wine was brought out about 10 minutes later! She had never seen a can of wine before and laughed about that. Then we ordered dinner. One person ordered a Logan's steak medium rare with baked potato and Caesar's Salad. One person ordered a Cheeseburger and fries. Mom ordered a Sirloin steak medium rare, Caesar's Salad and baked sweet potato. I ordered a filet blue, baked sweet potato, and green beans. After about 30 minutes, rolls were finally brought out. At 6:45, a different server brought out the food. The first steak dinner was the wrong steak. The second steak (sirloin) was very tough and cooked medium to medium well instead of medium rare. The third steak (a filet) was cooked medium instead of blue. It also had a baked potato instead of a sweet potato; no green beans. The Cheeseburger meal was not brought out at all. No salads had been brought out. Usually this happens before the main meal. The server said they would have to get with the waiter to check what was actually ordered. A sweet potato was brought out for me. They had also run out of green beans, but I had not been told so I could order something else. They said they would bring me a salad, but I said I couldn't eat salad. When my steak was brought out, no potato was on the plate. They said it would take another 10 minutes before I could get one. When the fourth person's meal was brought out the burger was alright, but the fries were cold. Needless to say, we didn't order dessert or leave a decent tip. I'm normally a big tipper, but not last night. The manger comped my meal, but the bill still came to over $100. I would not recommend going there. They could have gone to Walmart, Kroger, or Publix and gotten coffee, tea, or green beans. Whoever orders their supplies needs to be fired. Be careful where you eat and be sure to let others know about area restaurants!!! read more

I wouldn't even give a star, but the app makes you. Many times if a business seats customers in areas in the front of the house like this to dine, you don't want to know what is going on in the back of the house or what it looks like. I have never been to a restaurant that my entire family felt like we had to take a shower and sanitize our hands when we left. The table tilted and spun, had to hand onto our drinking the entire time if you didn't want them to spill. The booth was unsafe to set three children at! The food was mediocre. We will not be going back. This is nothing on the wait staff, purely management or lack there of. I did ask to speak to the manager to discuss as also a restaurant owner/manager. Received it very underdone. My guests filet was not medium but rare. We simply just ate around the edges and called it a night. Second visit which was tonight: No biscuits, which wasn't a big deal. Got the spin dip. Very very watery. Ordered the 16oz ribeye medium rare. Came out very rare. Also ordered Prime rib medium well. Came out medium rare. Sent both back and they did not look any more done after getting them back. Did not want to send them back again for obvious reasons. So again, ate around the edges and called it a night. Unfortunately, they can't seem to keep the draft version of this beverage on hand. The more expensive bottled version they have. I've met my best friend here a couple of times following a visit to see my Mom. We always sit in the bar. Last time I had the Cedar Plank Salmon "Dive into a 9 oz. salmon fillet marinated in our signature sweet & savory glaze and wood-grilled on a cedar plank for maximum flavor. Served with your choice of one side." with I think, asparagus. Salmon was good. I prefer their lunch size portion and like their broccoli, but, it was not lunchtime :( Friend started off with the zucchini fries - there were sooooooo many "fries!" The zucc fries are one of those dishes that you need to knock out right away because they are only good when super hot. I just didn't like them. She thought they were okay. Service is hit or miss. Friend had to wait and re-ask for extra sauce on each visit to Logan's. Since we get together once a week, we're trying to avoid Airport Road Burnout and try more places and will likely get back around to Logan's sometime. read more

To say I was severely disappointed would be an extraordinary understatement. You would be better off making your own stake dinner at home, for a portion of the price. Do not attend this establishment. When we entered there was trash littered on the floor, flies flying around, and an absence of employees to seat us. Once we were seated, it took them over 10 minutes to send a server to our dimly lit and uneven corner. The floors were very misshapen and caused for a wobbly table and chairs. There were lights out, and the table and chairs were sticky. When attending the bathroom to wash the sticky from our hands, we found it was severely run down, with stalls that do not properly close, and a dirty counter and floors. The appetizer of onion rings were surprisingly delicious, and one of the only redeeming factors. When the food finally came, we found the 6 oz sirloin was two bites, the medium rare turned to a well done, and the rare severely undercooked, practically mooing. The croutons on the salad were stale, the salad itself overdressed and much too salty. The green beans were over-seasoned with pepper, but the mashed potatoes were very creamy and quite tasty. The service never got better, and we remained thirsty in our dimly lit corner of the restaurant while our waitresses ignored us. We had to flag down others to retrieve them. Overall it was a dreadful experience that I do not recommend you give a chance. Spare yourself. You would have a more enjoyable experience gnawing on a pair of leather boots. read more

I used to eat at this Logan's quite regularly when I worked in Huntsville, it has been probably a year since the last time I ate at this particular Logan's and it has gone downhill. Our service was poor at best, our salad took forever, and our entre came out before we could take the first bite of the salad. Our entre was delivered by someone other than our server, who we did not see until we were both more than half-way through our steaks. The steaks were under-cooked for medium, which did not bother me, but my wife could not eat the last three pieces of her steak which were closer to rare than even medium rare. Our glasses were never refilled although mine was empty before I finished my meal, I did not bother telling our server. The baked potato was barely the size of the palm of my hand and the side salad was filled with yellowed lettuce and three stalks (were the head was cut from the plant).
