My boyfriend and I went for a little date night dinner before going to the movies. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, and the chips were very stale. I ordered the Roadhouse Deluxe burger, and it was the blandest thing I've ever eaten. I also got a side of their potato chips, which were also stale. Thankfully, my boyfriend's food was good, since he did choose this place. I asked for a side of ranch with my order, since I usually forget to ask, and she remembered twice as she was passing our table, but only brought it as she noticed we were cleaning up to leave. I wish I could have given this place a 0, but the app wouldn't let me! Multiple bad experiences at this location. What in the world are they thinking to tell us (a party of 9) That the reason our appetizer is ice cold is because it was one that was hanging around in the kitchen that someone didn't take! Seriously? After 45 minutes you would think that everything would come out hot and at the same time. At least two people had cold food. Two times before the steak was seriously under cooked (a chronic problem here) and so tough you couldn't cut it with a steak knife. Manager was nice enough and deducted money from the bill but that doesn't fix the real problems here! So disappointing! Ordered 2 steaks. Ribeye and sirloin. Both were tough and full of gristle. My husband chopped away at them and was able to get enough to eat. I decided I would make do with the green beans and potato. Potato was rotten inside, so I was left with the green beans alone. One of my worst meals ever. My son chose Logan's in Manchester for his 20th birthday dinner. We could not have been more pleased with the experience and the food. we had a group of almost 20 so we called the day before and Fred, the manager suggested an hour earlier than we had originally planned so we would have a better chance of being seated quickly. When we got to the restaurant, we met Ronald as we walked in. He immediately got to work getting our area ready And we were seated rather quickly for having such a large group. Our server Deena was an absolute gem! She had a smile the whole time we were there and was very attentive to everyone in our group. Drinks were kept filled, appetizers came out quickly, followed by salads and entrees fairly quickly thereafter. Deena organized a big group of servers to do a birthday "yee-haw" for my son and got the entire restaurant involved. Cool thing about that is she checked with him first to make sure he was ok with getting the attention of the whole restaurant - just a really respectful thing to do! I've never been a HUGE Logan's fan because of experiences at another location. I am now, definitely, a fan of the Manchester, TN location because of the treatment we received from Fred on the phone, Ronald at the door, and most especially Deena! Oh, and the food was great too! My husband and I ate there (Logan's Manchester Tennessee) last night 2/25/22. We paid and left at 511pm. This was our Valentines dinner. We are both busy and this was the first time we could go. We were asked table or booth and didn't care. Then we were taken to the far right of the restaurant that had every table full (about 10 tables) 3 had infants in high chairs and young children were playing in the walkway. We had to wait for the young girl to get out of the way to seat us. Turns out this was our waitress's daughter. To say we had good service is not true but it also wasn't the worst. The entire restaurant only had about 20 tables with people at them. Why would they knowingly seat us is such a crowded area? When we had to wait for the child to get back in her seat why didn't they seat us somewhere else? Food was good but did not enjoy our experience at all. On my part we should have asked for a different table. I'm not a Covid nut but why shove everyone in such a small area when the place was not that busy? The waitress, Maggie was great! The food was cold, my sirloin steak was almost too tough to cut. The grilled shrimp were not cooked enough. The crab cakes were not good. The salad, baked potatoes, and fried okra was good. I don't normally write reviews, but this was a special occasion we were celebrating and we spent a lot of money and it just wasn't worth it. We make frequent stops at Logan's as we travel from our home (Atlanta) to see family in Illinois, and there are many of these restaurants scattered throughout our route. We stopped at this location for dinner on a Monday evening while traveling. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. The service was horrendous. To say that our server wasn't attentive is putting it lightly. It took a good 15 minutes for him to greet the table. Food took nearly an hour to arrive. I ordered their chicken fried steak and sent it back after taking three bites (way over salted and burned). The mashed potatoes were partly runny with hard potato chunks mixed it. When I sent my dish back, he didn't apologize or offer another option. It was taken off of the bill, but we never saw a manager at all (although she had visited a table next to us). We had to flag the server down for refills and the check. When my husband requested the check, he let the server know that we needed to get back on the road (as he would disappear for long periods). He acknowledged, but then stopped at THREE other tables after getting my husband's card. Definitely would not recommend or return. read more

If you can get their for their happy hour I highly recommend their Long Island Ice Teas. Just make sure you have a ride or you are staying at one of the nearby hotels. Logan's has been one of my favorite chains for years, sadly the one in the Boro shut down, so Manchester is the closest venue. Our server was great, but noticed 5 empty tables when we were seated after a 25 minute wait on a Friday evening, the very selective and confusing happy hour choices had me guessing if I even wanted an adult beverage. Ordered a sirloin and shrimp combo and both were served luke warm to near cold and the steak was one of the worst cuts of meat I've ever had, you'd think a steak house would at least be able to get good cuts of meat. The bright side was that the peanuts were good, but not sure I'll be back, or if they'll even still be open. read more

I usually love this place. But food really fell short today. Everything seems very factory like. My Prime Rib came out cold and the bake potato was rapped in foil. Before their shutdown their food was really good. My family were frequent customers. I was glad they had opened back up until I got my food last night. Both of our meals were HORRIBLE! I got the fish and chips. My husband got the parmesan peppercorn chicken with a side salad with parmesan peppercorn dressing. My fish tasted old and the batter was bad. The rice pilaf was not seasoned and the sweet potato fries were cold and burnt. I was only able to eat one piece of fish before I couldn't eat anymore. My husband's food was flavorless as well. We'll try them again after a while. Hopefully it get back to the goodness we remembered. read more

My daughter and I went on June 20 for a late lunch to celebrate her birthday a few days late. Very few people were in the restaurant when we went. It was about 1:30-2:00. She ordered meatloaf sliders, and loved them. I had a cheeseburger which I've ordered many times before. Any time in the past when I have eaten there, the burger was juicy, fresh, delicious, tasting of the coals it was cooked over. Monday was a VERY different experience. The cheeseburger was horrible, dry, and tasteless. I think it had to be a frozen, preformed patty. Additionally, there was precious little in the way of lettuce, tomato, and onion (I requested it). I've always had plenty of vegetables on it. The tomato was razor thin. Lettuce was a few shredded strings, maybe 10 small pieces of wilted, shredded mess!!!! I didn't have even a small slice of onion. Just tiny bits placed on it. Couldn't taste anything. The bun was hard, dry, and three times the size of the burger. I had to take the meat off the bun in order to eat it. I would have had a more edible hamburger from McDonald's or other drive-thru joints for a fraction of the cost. I won't be coming back. Not only that but it since was past lunchtime, very few people were in the restaurant yet the music was blaring so loudly, I couldn't have a conversation with my daughter sitting across from me (and neither of us are heard of hearing!). I tried to tell the waitress about my dissatisfaction with the hamburger, but she couldn't hear me. The waitress missed several things I requested which I chalked up to the high decibel of the place. Overall a miserable experience and $36.82 wasted on a meal! If I could give no stars, I would! read more

Good Meat Stop We do Logan's about once a month for an early supper and every once in a while for lunch. It's consistently good - we go for steak or ribs, and end up eating about 3 baskets of bread as well. We kinda Like the peanuts in the floor deal. Food is usually about a 4 and service is normally about the same. It could be a little less noisy, but I guess that's OK with most folks. I know this seems petty and honestly never complain. However, we were seated and ordered prior to two adjacent tables. I bet u can't guess what they had "pulled pork waffle fries." The mgr came over and said " we just realized we were out of pulled pork. What else would u like? " so we chose onion petals, which came after our entree. Having walked out of Jeffersons nearby I was not in a good mood, and so was very surprised and pleased with the excellent service and attention at Logan's Roadhouse. The food presentation was bland and the waffle fries under cooked, but my order was taken promptly and enthusiastically, my soda was never empty, my request for additional condiments was quickly filled, and I was checked in on by both the waitress and the manager at reasonable intervals. Worst part of the experience was my NFL team lost, to watch the game being why I was there in the first place. 2.5 stars on the food but 5 for the great attention and service, so I'll round up to 4! read more

Was in town for work and looking for a nice dinner on a Wednesday night. Rib-eye steaks were cooked just right. I got asparagus and broccoli to go with my grilled shrimp and rib-eye dinner and the veggies were good too. Bread rolls were decadent. Peanuts in the shell on every table and you can throw the shells on the floor. Yep...that kind of steak house. Casual and western and good food. Jody our waitress was spot on perfect with timing and suggestions and great attitude but she was evil as she "made" us order the banana creme pie so now I can't walk. Lol :) Warm cozy western decor, acceptable prices, fresh food and great service. I would go again. Me and my grandson drove 33 miles to the Manchester Logan's and arrived around 4:00 pm. They were not that many people eating at the time. When we entered, there were several of Logan's employees walking by us, but NOT ONE of them acknowledged us!!! I walked up to the counter where one employee was getting something under the counter, we still were NOT acknowledged, no one said "someone will be right with you" or ANYTHING! We waited a few minutes, other people began arriving and suddenly we were all standing there waiting to be acknowledged. I had enough of being ignored so we left. This is very UNACCEPTABLE!! read more
