Never been to a Logan's before, so decided to give it a try! It wasn't the worst food or experience, but there were a few things that could have been improved upon. Firstly, shoutout to our server Frank! He was hustling hard to take care of us and his other tables, and did a wonderful job. The issues began with the food. Small things, but a tad bothersome. Can't really go wrong with the rolls, and they kept those hot and coming as needed them, so no issue there. The grilled chicken Cesar salad was fine in flavor, but the chicken breast was quite sad. The portion of the chicken was smaller than just the Palm of my hand (and I don't have very big hands). However, the lettuce was crisp & it was dressed well enough. The teriyaki chicken had the same portion problem as the chicken. It was dressed with a pineapple ring, which was nearly the size of the minuscule chicken breast it was served with. A family member had the fried fish, and the fish was overcooked and tough in the middle. The biggest issue was that my younger sister had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get her food after the rest of us had received ours. The child at the table being the last to be served their food was a big problem for us. The only reason it's not a 2 star is because of the service provided to us by Frank out sever, and the friendly hostesses, which were each 5 We'll be trying a Logan's chain again at some point & hopefully having a better food experience. read more

Arrived for dinner around 5:30 pm today. Asked for burger to be Well Done! It arrived medium well and sent it back. Second one was also pink in the middle. Manager said that's what I asked for according to the ticket I told him I know what I ordered and specifically said well done The waiter returned and apologized and confirmed he entered well done!! I told him he was being blamed for the mixup. Manager never apologized. Will not be returning to this location by the mall. My husband tried to share his steak but it was tough. 2 meals trashed because someone can't read. read more

Sat at the bar both days and ordered Shrimp Stacked Salmon. The food was great both servers were friendly and went out of their way to have conversation. Usually dont eat twice to the same restaurant during my travels but my experience was good. The only negative part was that some waitresses were sitting behind me talking about personal stuff. Service was slow for 1:00 lunch. There were only 3 tables with customers in our section. Had to ask for who was our waitress. Staff were nice and food was good but the slow service makes it hard to want to go back soon. read more

working here was a disappointment managers let's back of house do whatever they want some employees would drop food on the floor and serve to the customer this happen a few times. they have roaches running around in the back and also the roof would leak when it rains and hit people food before customer get it. there is a lot of red flags this place has the Health Department needs to check this place asap. read more

I had called ahead because I am on a ton of dietary restrictions for medical reasons and haven't been to a restaurant to eat out in a while since no one seems accommodating. Well we went in to this location of Logan's Roadhouse because when I called they were very nice and sounded super accommodating. Once we got in, we were seated immediately and asked about our drink order shortly after that. We finally got to the point we were ready to order and I asked questions to the waiter to make sure all the food was ordered within my restrictions. The waiter (Frank) was very nice and accommodating. Everything was ordered correctly and came in on time. The only thing I will say is that even though Frank had ordered my steak medium rare, it came back medium well-well. Frank said he could get me a new one and was very nice about it, but it was in fact the kitchen that had cooked it incorrectly however I ate it as is because I hate throwing food out. The steak was seasoned to perfection though and the meal was delicious. Frank also made us a fresh pot of coffee before serving us any and the coffee was great as well. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere at with a great waiter and tasty food, we could not have had a better time. The only thing I will say is that the steak could have been cooked as requested, but the seasoning and the will to correct the mistake made up for that. Great place to enjoy with family and Frank is the best waiter I've ever had!! They are very very good about dietary restrictions! Only restaurant that has been able to accommodate my needs. I am on the AIP (Auto-Immune Protocol) diet for medical reasons and if you order the steak and sweet potato with no sugar or butter and a salad with dressing and cheese on the side, it's a super tasty and AIP approved meal! Went last night for dinner and we were seated right away which was nice. Then we waited and waited but no waitress. We noticed the waitress seemed to be tied with a customer order that seemed overly complicated. The customer was talking so loudly we all heard this rather ridiculous order. Finally a waitress from another area came over and took our order. So we thought we were ok since everyone felt sorry for the waitress. She also promptly brought us out hot delicious rolls. Their rolls are great and they are generous with them. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with a baked potato and green beans. My husband is a vegetarian so he just ordered sides. My garden salad came out quickly. It was great, super cold and fresh with great blue cheese dressing. Then the wait started it took 45 Minutes to bring our food. Really to scoop some sides and cook one skinny chicken breast this was a really long time. Finally the food arrived. My husbands sides were delicious and hot. All my food was barely warm and I had to send it back. They did refire it very quickly and it tasted good. But the overall experience was mixed. Not sure we will be back. read more

I ordered the "Logan's" steak and every single bite I tried was extremely chewy. Exactly the same as the list time I tried it 10 years ago. Horrible. Service and atmosphere were both pleasant. rolls were ok I guess. veggies were pretty good but their steak tasted like it had been soaking in water before it was seasoned. gross read more

Decent customer service, but it took forever to get the check. Which can be nice if you just want to hang out for a half hour after your meal is complete with dirty dishes on the table. We did not have steaks. My husband had a chicken dish and I had a hamburger. The hamburger was prepared exactly how I liked it but it was considerably smaller than what a 1/4 lb burger should be. Overall, it was okay, but I probably will not go back again. There are better places in town. read more

Fell in love with this Roadhouse by MccLennan Airport. Came for our lunch special had had their cheeseburger and the best blue Lightning spiked lemonade ever had it was absolute amazing..... Mario was our waiter and he was so wonderful and explaining the menu and they're different drink specials and as well informed us about their happy hour being a tourist and staying at the Holiday Inn Davis place that we felt comfortable we can go to and as well somewhere we can go back to in the evening. My god this place was BADDDD! No wonder why this chain is quickly going downhill. Ordered a 12oz med rare ribeye "to-go" Opened it up when I got to the hotel and what looked like a freezer bag piece of meat was wayyy passed well done... like the cook made sure this thing was dead dead. I just can't recommend this place to you. 10 years ago we used to eat here semi-regularly and I think it was better, but maybe that is just my memory. Anyway, the food quality is just really poor. Our server, Cassandra, was really nice and did a great job. It's not her fault the food isn't good. We tried the Nashville Trio appetizer with fried pickles, potato skins and buffalo wings. It all tastes like they came out of a frozen package from Sam's Club. The fries were not very good. Then the steak was very tough and stringy. Just super low quality meat. I didn't even want to finish the steak, and am taking some home because my son said he would eat it. What happened to the portion sizes at Logans? Went for a late lunch on Monday 12/26. Service was decent. Drinks were provided and refilled quickly. Food was of the usual taste and quality. I realize that many restaurants are forced with the choice of either raising prices or reducing portion size. My son's chicken parmesan consisted of a piece of chicken the size of a tender surrounded by a massive amount of pasta and tomato sauce. Pasta was undercooked and very bland...pasta water needs to be salted. The sauce looked and tasted like canned tomatoes only. My wife ordered the fish and chips and got 2 small fish stick size pieces of fish. Taste was good but again, portion size was very bad. We should have gone to McDonalds. This was the worst meal I have had in years. My wife and I ordered the Deluxe Hamburger cooked medium and I ordered French Fries. My hamburger was cold, rare and greasy. The fries were cold and mushy. My wife had the same problem as did my friend. I chose to send mine back. The manager did offer to bring me something else, but everyone else of our party of eight were finishing, so I declined. Besides, I have eaten here before and other then the peanuts, I find the food mediocre. I wish my friend and my wife would have sent there food back too. I do not recommend this place. Had a terrible experience on 09/13/17. The waitress that was attending us was hugely disrespectful. Her name is jessica or jess. She kept correcting me ( i dont know the lingo waiters use) and looking and talking down on me because according to her "i had to be specific" All i wanted was a beer battered fish with fries and a salad. The staff is friendly. Service was kind of slow. I ordered the shrimp trio, I believe that's what it is called, and it looked nothing like the picture in the menu. I'm guessing there was a shortage of rice pilaf, because the serving size was a little small. I did go later in the evening and had the steak Cobb salad, which I highly recommend. read more

Sadly, I didn't get to order much tonight since I'd had dinner before my family decided that we should all go out for some grub. However, I did partake of the fabulously fresh, hot, and soft rolls that are part of the Logan's Roadhouse dining experience. I also took a bite of everyone else's plate to ensure that I had something to write about. Ha! So, my mom and dad ordered the Southern Fried Catfish. Now, I'm not a fan of seafood, but it smelled so good I had to take a bite...maybe my palate is expanding now that I'm older... eh, maybe. Anyhow, the piece of catfish that I dipped carefully in the tartar sauce was fried perfectly. It came out steaming fresh and I had to blow out of my mouth to keep from burning the roof of my mouth. Yeah, that didn't work out to well. Ha. The catfish was flavorful without having that awful "fishy" flavor that turns me off to seafood every time. So, all in all, a good flavor experience. Next, my sister ordered the Logan's Grilled Chicken with a side of cinnamon apples. I could have bathed in those cinnamon apples they were so ooey, gooey and fantastically delicious. Yumm-o. The chicken was pretty darn good too. It was juicy and flavorful, topped with a parmesan peppercorn dressing. Double Yumm-O. I was REALLY sad I didn't get to order that divine piece o' meat when I was there. Then again, I'm all about tasting other people's dishes :) All in all, the food wasn't bad, but it wouldn't ever be my first pick. One of the premises of this "roadhouse" is that you can go in and eat as many peanuts as you want then toss the shells on the floor. That's not my cup of tea and it never will be. Ha, I rhymed. I'm a bigger fan of floors that have been swept and no traces of food lingering about, but that's just me. The other sucky issue was that our waiter was UBER slow and hardly ever came to our table despite the restaurant being at less than half capacity. That, in and of itself, is overwhelmingly annoying and there was no excuse for it. So, go to Logan's Roadhouse once just to try it, or don't. This place sucked. Went for the prime rib special. They were out of the special by 6 p.m. I ordered a simple drink of gin and tonic, the waitress come back and said they were out of tonic. I said give me a7/7. Bartender did not know what that was so I told them Seagram's 7 and 7 Up. The drink has been around for 60 years! They said we don't have Seagram Seven or any cheap bar whiskey but we do have crown! I'm not paying for Crown Royal for a cheap drink. They use the prime rib as a bait and switch. And the bar had no basic provisions. The place is over lighted and has no atmosphere. They do not give enough dressing for your salads. They said unlimited rolls you, but you had to beg for extras oh, and they were slow at filling that. This place sucked. read more

Just finished eating here like ten minutes ago. I've never eaten here before and my first experience wasn't too great. I ordered a Brewski sirloin. The cut of meat was pretty bad but they prepared it the best that was able so it turned out good. I got a mash potatoes with it and the mac and cheese. The brown gravy on the potatoes tasted powdered and was pretty awful. The Mac tasted like it came out of a freezer. Does corporate force them to make this crap? Our server didn't seem to be too excited about her job. I noticed many servers avoiding eye contact with the customers as they moved about. Classic "I am here to collect a paycheck" move. Probably true since they are forced to clean millions of peanut shells all over the floor. We accidentally spilled a drink on the table and the server didn't offer to clean it up. Instead she replaced all of our napkins that we used when we did it ourselves. Also: the sign of a bad server is if all the drinks are empty at the end of a meal. I think I'm the only one to get a refill because I was at the end of the table, where she could reach. They also served broccoli still on the stalk totally undercooked. Either they have to do that or it was really lazy. It was also a million degrees in there. The lights were right on my face, fans were off and I felt like I was being sweated out. Don't eat here. I have to say I wasn't too impressed. I ordered the filet and lobster tail and the food was way undercooked for my liking. The lobster tail just wasn't that flavorful as I would've expected. The filet was way undercooked as I ordered it medium rare. It was definitely rare or less! I normally don't order sweet drinks, but today I made an exception as it was a hot day and decided I wanted a lemonade. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, but, as I expected, it was extremely sweet. And, it tasted like it was a drink mix rather than actual freshly made lemonade. I ended up switching it for another beverage. We ordered the filet. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. The employee sweeping up peanut shells right next to where we were eating while we were eating was a bit offputting. The waitress was great. The food was not memorable, except the sweet potato fries were good. read more

I would like to start by giving our server Sylvia her due. She was consistent and helpful and not overbearing. We were seated in the bar area. The booths were all full. A man; balding, plaid shirt, 6' 1"ish; I'm assuming the manager started making his rounds asking how the service was. He stopped at the table before us, looked at our table; ignored us and continued on to the table after us. He spoke to them for about 30 seconds, spoke to the next table and conversed and continued through the dining room. I was appalled to the point that I lost my appetite. I literally couldn't eat. Did we look unapproachable? Were we invisible? Was he in a rush? My son and I were out celebrating his birthday. He immediately thought it was because of our race. My 19yo son had tears in his eyes.
