I would like to start by giving our server Sylvia her due. She was consistent and helpful and not overbearing. We were seated in the bar area. The booths were all full. A man; balding, plaid shirt, 6' 1"ish; I'm assuming the manager started making his rounds asking how the service was. He stopped at the table before us, looked at our table; ignored us and continued on to the table after us. He spoke to them for about 30 seconds, spoke to the next table and conversed and continued through the dining room. I was appalled to the point that I lost my appetite. I literally couldn't eat. Did we look unapproachable? Were we invisible? Was he in a rush? My son and I were out celebrating his birthday. He immediately thought it was because of our race. My 19yo son had tears in his eyes. I like Logan's quite a bit. The first time we went, our waiter didn't mention Blue Moon or Shiner Bock on-tap (he just mentioned boring beers that everyone has), so I was somewhat unimpressed. Ate here with a large group today. I am only speaking for my order. Overall the service was good especially considering the size of the group. However, my steak was awful. 12oz NY strip Steak. Ordered medium. This steak was so thin and unevenly cut it ranged from boot leather tough at one end to basically raw at the other. Because of the poor cut they had had to remove it from the grill before the outside developed any color at all. Any taste it might have had was then overwhelmed by cracked pepper, salt and (I assume) butter. The steak itself was not adequately trimmed and after cutting away the huge chunks of fat I was then faced by cartilage that held the remains together. I probably worked off more calories than I consumed. Using the term "loaded" to refer to a baked potato that has a little sprinkling of shredded cheese and some bacon bits applied foes an injustice to the word. Where are the chives, where is the sour cream? The tiny dab of butter did nothing to make the potato the smooth goodness I would expect. $17.99 for a $3 "steak" is NOT a good deal. read more

Very bad service!!!!!! I called to make a to-go order and it took a while for someone to pick up the phone and when someone finally did she put me on hold for 4minutes. I hung up and called again and no answer, after that I called 3 more times and all 4 times, no answer. By then we had already arrived to Logan's. So we got off to order in person and right away we noticed two of the employees messing around, not doing their jobs. All I wanted to order was 2 bowls of potato soup and some rolls. Their soup is already made and I'm sure their rolls don't take too long to pack up either, an order that could taken about 5minutes took 15minutes of us sitting and waiting. It was a disgrace. Co-worker and I went to Logan's for a business lunch. Instead of talking about work, we ended up talking about the Texas size cockroach on the floor between us and table across the aisle. The next favorite thing we talked about was the waiter asking us if we wanted a refill and we said yes, but in a to go cup. So he brought us an empty to go cup. Food is pretty standard, but the service is exceptionally poor. When I got there, I waited for a table to be bused, but when I was seated, the table hadn't been wiped down. Not many people in the restaurant when I walked in and the bar was empty. It took awhile for me to get my beer. She was making drinks for the waiters to serve. I'm cool with that, but it took her awhile to notice me. I was the only person sitting at the bar. I did get my beer and then she started cleaning the bar like they were going to close. It was 8:30. Just had what may be the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Started with a waiter that could not understand a multiple item order. The food itself was very good, about what my wife and I have come to expect from a visit to Logan's. Now, the end of this tale is complicated and a bit convoluted, but I attempted to utilize a $10.00 off coupon that I earned when I purchased $200 worth of Gift Cards for our friends and family during the holidays. The manager, Arturo refused to honor the gift certificate because we purchased an item that was on the reduced price menu and not an item at full value menu price. The gift certificate was given to me by Logan's Roadhouse in appreciation for the $200 in Gift Cards I purchased for my friends and family, I did not put any conditions on the $200 and Logan's accepted the money as is as well. Now that I want to use the said gift certificate, I am told that I cannot use because the menu item I chose is not a full price menu item. Logan's did not advertise that use of the gift certificates would be only for certain items or for full price items only. Logan's Roadhouse needs to be investigated for using "Bait and Switch" techniques to get you to buy Gift Cards by promising you a gift certificate and then limiting the items that can be bought with said gift certificates. read more

Stay Away - Food was not very good (Service was the only good thing) and the restaurant is a dump. Dirty glasses and plates everywhere and no one cleaning them up. Complete disappointment! I am an avid steak fan, always looking for new places to try out steaks. The service here was subpar and unfriendly. Firstly, the restaurant was NOT busy at all. We went early in the day with few tables. Drinks delivered were incorrect. My steak was cooked well when I asked for medium. Took me at least 15 minutes to get the waiters attention, to ask for another steak. I had ordered a loaded baked potato which I had taken AT MOST 3 bites out of before trying the steak. I stopped eating while waiting to get the waiters attention. He was not exactly apologetic for the error and simply took the entree away. He returned w a correctly cooked steak BUT with an unloaded potato. At this point it was useless to attempt to get his attention, as we had to leave. When he brought the bill, I advised him that I did not get a loaded baked potato as charged when the entree was brought back (the potato was still on my plate and he acknowledged that it was NOT a loaded baked potato). His response was that they do not bring back loaded potatoes (despite being charged AND not even being told this would happen!) but that as a "courtesy" & "presentation" they bring a regular potato back. Definitely will not be returning to a place that is unfriendly, and charges for items not received without even giving the customer the option of keeping the original item. read more
