Possibly the worst Logans restraunt we have been to. I travel alot with my company and clients love Logans but this was the second time I went and both times were the worst. All the staff is munching on food I front of the customers. They have a table in the back were they eat infront of everyone. I noticed all plates that were sent back ( which were alot) get sent to that table. I even saw the manager drop of food in that pile and she started to eat and laugh with them. Everything was late and the attitudes were terrible. Lots of curse words by the staff said out loud. Lots of things slammed due to being in a bad mood by the staff. Nobody walks with purpose. They are dragging their feet. I can only imagine what state the kitchen is in. Corporate should really do a surprise visit.​ read more

Most disappointing trip to a Logan's I've had. The initial service was polite and friendly but no one ever came back after the food came until it came time for the check. I ordered a steak medium rare. Well about 1/4 was. The rest medium well. Normally I would have sent it back but was on a lunch break and didn't have time to have another one cooked. It was still ok not that great but edible. Mistakes happen a lot in restaurant but it wasn't that busy in the restaurant and nobody bothered to ask. Thats why 2 stars. read more

We went to Logans Roadhouse after my son-in-law college graduation. The restaurant closed at 10pm we arrived at 8:30pm. We have reservations, the staff there was more accommodating than anyone I have ever been too. We got there at 8:25pm, we were seated immediately (a party of 20, which 7 were children under the age of 5) One lady took all the orders, we waited about 20 minutes but everyone got all their food at the same time, all of it was HOT and Fresh, and no one order was wrong! I would recommend anyone to this restaurant anytime. I will be attaching a picture of my plate, I took it to work the next day because I did so much talking I was unable to eat at the restaurant, everyone was done. Lol, so don't judge me too horribly! I had the sweet potatoe with sugar and butter and a ribeye medium well that was to dye for! It was so tender the day of and even better the next day! This place is a must! read more

We arrived at 630pm on a Friday night. It wasn't busy and we had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before being seated. Rolls were missing an ingredient because they were very bland. Server was efficient, but wasn't personable. Baked potatoes were small and must have had a 1/3 cup of butter on each. My husband could scoop out a big dollop of butter on his, but my potato was just floating in melted butter. I asked for butter only and got cheese with mine. My steak was medium well when i asked for medium and my husband's was more well than medium well. Server did ask us to cut into the steaks but we don't like sending food back so said they were fine. I do DoorDash and arrived at Logan's roadhouse to pick up an order. I let the staff member in charge of mobile orders know who I was there for and she told me just a bit. She finished gathering what I would learn later to be my order but didn't bag it. Over the next 28 minutes she dilly dallied around, helped other customers before leaving for a bit. She came back and asked again the name I had which was the order sitting infront of her for nearly half an hour already finished but just needed to be bagged up. My customer got cold ass food and I lost half an hour of time working. I don't get paid hourly I get paid per delivery. And for anyone wandering this happens a lot. Never this bad and never worth a review but this one was honestly disgusting. read more

Tonight was the first time I ever picked up steak and ribs to go and let me tell you, the girl (Samantha?) at the to go counter was amazing. I did not order before I got there, so I had to wait around 20 minutes to get my food and during that time I got to witness a spectacular employee. I used to run a restaurant group with 27 locations and I have only had maybe one or two employees as organized as she was. Oh and the food? Ribeye and the ribs were done to perfection. My husband and I bought take out on Easter. He had the fried shrimp and I had the salmon. We both throughly enjoyed every bite of our meals. The restaurant was very full and had a lot of take out orders, with that being said, the quality and taste of the food was excellent! Logan's will now be out number 1 place for our special meals. We have eaten her for years and always had very good food and service but this trip was bad enough to make me be a Karen! Also will be contacting their home office! On 6/22/21 my family was waiting to be seated around 2pm, after the lunch rush. Another group close to the same size came in several minutes later and were immediately seated! When we asked "nicely" why they were seated before us, the hosts started defending his actions very loudly and very rudely. If I had to guess this was a reaction to being called out! He approached us and very loudly and over the top body language... he put on a show! The manager called him over but never came to us to find out what the issue was! I understand its custom to throw peanut shells on the floor but there were napkins, straw wrappers, and paper cups on the floor the entire time we were here. The wait staff just stepped over stuff. Pictures don't lie. The kitchen took close to an hour to prepare our food, and the restaurant was over half empty. We were sitting 20 minutes before we even got our fresh rolls. The salmon on my wives plate was over cooked. I had a grilled chicken salad which came out without chicken. When my chicken came out it was burnt black around the edges. Service was alright. Nothing bad about any of the employees, but none made us feel like they were excited to be there. Rolls were delicious, but just plain butter was served. Nothing wrong with plain butter, but nothing to distinguish their bread and butter. It was nice to receive plenty of lemons with our drinks when asked. Many places only give you one wedge. Appetizer of fried pickles wasn't bad, but serving size was a tad small and served with plain ranch, flair of their own. Salads were on the small size, but at least it actually had something other than lettuce in it. Steaks were average, nothing amazing, and we ordered ribeye and porterhouse steaks. Baked potato skin was a solid layer of salt that spread all over the plate. The sweet potato was good. Had a coupon which made the dinner a little more worth it, but not sure I'd be back and pay menu price. So disappointed with the food here. Not only was 6 of 8 meals completely burnt the first time around, simple cheeseburgers were brought back burnt the second time around. Now why would the cooks even allow these to be served? Maybe because they don't care? The place was not busy so there was absolutely no excuses. We told the host we'd wait in the bar, he said no problem - he would come get us. I'm in a wheelchair, as such my husband and I needed a table. After 30 minutes, and seeing him seat others at tables - my husband asked for a manager. The manager talked to him and told us that there had been some on a list (whatever that meant), but we would be seated right away. We were. After sitting at the table for another 45 minutes, being pasted up by 3 different servers (No menu, No water, No "Be Right With You") Eye contact with one of them twice - We decided that our business was not desired. So we left. If you are of a certain color, you will probably get good service. This was my perception of why vs. why not we were served. I may be incorrect about the 'why', but not incorrect about how bad the service was. I would recommend this place to someone that I wanted to mess their day up with. read more

My wife asked for sirloin tips medium, which is listed on the lunch menu but not on the regular menu. The waitress was helpful and said that she would be sure the cook would set it up for my wife. I ordered a regular 8 oz sirloin. When the food came what my wife got was steak that was very rare(bloody) and tasted awful. My steak was done, but very dry. It was not cooked at medium, and did not taste as good as I had gotten before. All in all the food was a major failure. The waitress was good. She agreed to take the steak off the ticket. I haven't been to this location in a few years, so I was hesitant to have this experience. But I was pleasantly surprised! We arrived around 1pm and it wasn't crowded at all. We were given the option of a booth or table, and we choose a booth. There was a trainee with our server and she allowed the trainee to place our drinks. I thought that was nice to allow him to get the real experience. Our food arrived quickly and was very tasty. We never ran low on drinks and our server was very attentive. When the food FINALLY came out our steaks were over cooked but my sister and I had waited long enough and ate it anyway. Now let's talk about the service our waitress was sweet how she didn't take the drink order very well and added ice to drinks that was asked for no ice then she took our food order which was good however my whole table which was only 4 of us got our appetizers quickly and shortly after our food except for my husband who ordered a fried chicken cobb salad it took almost the entire time we ate before they brought him his salad and she brought it with no dressing be she never offered or asked if he wanted any well we asked a different waitress for some dressing she said sure and never came back... they truthfully was not that busy when we arrived which was after 8pm.. This is the second time I came to this restaurant. The first time I didn't enjoy the wait nor the food since I had to wait at least 45 mins just for the waitress to take our drink order. By then my party and I were ready to place order. The waitress, instead of taking our order all at once, decided to walk off without taking out food order. When she came back with drinks (after another 15min), and after taking our food order. It took another 45 mins to get our food. By then, we're all ready to leave. The wait is the major issue here again my second experience. The food seems off par since I don't remember a "medium cooked" steak to be so dry...again.
