The candied yams were out of the can with a bitter sweetness of honey or syrup, I truly could not identify. They were too bitter to enjoy. The greens were tough and seasoned with some type of hot sauce that took away from the natural taste of homecooked greens. The loaded potato salad, well....just stay away. Cobbler was just down right disgusting as in not even edible. The banana pudding was pudding out of the can with black bananas and soggy nilla wafers. This was my first order and will be my last one. However, if their cafe lasts for any length of time and I see plenty of patrons, I may be willing to try again but that will be no time soon. I like to support local business but I want what I pay for to be palatable.
