This is the second time I came to this restaurant. The first time I didn't enjoy the wait nor the food since I had to wait at least 45 mins just for the waitress to take our drink order. By then my party and I were ready to place order. The waitress, instead of taking our order all at once, decided to walk off without taking out food order. When she came back with drinks (after another 15min), and after taking our food order. It took another 45 mins to get our food. By then, we're all ready to leave. The wait is the major issue here again my second experience. The food seems off par since I don't remember a "medium cooked" steak to be so dry...again. As I sit here at the table I'm leaving this review to start we came in and the hostess told us they was short staffed and it would be a 30min wait yet there was several tables open and then she turned around and sat us not even 2mins later. Now let's talk about the service our waitress was sweet how she didn't take the drink order very well and added ice to drinks that was asked for no ice then she took our food order which was good however my whole table which was only 4 of us got our appetizers quickly and shortly after our food except for my husband who ordered a fried chicken cobb salad it took almost the entire time we ate before they brought him his salad and she brought it with no dressing be she never offered or asked if he wanted any well we asked a different waitress for some dressing she said sure and never came back... they truthfully was not that busy when we arrived which was after 8pm.. And yes I was a waitress at one time so I know how tuff it can be and I really feel this could of been way better. read more

We did like Logan's. I say did because the pat couple of times we've been it hasn't been that great. This last time was the worst. Seated at 6:15. Had to wait for iced tea, then had to wait for rolls. Orders were taken at 6:25, Prime Rib (medium rare) and a 6oz Sirloin. Order was not brought to the table until 6:55, Prime Rib was not only well done but was cold. Wife's 6oz Sirloin was a nice medium. (Ordered well done). Did not waste my time with the veggie skewer or potato. Told manager, Ashley that this was the worst we had ever seen it. My family and I come here every weekend to eat . Came in tonight on 10/24/20, as usual and get confronted with having to wear a face mask to enter. I UNDERSTAND that we are under a mask order. I got that and I understand that they are doing their job HOWEVER I am also in customer service and would not deny anyone nor any family to sit and eat. But to be rude about it is uncalled for. When we finally came in my husband noticed that a few of the people, cooks, were not wearing their masks properly. The server was the only nice experience of this restaurant it was about 45 minutes until we received my wife's food was Burnt like not eatable at all I ordered chicken breast cover with white gravy and a loaded back potato I was told after i got my plate they were out of loaded bake potatoes then out of white gravy whoever is back there cooking in that kitchen the manger should definitely think again about keeping back there this place has went too crap I ended up with potato soup instead honestly not even sure why You would call it that it tasted like nothing let me add my chicken was burnt too I had a side of steamed broccoli I'm pretty sure it was slammed in a microwave for 30 seconds and threw on my plate in the end we didn't eat the food it was cold when we got it they took my wife's meal off the ticket all the food was crap so we just left the waiter a nice tip wasn't her fault the food was garbage just stay away until they get a new kitchen staff I would advise that too anyone good luck read more

Decided to give this place another go after having a horrible visit earlier in the year... Never again. No no no no. Hell no. I decided to spend my lunch break here, it started at 1300. I did not get my food until 1345. This place was not busy, there was no lunch rush. It took 15 minutes to get my sweet tea, poor dummy waitress just couldn't grasp it I guess. The sweet potato was hard as a rock after 45 minutes of waiting. I am so pissed off because I used to know every single person in this restaurant from GM & down. I've eaten at Logan's at least 30 times, no exaggerating. You guys were about to go bankrupt after Covid hit, you never deserved to open back up. Mobile doesn't need shitty horrible businesses like this one. The food was a 5/10. The waitress was definitely 2/10. The atmosphere, too freaking bland. 2/10. I will never pull into this parking lot again. What's so sad is you guys still get pretty good customer turnout, but I don't think these old timers know there are plenty of other places around that actually deserve our hard earned money. I'm salty because I know what this place could be under the right management, I know what it was just two years ago. Place is trash, burn it down. I had my first and last horrible experience at Logan's on 2/24/19. 1. Customer service was horrible. They picked the most inexperienced waitress to handle a party of 13. 2. The food took to long. Half the table got their food 30 minutes later once everyone had finished. 3. A roach crawled from behind the salt and pepper and menu holder. When we told the manager, she said nothing. But ok. She comped the check and that was it. No apology or nothing. I guess they are used to having ROACH meals. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AT THE ROACH RESTAURANT!!!!! read more

Logan's Roadhouse - American Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

I went to Logan's Roadhouse today to get a carry out I ordered chicken tenders dinner and a steak dinner, when I got home the steak dinner was over cooked the baked potato was over baked and they did not put the fried onions on top of steak. My tender dinner was fine some of the rolls were bake good the others ones I had to put in oven to finish baking them, I did call and spoke to a manager who is suppose to compensate me with a gift card and I'm ok with that. I'm gonna say maybe because they were busy with graduates and family they were rushing. I'm hoping to give them another try read more

Come on. Let's be fair. This is a chain steakhouse. This is not Ruth's. So rate it for the category restaurant it is. Don't pretend it's in the same league as top steakhouses and then bash the restaurant for catering to a crowd who want to dine at a lower price. You get what you pay for. So stop the ridiculous criticisms. If you want a steak you can cut with a fork, then prepare yourself to order steak ala carte', and pay $40 for it...alone. That's what that kind of fare costs. This is a "peanut shells on the floor" chain steakhouse. Some of what they serve is pretty good for the price you pay. It's not top shelf. But it's acceptable for someone eating on a budget. I dine here regularly when I visit a family member who is in Mobile going to school. And some of the food has been pretty good. Some of it...not so much. The big porterhouse is exceptional for the price you pay. I recommend it...medium rare. The prime rib is dry and tough. If you want to order it, make sure to order it about one level more rare than you really want it, because I've had it twice, and each time I've ordered it medium rare it was served medium. The filet is good, but not great. I think their fries are mediocre, their steamed veggies are rather plain an unappealing, and their sweet potato fries are good. Overall, the service is about a "5" on a 10 point scale. The servers are fairly good, and fairly attentive. Parking is more than adequate and the building is easy to access. For a chain steak house I'd say that this restaurant compares with Outback, but may be one small step beneath Outback. read more

Went into Logan's tonight to have a steak for my birthday with my two adult children. My son and I both had the large sirloin, daughter had a burger. We ordered a deep fried onion as an appetizer which wasn't prepared well, mostly batter, very little onion. We were both halfway through the meal when my son felt something sticking in his tooth. After returning from the bathroom he showed me a metal bristle that was stuck in his gum. After we showed the waitress she told the manager who came over to apologize and as I was looking down at my steak found a similar bristle on my plate. The manager said how sorry she was and said the meal was taken care of. I assume she meant the entire meal. No, she just didn't charge us for the two steaks. I love the rolls and blue cheese salad dressing. The quality of the steaks ranges from tough as nails to good. The service varies greatly from wonderful to absolutely terrible. I keep going back hoping that the quality of the meal will be consistently good because when it is good, it is very good, but unfortunately it is always a crap shoot on the quality of the food and service. One major complaint for me is that the steaks are always over done. I like medium with a pink center. Unfortunately, getting a medium steak in Mobile is very difficult no matter what restaurant you choose. read more

I use to go to logans weekly because the have good food at reasonable prices. It's always a good choice even when traveling because usually the food is consistent no matter the location. However at this location I observed not only wait staff ensuring the food arrived to the table hot but management made sure the presentation of the food was acceptable and and would call the server to pick up the food top ensure it arrived to us hot..that was great! read more

Worst customer service and food! I'm usually a big fan of Logan's from good past experiences in Pensacola and Eastern Shore with Logan's. This Logan's gives the company a bad name. My waitress was annoyed by giving us another basket of bread and didn't talk to us after she took our order. She also got more annoyed when I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked medium well! She never apologized. Never stayed to ask, " Please cut in your steak and make sure it's cooked okay." 3 out of 4 steaks were over cooked at my table. Also a manager never came to us even though I sent my food back. The bathroom smelled and the waitresses all looked like they hated life. Not one smile in the place. To make matters worse, we went back to my car and people were around my car in the parking lot. I drive a Mercedes and felt like I was in the hood. I did not feel safe. Avoid the hassle and go to Eastern Shore. We have been to this location before with good results. Tonight was not one. We waited too long for our food. 40 min. 15 min for 2nd beer after I ordered it and we were sitting next to the bar. There was a loud mouth sitting at the bar near us cussing and expressing his views. Seemed to be a buddy of the manager. When the food arrived it was cold except for my wife's hamburger, but it was over cooked. The rolls that they sent out before the meal had dirt on them. I have a pic if your interested. The bathrooms were really bad. I would expect this was a real roadhouse but it's not. Your a chain and suppose to be a family restaurant. We didn't send anything back because if you can't do it right the 1st time what's the point. They would just stick in the microwave. When the waitress came to get the bill I told of the problems just so she would know why she didn't get a tip. She didn't even say I'm sorry. Thanks for nothing.
