I didn't know this was a chain when hubby and I decided to stop in for a bite to eat. Being from out of town, we were out and about seeing the sites when the kids said, "MOMMMMMMMMY! We're HUNGRY!!!!!!" So after searching on Yelp! We found this gem. We were promptly seated with smiles despite it being the middle of lunch rush. We told them this was our first time here and the hostess and waitress took time to tell us the specials and the items they loved best. We were given our drink orders promptly and the waitress took her time to answer all our questions and explain items to us. ALL WITH PATIENCE AND SMILES!!! Best of all, they served things our little picky eaters loved. Hubby and I decided to do the 2 for $13.99 and it was great! Our kids even ate 1/2 price! I ordered the Sante Fe Tilapia and hubby had the Salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The house salad was fresh and crisp despite it being December. The dressing was fantastic and they served it on the side just as I had requested. Meals come with bread and butter and it smelled and looked wonderful, but hubby and the kids finished it off before I had a chance to grab any! The bathrooms were clean and neat. Everything in order. The wait was really short so that started everything off in a good direction. After being seated our server was very prompt. My wife and I both had filet minon which was very good. I had a baked potato and the grilled vegetable skewer. The potato was very good, best cooked one I've probably ever had as a matter of fact. The grilled vegetable skewer was a delightful surprise. Not sure what they use to season everything on the skewer but it was delicious. I would of given 5 stars however their card machine is not working which seems to be causing issues with a lot of customers who don't carry cash as myself. read more

We came in for dinner tonight. We haven't been to this restaurant for quite some time and decided to give it another shot. Now we remember WHY we had not been back in a while. The server was nice, took our drink order right away but then we waited about 10 minutes for drinks and rolls. Meanwhile other tables that came in after us were already eating salads and appetizers. We ordered our meal when we ordered our drinks but finally had to remind her to bring our salads which were basically dropped onto our table along with our food. We ordered 8 oz. Sirloins which came out of the kitchen looking like a golf balls instead of a steak. It was about 2" thick and one big round hunk of meat. You literally had to chase them around the plate just to attempt to cut them! They were Burned on the outside to TRY and reach the correct temperature on the inside. Mine was stringy and had a huge gristle running all the way through it. However our server had no idea there was a problem because she never came back to check. I left a small tip because I hate to stiff anyone. But that was the last shot! We won't be back! Poor form Logan's! read more

Came in with the guy's after work. I've been to a lot of Logan's from the traveling I do but this has to be the worst. We sat at the bar and the service was horrible, the food took forever to come out and the restaurant seemed dirty. When the food finally came out I didn't get everything. It's been a while since we ate here because for the most part it sucks. They have a B rating from the health department and have had for over a year! This visit started out bad. Despite lots of open seats we had to wait to be seated while other customers that came in after us were seated right away. I will say our waitress was pretty good, but the food was meh! Had party of 8 for lunch on a Sunday around 11:30. We got out of there close to 1:30, took forever to get food. Asked for a few additional dinner rolls and got the finger in the air from server and a rude " your gonna have to give me just a minute" so much for customer service , think its a thing of the past . This is the second bad experience we have had here in past 2 months. Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse will be fine for us from now on. I ordered the French Dip Sandwich. The other person ordered the Steak Tips. It took a long time for the food to get there. When it did arrive all of the food was cold. The sandwich was room temp. and not very good. The Steak Tips were room temp. and tuff! The Steak Tips were not even properly cooked or prepared. They left out the gravy and onions your supposed to get over the tips. The amount of steak was very little. Even with a 20% discount it was nowhere worth the price! The place wasn't even 25% full either! This is a restaurant that needs A LOT OF HELP! NEVER EAT HERE!!! That was a mistake. How do you mess up a salad? Bad lettuce, leave the tomatoes on when asked to leave them off, did someone forget to peel the avocado, because there was rind still on it, and it wasn't ripe. Unless something drastic changes don't go here. read more

I've had four bad experiences in a row .. so I'll document them all for you: 1. I was 8 mos. pregnant and sitting in a booth was a touch uncomfortable so we asked for a table. We were told a table wasn't available but I saw the back section wide open and a side section wide open that was nothing but tables. We left. I complained to the corporate website and we got two free meals which more than made up for it. 2. We go back and get the two free meals. They were good... but when we paid the check the waitress made the comment that we "made out like bandits" with quite a bit of snark in her voice. I really didn't appreciate that comment and considering they know you get coupons if you complain I would think she might watch her mouth. The food that night was just ok -- and no, she didn't get a tip. 3. A few months later, we thought we'd give it another shot and went back for lunch. We sat there 20 minutes, several servers walked by but none of them could be troubled to wait on us. We left. 4. and finally .. giving up on their service but still hankering for a steak, we ordered take out. My husband and I both take our meat medium .. my steak was almost burnt .. and his was raw. Of two plates of food, the only hot item was my sweet potato...and it was great! Everything else was room temp. Ordered teriyaki chicken...broccoli was done but over spiced. Other order was grilled chicken and shrimp with a skewer of veggies. Nothing on this plate was hot...and the veggies are more on the raw side. This is by far the worst restaurant in Paducah. The service is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went in at 8:30 one night (they close at 11:00) and were treated like the biggest inconvenience in the world. First of all, we got seated at a dirty table with dishes still on it. Then the waiter we got was supposed to be done for the night, but they sat us in his area (not our problem, but he told us all about it.) We ordered everything when he told us that to help him get out quicker. Never got our salads and he never came back to the table at all. But he talked about us to all of his coworkers and we even heard him tell the girl who sat us that he was "about to walk out the door and quit" loud enough for us to hear him. We left after that without any of our food and will never be back. Go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn. Food is way better anyway. read more

Took my wife in to use a giftcard we got as a gift. I do not normally go to places like this, but I thought I would give it a try. The menu is what you would expect for a chain steakhouse and the restaurant appearance was acceptable. This problem with this Paducah location is the poor attention to detail. Our server was inattentive and very forgetful. She had to constantly ask what we we were drinking. Once or twice is ok if it has been a while, but having to ask everytime you come by my table is unprofessional and annoying. That level of service is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the quality of this place. I ordered steak and chicken. The chicken was tender and moist but the steak was very tough even though I ordered it medium rare. The thing that displeased me the most and really summed up my entire visit was how the food was plated. I have attached a photo to back up my point. The way the food was quickly and sloppily thrown on the plate and the manner in which it was delivered says that nobody at this place appreciates my business. It is for that reason I am writing this review and the reason I will not be back. If you want great service I recommend going across the road to TX roadhouse. read more

Logan's Roadhouse - Barbeque Near Me - Paducah, Kentucky

This started badly with the phone call. The local page for this Logans says that they have call ahead seating and you can make a reservation for parties of 10 or more. I was told that they do not do call ahead seating and they don't take reservations. Then they had to get managers approval. As a party of 12, we arrived within minutes of each other. They were about half empty and we had to wait 20 minutes. We were seated in a room separated dining room that was cold. I thought it was due to the fact that the wall was windows. I then realized that there was cold air blowing from the vents in December. Our server, Sean, was great. He was attentive and paid attention to each person in the party. When the first food was brought out, I realized when my plate was set down that my steak was over cooked. I ordered Medium and my steak was burnt with a capital B. Sean put in an order for a replacement steak which arrived before half of the party received their plates. The second one was slightly less burnt. I tried to eat it but it was so tough, it hurt to chew. Sean put in an order for a third steak. The manager, I assume, and she didn't say that she was sorry for inconvenience, but acted as if she was the one that was inconvenienced. Fifteen minutes later, after everyone was almost finished, I received my third steak. This was finally cooked correctly. It was taken off the bill, which was the least they could do. I was the one who chose Logans over Texas Roadhouse, and Longhorn. I will never make that mistake again. read more

Great location and excellent service!! Our server went out of his way all night to make sure everything was the way we wanted it; even remade sweet tea for us when the first batch came out unsweet. Had a few issues from the kitchen not sending stuff out as ordered (steaks cooked wrong and toppings mixed up on sides), but other than that, everything tasted excellent in a clean, friendly facility. read more

I'm really not sure what happened. It used to be awesome and good food but lately it's decent food (orders are always wrong) and service is bad. I even got a horrible burger Olmsted time it was under cooked and the bun it came out looked like it had been steped on and the fries were cold. Talked to two managers and when the check came I was charged for 2 burgers?!?!? I ended up not paying for either since I didn't eat either. I'll order a medium steak and it'll be still mooing or look like burnt rubber...I just don't get it. I guess I'll try again in a few months read more
