I just walked out about 20 mins ago. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order Which typically should take more than 10 mins max. However, i waited more than 40 mins for the order and it still didn't come out. There's no system in place for anyone to know when orders are ready and the two hostesses were doing nothing but socializing with each other even after numerous check ins with four other Dashers that had been waiting for at least 30 mins. After 30 mins of waiting, I asked a young lady if she could go check for the order, she never came back after 10 mins. I decided to leave and cancel the order I had picked up which one, hurts my pockets and hurts the customer as well. I understand if they were short staffed but the processes aren't in place and obviosuly everyone isn't getting trained across positions, but being short staffed isn't the answer here. I would think after the other reviews of poor customer service and long wait times they would have made the necessary changes but it hasn't. The service and the food both bring this particular location down. Service: We've been to this location quite a few times and service is usually always a miss. I can recall ONE time we actually had a good, attentive server. The other times, we hardly ever saw our servers which meant we didn't get drink refills, had trouble getting our check, had trouble getting our card back when paying because they were taking too long, etc. Food: You've got about a 50/50 shot of getting good food. Half the time the steaks have a nice flavour and have the time they have no flavour. As for getting your steak cooked at the correct temperature, I'd say you have about a 25% chance. Those aren't very good odds, eh? Then it goes right back to the bad service.... if there's a problem with the food, you're more than likely going to have a problem getting your server to acknowledge you so the issue can be corrected. This place just seems really disorganized. It's like everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It seems they are all trying to get something done, but there's no good direction, so nothing is getting done. Somebody call Management 911 into this place! Unless you go for lunch or about an hour before they close, there's always a pretty significant wait here. They do provide peanuts for you to nosh on while you're waiting (and also at your table). Those who have issues with peanut shells being all over the floor, stay away. If you must eat at Logan's, go to the one at Dogwood; although, it's not much better because I only rated it 3 stars. I love their chili. The roadhouse tea is very effective against a bad day, let's say this. I travel around the country eating everywhere. Logan's is a chain yes, but this location was exclusively awesome to me because the Gm asked me if I liked shrimp, and I said yes, he than lain down a plate of jumbo scampi shrimp and said enjoy!!!! The truth is that he said they made it by accident. The fact he gave it to me was the difference. He was very friendly, very professional, and I loved it. The shrimp were almost lobster tails. The kids arrived at 9:25 pm after ceremony This was located close to our hotel. The hostess and manager refused service with them closing at 11:00 pm. With this being said, they lost a lot of money and business with us. Never will I recommend any Logans in Jackson/ Pearl/Flowood area in Mississippi. Save your money. We did the curbside. They forgot part of our order and when tried to call out on endless hold. Apparently take out is not important to this business. It's tempting as across from hotels but as we all know in business you get one shot and if you blow it that's it. Yuck! I would have rather went to a drive through rather than wasting money, time and calories on that garbage. My husband ordered surf (extremely small shrimp) & turf, the rice was overdone and not edible while I ordered the anything and everything salad. The best part of the entire meal was the rolls. I will never go to a Logan's Roadhouse again, first and last time for me. I'm new to the area and where I am from I usually go to Texas Roadhouse and I was told this was the same- YEAH RIGHT. The hostess was more worried about what was going on with her iPhone than helping patrons, they were out of rib eye and the waitress failed to mention it until my husband ordered a ribeye .. and then to add insult to injury our steaks were overcooked... how do you confuse medium with well done..... needless to say our son ate his burger and we said screw it and left. She told us well the tea is warm, it comes out of a machine. If your out of coffee, make more, if your out completely for god sakes go too Sam's and get some! If you don't know something excuse yourself and go ask someone. Steak dinner that was advertised comes with fried onions, no onions were to be found, had to ask for them. The things you read about the service here turned out to be true for us. However we found the staff nice and it looked like they are doing their best. Overproofed to the point that they were falling in on themselves. I couldn't eat them because they came from a mix with soy, but apparently they tasted okay. Soft. Like how overproofed bread is. We are both leaving with upset stomaches and we have no idea why. I suspect for me it was something to do with the salad. Onions maybe?? I asked for no dressing but there was a drizzle anyway. As for my daughter, I suspect corn meal in the breading of the chicken. Or overloading on peanuts, lol. Definitely will not be returning. Restaurants complain that they can't get help yet they pay minimum wage or below , split tips between entire staff. Let wait staff keep their tips as an incentive to working more hours and reaping the rewards and pay the rest of your staff a decent wage so they don't have to rely on split tips to make ends meet. read more

Check in at 09:12pm, ordered 6oz sirloin/BBQ ribs combo and got my food at 09:42pm. I said to the waitress it took them 30 minutes to cook that, she said well I was waiting it too. The she asked me if I wanted a "to go box", like that would make it okay??? I said no just bring me my check. Now I realized they close at 10pm that's probably why she asked if I want it to go.
