Little skinny nasty blonde bartender ruined the meal before it began. Looked at me from 10 feet away with a why are you bothering me look. I almost had to yell drink order, because her lazy ass wouldn't move within range. Of course she messed up what was a two drink order and combined vodka, cranberry, and olives into a single drink! We were seated right away. Took a while to have our drink order taken. Had to flag down the server who waited the table right behind us. He was very apologetic and friendly. Went there with a group from my job and the service was horrible. It was about 50 of us and for whatever reason, we had one server(we were advised that she requested to be alone). Some people did not get food until the very end, 8 people sitting at tables but only 3-4 rolls brought out to the tables and undercooked food. We had to constantly ask for refills and ended up fixing our own. Better organizational skills would be a plus. read more

When the waitress brought it out to us she asked us if it was correct when she knew it was wrong. we had to ask for to go boxes because it took so long. However, I have never witnessed anyone leave there displeased unless they are just one of those people who refuse to be pleased period. There are always bad apples in a bunch, I have eaten @ Logan's Roadhouse since they opened so I will vouch for their excellence in cooking a delicious steak, and they are reasonably priced. They take the phone off the hook, so they won't have to respond to to go orders and when you call the main line; they refuse to take the order. They are rude and when they do take the order; its often incorrect and has to be re-done. read more

I eat here about once a month and I love it. In Roanoke Rapids, the majority of the dining experiences come from corporate sponsors so Logan's is a breath of fresh air. Before you get your meal, the wait staff will bring you some of the most delicious buttery yeast rolls that have ever been cooked. Over the years this establishment has gradually declined in quality of food preparation. Grilled shrimp roadhouse salad use to be a go-to entree. Today it left a lot to be desired. The reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 1 is because one thing that has stayed consistent is the service. Susie as always was very attentive and nice. She always makes sure your glass is never empty. More attention to quality of food and prep on dishes would make this restaurant much better. worst service ever! the food had to be sent back twice because the order was incorrect and they finally got the order correct, but it was not properly cooked, whereas it was terrible in other words. Getting here from Old Farms Road South is impossible! The directions put you in a Chic Fil A parking lot!! So. . . Once you get here though it's a wonderful experience.
