I do love this location and the view and access to the water. Rooms clean, great job housekeeping. Yeti cooler is helpful and nice touch. My down sides are we brought steaks to cook one night and the traegar was being a pain but we have 3 so we figured it out....and no s'mores either night...shower needs an upgrade,. To much water everywhere.

I booked through Airbnb. I never received the check in info at least an hour before check in. I had to call multiple times to get the info & then rush to my dinner reservations & was not pleased. Already irritated on my vacation. Had to call to get a code to get into the door & staff was rude. Finally got in & room was disgusting. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years. I have worked as a housekeeping executive and front desk manager and was disturbed with how filthy this room was. Literally the dirtiest place I have ever stayed...hands down. Sheets weren't changed, hair on the walls, floor, shower, IN the fridge. Sink was not cleaned, towels were stained, back door didn't lock, wifi and TV was out my entire 2 day stay. I had to call again and again. No one ever picked up or returned any of my calls. The second night I came back late & another guest took my parking spot, there's no where else to park...called again and no one returned my call. Later after my review, the management personally insults me on a public forum. The owners should be made aware of the lack of care & professionalism that this manager has. Service levels trickle down from the top. Staff didn't care and management was just plain rude. If you want a completely disgusting room with insulting rude staff. Stay here! The worst experience of my life.

I'm here right now, on my covid vacation. First things first, vacationing during a Pandemic is stressful no matter what side you're on. When I arrived here just after 1pm (not sure what check-in time is) I was greeted by an older woman. Not old though. Like young old ok. She looks good for her age. Whatever. So she was cleaning one of the cabins out and then came to the office to get me checked in. (So she runs shit! She's doing everything. Someone give her a raise, damn.) I paid for the cabin on Priceline. Idk if that makes any kind of difference. But I was supposed to get a 4 digit-code sent to my e-mail from LOGE so I could get in and out of my cabin. It never came through. So she gave me a key. That went smoothly. Not sure what I'd have done if I checked in late and the office was closed. So I get to my room and look around. To my surprise there's a little tiny back deck seating area right in front of what I'm assuming is part of the Wenatchee River? Don't quote me on that y'all. It's cute as hell. The room is clean. The bed is facing the sliding glass door to the back yard river view. All I could think was, why the hell don't I have a boyfriend damn it. Throw some rose petals down, light some candles, and you have yourself a nice romantic little cabin getaway. I really hope the people here before weren't banging all over this room. So here I am, rambling on in this terribly long review, in the bed of cabin number 2. I highly recommend this place. I will be back. 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 thoughtfulness: they have extra things you can purchase that are in the room and they're mostly all reasonably priced. Ice cooler. Hats, beanies, sleeping bag. Mugs. Cellphone chargers for iPhones and peasant droids. 10/10 for the view. Mostly because it was a surprise. 10/10 value for the money. I paid $220 for a night here after tax. I don't LIKE spending that much... but it's a whole ass little cabin and it's the peak season. Ok you get the point. I obviously need a boyfriend so I can stop leaving long ass reviews like this. Goodnight

Really cute spot on the river. We arrived not expecting much but fell in love with how relaxing spot was. We interacted with no one but loved that we saw enough employees around to know, they would help us out. Clean, secluded and super cute.

Love the place! The room is small , cute and romantic. Went on a trip with me and my bf and we loved it ! The place was clean and the staff was really helpful! The view is also AMAZING and the location isn't far from town. The prices are also a good price . Definitely would go back !

    Great hinge work

We stayed in Cabin #5. Context: 2 young very outdoorsy professionals with 2 dogs. We stayed 1 night in downtown and a few at the riverside location. This review is about the cabins / riverside location. Pros: Great location. Looks like old cabins that were renovated and given a slightly hipster flare and some LVT floors. Walkable to downtown in 10-15 min and can save on parking. Cute little cabin. Not many people around. Cute grill and chill spot and fire pit area. Very nice area down by the river water with adirondack chairs so you can sit out and listen to the river. Can't hear the road from cabin. Plentiful parking. They leave a cute little picnic set you can borrow and chargers for your android / iPhone as well as a headlamp in case you forgot yours. Ski racks available which is nice. Details/ Cons: The cabin itself was very cute, but clearly not very well maintained. I see the design they were going for, but the downtown location nailed it, this one fell short. The flooring trim is totally chewed up by dogs (we get it, we have dogs, but ours would never damage something like that) and the bathroom door was very ratty and also full of scratch / bite marks. Old knobs. Makes you wonder where the "dog fee" goes if nothing is repaired. The AC (mini-split?) drips down the wall and hits the trim causing it to splash you when you're in bed which was very frustrating and made us have to turn it down. The fridge is a small college dorm style one. The ones in Downtown location are way better because they have a slightly larger capacity and separate freezer. This is especially a bummer if you might actually bring something that requires a freezer so you can grill and chill or freeze milk for a baby for example. The deck has a huge burn spot in the planks that you can see through. It looks like there was a fire or someone put a burning pot there. The bathroom vent barely works and it gets quite steamy with even a short shower. There are screw holes in a bunch of random places from the reno that never got plastered over or fixed and just don't look good (bathroom right wall when you enter, shower, etc). There was also no access to ice or filtered water which was a bummer given summer weather and that it is centered around sporting. Overall the space was a disappointment and I was glad to leave. If I go back I will go to downtown which is better maintained. Love what they were aiming for, but given how much they charge, they should really reevaluate the quality of the spaces they're renting out.

Glamping at its best! Surround by trees and house right off the Wenatchee River, LOGE's cozy cabins exude the illusion of nature living. Yet, they're only minutes from downtown Leavenworth. Bicycle the town to enjoy a large selection of local restaurants, or self-cooked a hamburger on the communal grill. LOGE has many amenities, including free bike rentals! However, watch out for potholes. At night, the road leading back to the cabin is illy lite and has several of them. Whether you went on a daily shopping spree or hiked the scenic trails, end the day relaxing in a hammock with your pup (pet friendly) or on your river-facing deck with your WiFi-connected computer. If you're looking for a weekend getaway, LOGE is a zen oasis with extremely helpful management, quiet cabins, several amenities, and is Leaven-worth it!

This was an amazing getaway. When I enter the room I was greeted with a personalized note and trail mix. That right there made us feel special. The staff was kind and courteous. The cabins were clean and we are definitely coming back. Community fire pits, treagers to bbq, chairs by the river, roaring river balcony with a sliding door that is almost sound proof when closed but we like it open when we slept. The only issue that was not resolved and seems we were the only cabin to have this problem, is no tv service until the morning of checking out. I was told it's a network issue but the other people in other cabins were fine. Nights and rainy moments I wish I had it because of things closing early or just to unwind after a day of walking.. We bought new batteries for the remote as well as used 90% of our data in our phones and it's early in the month, for hotspot. It was an inconvenience but nothing to deter from coming back. We will visit these cabins again and the attendant who was there was so kind, knowledgeable about how to get places and sweet and she deserves to be recognized as an amazing employee. Thank you

I will drive to a fresh fruit stand also. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast also. The very fluffy biscuits seemed home made and the sweets(cinnamon rolls and a walnut something muffin) also appeared to be done locally. I enjoyed my cinnamon roll. Coffee was excellent, not watery. The meat protein varied and was also surprisingly very decent, not to salty. The breakfast is better than at most Hilton properties, IMHO. I highly recommend this hotel.

Salute. Pool staff is excellent, they stay very professional and have classy behavior. The only time we've had issues at the pool is when there are needy guest. They draw so much attention to themselves when we're just trying to relax. Thankfully it's only been a few of the times we've been there. These people usually strike me as those less fortunate in spirit and at the bank. It's clear they over extended their bank account and are trying to milk it for every cent. I wish I could tell them to just go home but that would be giving them the attention they desperately seek.. and I'm sure would cause the staff more issues. Reception and dinning staff also excellent. They are very professional and kind. I've gotten so used to coming here I hate to say I have forgotten some of the formalities like waiting to be seated in the dinning room but the staff didn't make me feel bad for it. The entrance is locked, so I used the call button, and a staff member told me I could come in with a few questions. I walked the few steps straight to the front desk. It quickly became clear entry was for me alone perhaps I missed this part over the intercom, and my group was commanded to "get out" outside like we just trespassed and they obliged fast, legit they were scared. Now how a hotel wants to run its business is the hotel's call to make, and I don't dispute it. What I take issue with is the delivery and lack of respect. When I calmly mentioned this wasn't a great first impression with a light chuckle to make light of situation and tried to explain how it came off , the front desk employee, who identified himself as Michael, cut me off with "stop, stop" instead of a brief, courteous explanation. His reasoning was that this is a "guest exclusive" hotel, which is an odd thing to lead with toward someone who walked in specifically to ask about becoming a guest. I have no issue with a guests-only, adults-only policy. My issue is entirely with how a prospective, paying customer was treated at the door. For a property with this reputation and price point, I expected warmth and patience. What I got was curt and dismissive from the first moment. I'm 34 years old and I've never had a hotel interaction like this. This is only the second review about a hotel I've written in my life and the first negative one. I don't make a habit of complaining. I walked in genuinely hoping to book, wanting to become one of the five-star reviews I'd read. Instead I left having been talked over at the front desk. If you're weighing whether the glowing ratings tell the whole story, take that for what it's worth. To the Johnson family and Steinbock Resorts: five generations in Leavenworth, a hotel you designed and built with your own hands, a reputation people drive across the state for. That legacy deserves better representation at the door. One employee, in one minute, can undo years of what your family spent decades building. I hope this reaches you, and I hope you take it seriously.

Keep in mind, the ambience of this Inn is part of Leavenworth so don't expect it to be completely modernized or contemporary. The staff were very nice and friendly. Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. Thank you, Enzian Inn, for a wonderful experience and accommodations! Note: Our time spent here, was at the end of February 2026.

My only issue is that I like the room colder than it was, but I think the good fan was a smart touch and I'm glad I didn't have to go ask for one. Other people might be happy with that temperature so I added it to my review. Oh ya, dog friendly!

Great little hotel in town. Super friendly staff. They have a nice deck off the back of the hotel…read morewith chairs and tables. The location is perfect for getting out in town immediately and is close to the city park trails on the river so you can walk off that hangover. I'd stay again.

I stayed at LOGE Leavenworth Downtown for a quick trip and booked our room using Bilt points. I…read morealways love credit card points and this was no different, it was such a great deal! The stay came with free parking which was a bonus in Leavenworth because it's such a walkable area. The location of this LOGE couldn't be more convenient. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and many of the sights in town within minutes. Check in actually happened at the Iconoclast Cafe, where the staff apparently double as baristas and hotel reception. Nonetheless everyone was friendly and helpful despite having to take the time to complete some of the check in information since I didn't book direct and didn't receive the links in advance. Even so, I liked the hotel and room layout as my friend and I had two separate beds and there was even a hammock hanging above them, which was such a fun, unexpected feature. The space had an outdoorsy modern feel with thoughtful elements that made it feel unique and cozy (headlamp, cooler, rumpl blanket, etc.). Even though we didn't end up using the LOGE app or the complimentary bikes, we appreciated that those amenities were available and it's definitely something I would take advantage of on a longer stay and/or at another LOGE hotel. We also didn't check out the beergarden! I'd say one of the only downsides was that the building itself felt a little old though I guess the charm of the space and overall experience made up for it. All in all, a great stay for a short getaway and an event better introduction to the LOGE hotels. I'd happily stay again and look forward to checking out other locations!

The heat when we walked in was miserable and the control unit under the window barely worked. No main desk to check in so it was an adventure finding the after hours door. Very expensive for a mediocre hotel stay.
