So I'm in the market for a BMW X5 for my oldest daughter for CO, and after going to two terrible used car dealerships, one in San Diego and one in Corona (one having $2k in unlisted add ons, and one with unlisted mechanical issue as in sunroof completely broken), and being thoroughly discouraged I rolled into Great Deals Auto Group to look at their X5 and I am SO GLAD I did. I work on cars so I had a Maxisys Autel and a digital paint gauge and asked if I could inspect the car and these guys were like, " Of course, check it out!" Vehicle was in amazing condition for the mileage and we took it for a test drive, walked in to the finance guy and said, done, price is good I'll take it. I have super A+ credit so we discussed how he could make most on the deal if I brought my own financing which took me 15 min with my bank. Zero pressure for additional items like gap insurance or warranty. Super professional, super friendly, super honest, I have full faith if you come in and be honest with your situation they will do what they can do. Do you know how hard it is to run a business when you do not have a reliable vehicle? Some people do not have the luxury to check out everything a salesman tells you when searching for a new car. You tell them you need something reliable that will get you through the Cajon pass every day. "We have the right car for you." This guy even went as far as saying he has one just like it at home and they are great reliable cars and that this vehicle was checked out to make sure it had no issues. This car has been a nightmare from the start. I give the dealership credit, the owner did have a major issue repaired on the car but now it's something else. It's always something else. We are losing business because our customers cannot count on us being there everyday. I said from the start, "Please just trade it for a reliable vehicle." As consumers in this state, we have the right to demand what we paid for. You, by law, are expected to sell us something to meet our needs. That's the law. Your salesman knew what we required from this vehicle. So many people in this state are unaware of our rights so they get played all of the time. At least the loaner car was reliable. Not one problem with that car. That's all we asked for was something reliable and the law says, that is what we shall get. When you walk into a burger joint and you ask for a burger, you are not served chicken. Anything but a burger is not acceptable and that is the law no matter what it is you purchase. I give the owner credit, he did try to make it right, but it still is not doing the job it was purchased to do. When this car does not make it down the hill to open, not just one employee misses work, we all do so we just don't open! Just had to see this car pull up on a tow truck again. No business, again because we couldn't open and I am ready for a nervous break down. $1400 IN RENTAL CAR FEES AND OVER $5000 in LOST BUSINESS INCOME. Save yourselves the trouble, Don't BUY HERE ! I Bought a car on January 4 2025 with 30 day warranty, car wasn't ready because it needed a "new battery & transmission replacement". Picked up the Car January 8, 2025. Notified these people about the car having a leak just a week after picking it up during warranty period on January 16th then again on January 28th, again on February 8th, again on February 16th then again on February 25th, then again March 12th, then again on May 5th so finally on July 15th I decided to take it to Diamond Cadillac & pay the $250 to get this car checked because these people have been ignoring my messages, didn't return my calls, so now 6 months later STILL leaking estimated repair costs are $7,988.13 !!! I have officially filed a complaint with BOTH the DMV with the investigation department & the bureau of automotive repairs to make sure they take a look into this "business". I spoke to Alex whom assured me that I was not the first person that threatens with suing which trust me I didn't have a doubt about that & there is his confirmation on it & I mean look at the other reviews! They've obviously done this to other people. See ya'll in court because I GAVE you 6 months to repair this preexisting issue & you told me that you weren't repairing anything because it's been 6 months yet you guys let it go over the warranty by continuously not responding to my calls & messages throughout ALL THESE MONTHS not me. I went to see the car in person it had a-lot of bumps and scratches on the body and rims that I couldn't see in the photos, the salesman told me we could have all of it fixed but then the finance guy said it was as is and was trying to pressure me into buying the car even though i was still iffy because it needed a-lot of work for a car from a dealership just bad customer service overall and shady dealership don't care about the cars they sell just want to get them sold don't recommend. read more

i bought a 2017 silverado LT Z71 here at this location i was speaking with gustavo about the problems i started to run into with the vehicle first issue was a motor mount was bad and the second is i got a check engine light a little under there " 500 " mile warranty anyway it was a misfire for cylinder 8 i contacted gustavo aka Gus they're were willing to fix it but only change that one spark plug and was going to stay without a vehicle i ended up spending 250$ bucks for plugs and wires and truck also has corner cab damage that wasn't mentioned i was also told they aren't able to sell me a truck with a broken windshield keep in mind this truck had a broken windshield when i drove off the lot the rotors and brakes make a lot of noise i bought a newer truck from them not expecting to throw money into it without owning it even for a month if that were the case i would've just got something off the street vehicle temperature also climbs over the middle they say it's normal but obviously i would say it's normal too if i didn't want to put money out of the dealership anyhow i would just avoid them i thought i got the truck for a good deal but ill will be doing my maintenance they should just notify people that vehicles are sold with bad car fax and under carriage damage and not as reliable vehicle also needs alignment 6/26/2025 . update owner paid for spark plugs but i started to have more issues with the vehicle, Brakes n rotors within owning the truck for 3 months now and needing to do all the front suspension 8/23/25 kept getting check engine light for misfire cylinder 8 check engine light turns on right after there 30 day warranty mark i've only put 1100 miles on the truck since i got it then to also mention the under carriage damage is supposed to be mentioned im going to look into a lawsuit i've put in 1800$ dollars worth of repairs on a truck that i literally could've bought new i would avoid Gus and all his excuses i thought i was the only one that got, got for a vehicle. can't even enjoy it cause it's always one more problem or another bought it expected a reliable vehicle SHADY DEALER ‼‼‼ while i was in the process of doing the brakes i noticed i didn't get the wheel lock and they tried to blame me for misplacing it when i first got the truck i haven't even taken anything off it besides adding side steps smh. ‍ read more

Do Not Recommend buying from this place. Paid $389 for registration and was told that the difference would be refunded. never received my tags/plates. DMV stated there was late fee. During 3 weeks trying to get the tags, i was being told it was paid and that i had received the renewal.
